Experienced very bad consultation here...Very poor services..The Specs testers are not being trained or dont know..I literally wasted my money here for my specs that the eye power was not properly prescribed.They test with hurry...I got to know one thing thatMoney is less, so if we go means the service will be not goodFor our own good we have to get tested by a good hospital not this kind of hospitalSpecialy this branch...If u still visit here just get consult by other good eye hospital and u will Know the difference..The time I have visited this hospital (branch)It was like empty with no patients first thought I feel like this is not a good hospital this is what everyone get right...I have so much to tell but cant tell everything here..Literally feeling very bad

We got cataract surgery ..replacement of lens fro my mother in September 2016 Vasan eyecare sarakki branch... after surgery she complained that some dust kind of things in vision .. but doctor said it’s nothing.But now 02.07.2020 we went other hospital for eye check up ..and came to know that dust on implanted lens .Hence, there was flaws in either surgery or in lens.Patient MRD no. 30407.

Never thought Vasan eye Care will be untidy, hope less staff. No one wore vasan nurse dresses. It looks like scam place. No proper guidance. Doctor is also hope less. She looks like she is a fresher out of college teen. They charged 400 rs for consulting.Please dont come to this branch. Worst place ever. Waste of money.

Expert doctors and cordial staffs. I have got the treatment done perfectly yet cost effective. Of course, you should have some patience to get the appointment slots with appropriate doctors, but that will ensure smooth experience with the overall treatment. Parking is not that easy as there is no designated car parking. Other than that overall, good experience.

They are honest and very clear in their treatment and costs. Did a very good job to my tooth problem. Keep doing the good job. Best wishes to them.

Hopeless hospital center, there are no good doctors or staff who can provide proper guidance. There are some freshers who doesnt know to diagnose the patient and provide solution to your problem. I have visited 3 times and still they have not prescribed any spectacle number or medicine. They just waste your time and asking to come again. Have some sense to respect peoples time instead of having some experienced staff.

Only looking for money...They simply told me to go for laser barraze for 5k....I got it checked from other hospital my eye is fine...The hospital will be empty most of the times...

Few Staff are not disciplined they feel like they are in home they will always keep on chit chat..Horrible with opticals he told me for lense it will cost 1k after 1day I came for collecting the lense he said 1.1k you have to pay, last day even he did not gave any recipient that is the mistake I did, and they are not accepting card also...

The worst eye hospital. They struggle to conclude results. They take 5 hrs one day and call second day and take 2-3 hrs..Top doctor are very good.

Went to sarakki eye care, where they did not have scanning facilities for my retina problem. Therefore i was asked to go to their jayanagar branch.As they do not have such facilities, either they should accomoany the patient or if fit, patient can alone go on hospital expenses. Eye drops were put twice and my sight was not at all clear.On 7th dec., i was asked to go alone, that too, on my expenses. After enough arguments, someone accompanied. While on return, i came all alone, on my expenses, which is shameful on the part of their management.I have cautioned the available staff that i will highlight this matter at higher level, for which they paid deaf ears. So far, i have paid Rs. 45,000 (2k+2k for scanning, 11k for 1st injectiin n 30 k for second inj). Ii do not mind spending Rs. 70 for returning from jayanagar to sarakki. It is a matter of great concern how their staff members manage the trivial issues.My consulting dr Usha sharma, a very thorough professional doctorCounseller : Mrs shanti, nice courteous lady. (unfortunately, she was on leave on 7/12/17). In her absence, one male was there.Receptionist : polite n couteous. Please do not visit the Vasan dental clinic at sarakki. They might just end up experimenting on you and do treatment to see whether it might work out. Worst ever treatment.Please do not visit the sarakki branch. It’s a request cause I know how it feels when your dental just doesn’t go right.

We got appointment for GLUCOMA test at Vasan Eye Care, Kanakapura main road during first weekof May 2014. unfortunately we were made to visit 3 times without any reason and ultimately back with no results. Hospitality was good but doctors response during emergency was not found to be satisfactory. Resource management found to be weak in this centre.We should think twice before going.
