Decent rooms .Outside view is awesome.Good food.However lacks basic amenities like no hangers in Almirah, blockage in bathroom drain. . Overall good bargain.

Checked in on Nov 30, 2020 .rooms are good and spacious. FNB associate kuku was very polite and assisted when ever asked for. if ur on a business trip please ensure that all meetings are out of the property as the hotel as a strict policy if not letting outsiders to visit them. I had a family friend visit me last evening and the front desk manager literally got in heated verbal argument with me in front of her. Stating that ladies are not allowed in the room. the management/ owners should look into training him or replacing him with some one else. he bluntly gave his name out saying do what u have to..... pathetic experience. I feel insulted to the core.I have overall 14 years of experience in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry . Nor have I dealt with any customer in this manner nor have seen any associate speak so rudely to a paying guest. I have made a mistake by prepaying this hotel for 5 nights. no value or respect. one guy can tarnish a hotels good image.

We just stayed here for a night... this is a great business hotel located near all the major offices... rooms were well equipped... lots of restaurants nearby...the in hose restaurant food is also good.. a bit expensive some items... will surely recommend for a value for money stay in Jayanagar.

Sick management. 1 star is also too much. I regret opting for this hotel. I had done my booking with a mistake in the date but they dint help me to change the date even after the payment was done and also after 10 hours of requesting the front desk guy. Not to someone who is regular to that place. I would strictly not suggest you this place. They could have been little kind but i got neither the room nor the refund its highly waste

Pathetic Room Service, No proper hot water, Asked more money at the time of checking out than the fee that was agreed for earlier. Charged INR 60 for one Rs.10/- Colgate toothpaste! Only positive thing is cleanliness and beautiful location. Would not recommend this to anyone, as there are better ones near by for the same price range.

It was horrible experience staying in lords eco inn Jayanagar!!1) We had ordered veg Sandwich, french fries, egg pakoda for evening snacks, sandwich was not even sandwich bread, they doesnt know how to make egg pakoda(got to know from us how to make it) for all these, the bill was above 1000 bucks.. over-priced and poor quality and poor quantity food items2) there was a small spillage over the bed spread not even on the bed, which happened unintentionally from the parcel we got, for that they charged us 1000 bucks, with all arguments they reduced it to 800 as retention charges for small spillage over the bed spread..3)Door handle was not there, switch boards were not properly repaired which was even dangerous to handle, cot was all damaged.. they gave us this kinda room for 5 days, upon all these we tried to compromise so much for them but when they took800 as retention charges, we were all disappointed!! We made our friends also to stay in that hotel for two days in extra room, hotel was all empty so that they get profit and feel happy.. but when they charged 800 bucks for small spillage which was 2 rupee coin shaped, we all were disappointed while leaving hotel on the last day with so much arguments!

Worst hotel I have ever seen in my life.

I have bit late to check-in I asked them for late check out but they didn’t, I checked in at 9:30 pm my check-in time was 12pm.And also they didn’t give me a welcome drink and all.I am completely upset by choosing this hotel.

Its a very good clean budget hotel chain. Food was delicious. North Indians will love it. Prepared and served hot. They provide room service at no extra cost. It has a small dining room for the boarders.

Rooms are clean and luxurious with all amenities. Location is also easy to access. Checkin process was smooth and good. only issue was there are no good number of room service and house keeping staff. If u need them to clean your room in between checkin n checkout, you cant find a single guy to clean.. theyll tell you that cleaning will be only after checkout.. So if u have kids or someone who makes the room untidy, better stay from this hotel. Thank you.

The property is good for business travel. But the staff are not very careful. I stayed there for two nights. On night #1, there was problem with the air-conditioner and the refrigerator. Staff assured me to take care of it. Next morning, l reminded them. On return on night 2, after a 11 hr day, l found none of the problem has been repaired. Had to change room at 11 pm. Food is okey. Check facilities during check in.

All the comments and low rating may deter people from booking this hotel for a stay. But luckily for me I had stayed in one of thier hotels in Somnath and just loved the people and the place and food. So I thought I will give this a try. The place is located on the road parallel to the main Ashoka pillar road and is easily accessible. The location is cozy and private. The food was great and the people especially the restaurant staff were superb. I have stayed in multiple locations across Jayanagar and I think this was the best stay.

Worst hotel ever seen in my life

Yesterday there was our show at Lords Eco Inn Jaya Nagar...It was really an amazing place!!! I was soooo much impressed by their staff, their hospitality ,d way they treated us was awesome.... hotel, manger treated us soooo affectionately like his own family members....mr. Raphael.....thanks a lot Raphael!!Unfortunates, I was slipped down... The whole staff ran for me n I was treated with ice pack, violini.. one of d staff massaged my foot....lv u all staff....Plz plz do visit this hotel in Bangalore....

I just finished a two day conference at this place. Located at calm and easy to reach place. Conference hall was good and may accommodate about 50 to 60 peoples. Food was nice!!

The hotel is very clean, lighting is good, in a residential area, with no noise, just close to d main road and Ashoka pillar. Pharmacy and coffee day nearby. Located in a decent residential area it provides rooms worth for money (had booked two under Goibibo offers) which were clean, with well cushioned beds. Humble staff, great room service. Food of their restaurant was ok ok, there wasnt any separate parking space for the vehicles, and most importantly none of them understands or speaks kannada for which i limit to 4stars!

Hotel is not located on a Main Road. It is located behind EZone showroom on T Mariyappa Road, Jayanagar, 0.6 Kms from Ashok Pillar. Room has a split A.C. and free Wi Fi facility is there. But, when the power is off, Wi Fi doesnt work. There is a 43 LCD Panasonic TV with DTH facility and the picture and sound quality is good. Mini Fridge is there. Mini Safe is not there. Toiletry is not replaced/substituted for many days in a row without being asked for. By and large, room rents are very high in Jayanagar area. Moreover, all the hotels in Jayanagar strictly follow 12 Noon Check in and 11 AM Check out policy which is greatly disappointing. For this hotel, rent is on the high side.

Rooms and bathroom are clean, but linen didnt appear to be fresh. Parking is an issue, vehicle has to be parked on the road. The staff are very polite. Not much choice on the menu, but it is reasonably priced.
