Superb place best hotel for the price range love the room size and the view is so amazing things tht needs attention is the parking area and IRD food quality ok ok it doesnt have like a wow factor very average food but hospitality was impeccable very professional staff love the ambience must visit but dont relay on thr food its average.

Hotel is really good, rooms are big and comfortable. Food was tasty with enough choices. Few things I didnt like may be it was due to corona situation. No one to help with luggage. No welcome greetings. Room had a bad smell. Internet speed was limited and only 2 devices can be connected, for higher speed and more devices you need to pay extra.Work desk was well equiped with comfortable chair.

I have had a worst experience at Lemon Tree. They suddenly increased the rate and got to know at the time of check out. Being a corporate employee it was difficult to pay the higher rate. Hotel staff purposely delayed my airport drop. Will never recommend this hotel to corporate or any other.

It is a very Basic hotel. It isnt close to being a 4star hotel which they claim it to be.Minimum amenities like hair shampoo is missing in the Washrooms. The bath fittings are all corroded.In room dining options are very limited. Youd want to order in from restaurants outside but be wary cuz theyll charge you 100 rupees for ordering just a plate and crockery to your room. Thats their policy as Im informed by them. Front desk needs reminders if you ask them for some service.On the brighter side, the rooms are clean and dont smell. The bedding is washed. Staff is polite and the per night room fare is reasonable.Can totally avoid booking a room here unless you absolutely have to.

Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel. Whole of the property was maintained clean, neat and sanitized. During check-in, they provided the keys first, for rest of my family to go to the rooms directly, while I was completing formalities at reception. Rooms were sanitized properly. No more standard menus, yellow pages, guides or other printed documents at the rooms. In room dining menu is available through QR code scan, which was really easy. Ordered food was tasty. Limited buffet options. Restaurant ensured no-contact buffet system, which is really the need of the hour. Overall a safe and pleasant stay.

Before corona, the buffet was so good & I use to go often with family. But after corona its worst than worst, 80% of dishes are not there but price is same... Its a big scandal... Not expected at all..

Everything about the hotel is good value for money. The location is decent and easy to reach. The rooms are clean and the staff is always pleasant and helps with whatever you you want (apart from food). It is just that the kitchen does not function well and they blame it on the current COVID situation. Limited menu and you get food only in the morning, noon and evening. If you need snacks/meals in between, you need to order it via Zomato/Swiggy. No complaints other than that.

Great quaint place to visit for the food and the ambience of green and pleasant electronic city.The breakfast we had was pretty good as Lemon Tree have maintained their food quality across India.Staff are extremely courteous and helpful and are always available to help you out with any queries you may have.

Overall a great stay. Room was clean and was not expensive too. They follow the covid protocols well and even the breakfast buffet was well handled. Food was great too. Only issue was that the availablility of hot water in bathroom was only in specific times coz of covid issue (well being a physician myself i couldnt understand how timing the hotwater will help to reduce the risk of infection spread and infact bathing after getting bck to room from outside is a good way of preventing infections ). Otherwise everything was perfect. Would definitely be back to this hotel once i m in electronic city 😊👠🠼

Well the place is good had been there earlier aswell and enjoyed awesome buffet meals out there. But today visited over lunch for buffet and was disappointed with food quality. Though spread is less compared to the quoted price, I can understand its covid times but whatever served atleast those should taste good I felt. The paneer starter was bland less salt, chicken lababdar wasnt upto the mark chicken raw smell was felt. Tomato rice no taste nor salt, sambar is sweet, noodles was good wasnt hot, soup also not tasty. I liked arbi curry, chicken salad, Chilli chicken,kheer and Gazarkahalwa out of all other items. Thank you.

Theme was amazing... Lemon scent and all amenities had a pinch of lemon fragrance... Easy entry as well as exit.. Stayed for a day.. Did not have any problem.. Breakfast was good.

First of all there was a big partition with the neighbouring roomr that was separated by a simple door. The whole night there was disturbance from other side..They tried to open the door 4 times at night to check what’s behind it! A lot scary experience than to be mentioned in these simple words.The room’s ac temperature was set to 24-30c as per government covid guidelines, but the temperature of ac was out set to 27’c max. the bottles of water which is kept has a thin layer of rust!!the availability of hot water has a timeline . So you need adjust with the same.Except room everything is chargeable. Dishes/plates @75rs. Ice bucket @49rs(even you order liquor). There’s Gst chargeable on Service charge!? Attached bill receipt. the ice bucket price changes from day to day.Shower is above bath tub so careful while taking a bath.There was a big partition with the neighbouring roomr that was separated by a simple door. I am a hotelier myself and sad to say very pathetic response fromThe front office staff especially a lady , around 4 pm we asked if room available and she said yes and 6000 rs we said the online showed a diff rate , she said then book online rudely, we asked her show room, she asked r u going to stay ? We immediately left the place … I shall never recommend lemon tree Hosur ever …. And when we said fine will see online she said sure go ahead 🙏such pathetic front office response

Staff service is excellent both for house keeping and restaurant. In order to charge phone they provided Multipin on request without any delay or hesitation.All amenities as far as tariff is concerned was available.Covid Protocol was well complied.The only downside I found was the buffet spread was limited to two North Indian and three south Indian items. Continental items wasnt in the spread. Was expecting Sausages, mashed potatoes, croissant, sweet baked buns, cheese omelette wasnt in the spread and could not be provided on request. Rooms were brightly lit.

Good hotel. Clean rooms. Has Air Conditioning and Fans which is a big plus for those who cant sleep without the sound of a fan in the room. The buffet food was also well made.The only minus point these days is the spread has been significantly reduced due to the COVID pandemic and limited to only vegetarian cuisine. However the a la carte menu is still being served fully.

