Its wonderful and awful and recently started my work out in step rockerz and at first day I met Julie I was surprised and shocked dat shes the instructor was coming to figurine fitness am very happy to get her back as ma instructor and Julie I love ur moves ur workout thank you so much for everything I love you 💐💐👍👍

Good place. Staff is very supporting n understanding, in your language. Dont have to worry if you dont know the instructions. People r down to earth. Highly recommend this place.

I have been a part of step rockers from January 2019 , an I can confidently say that I have enjoyed all my classes, there hasnt been one boring moment being here.I have seen a lot of changes in my body, especially losing weight and my body getting toned. Of course this is all with a balanced diet as well.You would experience a variety of workout for each day which includes weights, steppers, dance, zumba, aerobics, group workouts an the belly dancing (my fav) . The trainers are superb and will ans any queries regarding the workouts, some real good talent in here.Tis is the best stress buster for me. I have been to many studio but this studio is way more different and really good. The workout is so effective and trainers were so good. Love it !

Every class is different & amazing, great trainers, great workouts. Zuma, dance, weight, freehand workout, yoga stretches, group workout, aerobics etc. I would recommend to join 6:30 am batch. Beautiful way to start your day 😊.
