Well maintained park besides locating this lake. 50 Rs to manual peddling boating each person for 30 min. Please maintain covid rules. Best time in morning walking. Children park is there but be care of them as some playing games are not upto safety level. Mosquitoes more at evening time. Senior citizens Jimm also here.

Loved the place! no entry fees, however fees is applicable for boating, boating charges is 50 rupees per head/half an hour, including children. timings for boating are 9am to 6pm. Also includes rabbit, hamster and bird enclosures. They have small area for badminton court, childrens play area include slides and swings.

Yediyur lake is maintained by BBMP, reasonably well. But it can be maintained still better. Boating facility is good and reasonable in its price. There are only pedal boats. My suggestion is for motor boats, by which boating can be enjoyed by elderly, who cannot pedal for those 30 minutes offered. Even the surrounding of the lake can be maintained hygienic and clean, otherwise, time spent there was enthralling.

It is an historical lake of Bangalore. With recent renovation the lake looks very beautiful. Nice walking paths. You can see lots of migrated birds early morning. There is boating facilities introduced.

Awesome! You can have a nice walk around the lake stretch. The park is filled with beautiful and huge trees, birds chirping around and its well maintained! They even play music to make your time better and Sundays there is a small water fountain.I have seen people come over for boat rides - havent tried it yet.Best place if you want to exercise, walk or sit and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Very beautifully maintained lake and park. Nice place for evening walks and to take kids for evening strolls. They also have pedal boating at a minimal charges. One can see ducks, swans, cormorants, kingfishers, egrets. There are some more birds like pigeons, love birds, cockatiel, finches, parakeets and Lots of rabbits kept in cages. Place is worth a visit for a chirpy relaxed lakeside evening.

A very calm an enthralling place to visit when youre overworked

Well maintained. Security guards are on spot about what you can and cant do... To the point that they dont let anyone even a bit younger (than senior citizens) touch the exercise equipments. There was no one there.. Im sure the equipment will last a long long time. I really prefer mini forest Park. Anyone can exercise there. We are not children. We know not to destroy public equipment. I only hope all parks were understanding like that!

Nicely made walking trail and childrens park and covered open gym for adults. This place was rotting for past many years but now it has been completely redone. Indeed nicely done. Good joggers park cum walking trail, huge amount fresh air due to loads of Greenery, couple of areas with bird zoo. All in all a nice handout place in a pleasant weather.

A park that has evolved over time.This used to be a regular lake with normal lakeside adjoining the Kanakpura Road.Now It has a park where kids can play, track where adults can walk/jog and benches where the elderly can sit and enjoy this little pocket of nature in the middle of a bustling city.Lack of a public toilet could cause inconvenience at times.Additionally, it also has an area for idol immersion during Ganesha festival.Loved it in my childhood, love it now and love it always! 💕

They renovated the place a few years ago, it is very after it, the park surrounding the lake has lot of interesting things in itThey have made a nice track for running/jogging, lots of places to sit, an outdoor gym, couple of badminton courts, kids play area and what notThey have put a few decorative sculptures here and there, there is on playful sculpture in the lake where it seems like real kids are climbing a ladder and jumping into the water and having fun, there are many species of birds kept in couple of cages, also there are a few bird towers for it to build nests.Overall a well maintained park worth the visit

After long time we did boating, my kids enjoyed a lot n stil the place has to be improved by cleaning the sides of the water n some trees are fallen ib the water which has to be cleaned. Overall it was good experience .

Seriously well maintained park around the lake with paved lane for walking and jogging, gym for senior citizens and a children park. It also has a small bird park like thing with finches, cockatoos​, pigeons​ etc. Trees along the path provide soothing canopy.