The service is really horrible. If you ask for anything for room service they take around 40 minutes for simple item which is readily available. The overall experience was not pleasant

Hotel is good however they need to maintain it... Second thing that I didnt like is they charge for everything possible... As a courtesy at least you should get empty plates for eating...

The locality is good, full of trees and fresh air(but far from Airport). They gave me a room on a high floor with a nice front view(They said they have upgraded it for me).Food is very disappointing!👎🏼 Menu items are very less(I read in other recent reviews about food and all were saying food varieties are less but I dint expect it would be this less), particularly during dinner there were only jeera rice and normal rice was available with Naan and Roti(They said it was due to covid).Room and washroom are clean. I got a bathtub in my washroom, I booked a standard room and by seeing the photos in MMT and GMaps I thought bathtub will be available only in suite rooms but I got a bathtub in my washroom for the standard room booking.And this one I have to mention, All of the hotel staffs were very courteous! 👌🏻

Visited the Tangent (party hall with similar name). Its good for 25-35 people, But for hand wash after dinner need to go downstairs. Feels weird to go in lift or stairs with unwashed hands.

Good interior and polite staff

The room was great, it had wonderfully high ceilings and the indoor climate was very pleasant. The room was also very clean and was well stocked with amenities. The only reason I am giving them just 3 stars rather than 4 or 5 is that they badgered me into leaving a 5 star review on trip advisor, to the point of returning multiple times to ask if they could see the review and watch as I posted it. While I think they deserve a better review, I rankle at that practice. It soured an otherwise excellent stay.

It is my 2nd trip to Lemon tree electronic city and this time I stayed for 3 weeks. It was a wonderful stay. In between there was shivratri and sheff ensured that I get whatever I needed for my fast.Citrus cafe is too good and the staff like Kalinga make it more comfortable and guest friendly. I love to visit here and wont hesitate in referring it to my friends.

Was there with my friend for a day who was staying for 10 days. I mean you dont even have hot water 24×7. Only limited time in morning. Or else u need to request hotel staff fpr a bucket of hot water....yaak. Is it a Lemon Tree in E city or any cheap lodge...??? Food is below average.

I had very bad experience with Lemon tree hotel, Electronic city, Bangalore, on 3rd Sep 2020. I wont recommend this hotel to any of my friends or acquaintances. I was travelling with family (including 2 children) from Hyderabad entoute Cochin. Had booked 2 rooms in Lemon Tree in advance. We were tired after the long drive. After reaching this hotel, I requested for check in. The apathy of staff and their rude attitude surprised me. They not only gave me a long wait, but also insisted on making 100% advance payment before checking in. I begged, if I can check in first because children are tired and they want to fresh up. But my request was not attended to. I checked if I can speak to someone who is designated as Front Office Manager. The FOM refused to meet me. It was like take it or leave it. During this COVID time, when every industry is struggling to come back to normalcy, and when hotels are running in almost 0% occupancy, such Front office managers and such staff are added curse to any organisation.Get well soon Lemon Tree !!

Great service and excellent hotel staff. Rooms are silent with good space for a small family. Cleanliness didnt fail at any place, really appreciate. Yes, cannot forget to mention excellent food in whole area. I know people from nearby hotels come for the food in Lemon Tree. We also saw many birthday, anniversary parties, office parties.. They provide airport pickup and drop for guests staying more than five days. Local pickup and drop is always complementary for business travelers. Has a decent bar, gym, spa, swimming pool.Only one complain was there - no floor lamp for the midnight toilet visit, glare of normal lights is too much for the eyes.Recommended for business and family travellers stay at reasonable price.

Great rooms. especially the ones on the top floor. Has amazing views of the greeneries behind the urban setting at electronic city. But the food less than average.

It is not a star hotel. I stayed here for first time in lemon tree and not at all suits for star rating. They will charge 4 times the MRP on water bottle. by this we can assume rest of the prices. No one will respond when we will question.

Non smoking room. Very very harmful smelling. We can understand that Smoking room such type of smell.Also no Toothpaste & shaving kit available.

I stayed here for almost 16 days....One thing true about this hotel is you get more than what you pay for. The staff is really very very helpful and they do try to fullfill all your needs... I have never got a NO for any of my requests. The Assistant hotel manager Shiv is very very helpful he looked after all my needs and went out of the line to arrange a few things to make my stay comfortable. Really loved the vibe and experience there. Would be glad to stay there again be it for lesiure or business or family stay. This is by far the best I have felt.

Really spacious room and truly king size bed. Breakfast spread couldve been better but its understandable due the covid situation. My preffered Hotel when in bangalore.

Nice hotel, nice people. Process oriented and matured. Rooms are clean and sophisticated. For citrus restaurant, Best part is they try to not waste food if it is not being used. They will serve you complimentary if you are in the restaurant and the time getting over. Also, they are maintaining their Lemon tree culture.

Went here for a team lunch buffet at their in-house restaurant. They have a decent spread ranging from Indian and Chinese. The variety of meat preparations were limited. Deserts are plentiful, though they should keep better Ice cream flavors. Found their butter naan to be better than rotis.The staff is friendly and helpful.

This place is located in Electronic city. Parking here is not a problem but the day we had visited thier valet was probably on a holiday.We had visited Repblic of Noodles. The place has a good ambience and its a good place to go with children.The food here is really very goodWe majorly had appetizers and the flavours of each of then were really nice well plated.Do try the lamb here is really excellent. soups are a must tryThe service time is a lil slow so take all the time in the world to enjoy the best of this place.

I went with my friends to have late night dinner. Its a calm and quite place and they serve very good food. The pricing was reasonable considering serving food after 1am in the night and with good ambience provided. The staffs are very welcoming here. Would definitely visit this place again.
