They make you so comfortable even during surgery or medical treatment that it feels that we are in safe hands.Shobha madam, the CEO, she is so helping and highly knowledgeable.Even the Administrative team member Rita was so involved in managing patients. She is very helping and sincere. She remembers names of patients as well and works towards customers with great involvement.I am highly thankful to entire team of the hospital. I would like to thank the entire Krishna Netralaya team for having successfully delivered the eye surgery for my Father.The whole procedure went very smoothly and My Father was operated upon by Dr. Krishna Mohan Jinke, After surgery He will follow up the next steps throughout the procedure.First time we interacted with Dr.Krishna Mohan Jinke regarding my father eye issues(Age-related nuclear cataract) and He tested both the eyes and very clearly explained the situation and suggested to go for surgery and He has given the confidence to us with the procedure(Extracapsular crystalline lens extraction by mechanical phacofragmentation).My father both eyes got operated with one week gap and went well.Almost 4 weeks got completed and I spoke with my father about eyes and He said everything is good.I would like to thank Shobha for support with Insurance process and formalities in Krishna Netralaya.
