Miserably slow. Those waiting were clearly prepared for seasons to change before their turn. This post office had 4 counters open when I visited. Out of these, only one was handling mail and related services. The harried lady at the counter was clearly out of her depth. The token machine seemed to have deliberately set about a quarter of an hour fast in the hope that customers would not realise how long they had been waiting. The only saving grace was that I was able to actually mail the letter after all was said and done.

They have the worst employee ever. Not at all helpful. And suggesting not to use indian post and use private post. They misbehaved too. And felt really helpless.

Am a senior citizen and wanted to transfer account from one branch to HO Jayanagar. Staff most unhelpful did not return my form and when I complained to postmaster, staff insisted that my form had been given back to me. Total harassment. Untrained to handle senior citizens, disrespectful and indifferent.Cant post offices make transfers smoother?why has CIF been issued if one has to give same documents over and over again

Went to the Post office to enquire about delivery of my package but saw they are closed on a working day, 30/Nov/2020. The post was dispatched by RTO over 2 months ago, but it hasnt been delivered yet. This is the dismal state of our India Post in Bangalore.

Very good for sending reg post and speed post. But for small savings etc., one has to be prepared for long waiting times, very slow processing etc. which gets very frustrating. Some of the staff have no concern for peoples time. Some kept responding only in the local language even when I spoke in English. Please be willing to speak in English. Very poor customer handling.

Jayanagar head post office. At the very center of the Jayanagar. Near to Jayanagar bus stop, swapna book house, dose camp.

This branch offers aadhar update service. However, a single clerk facilitates it and, while they were friendly enough, the computer they were supposed to use for the aadhar update was taking forever to authenticate itself with the concerned government IT system (apparently the aadhar IT system deployed at this satellite facility requires GPS authentication/confirmation and the device + software the post office had installed to facilitate this kept crashing/failing to spin up). We waited patiently for a little over half an hour before decided to cut our losses and Ola over to the dedicated aadhar seva kendra in basvanagudi (near south end). Over there, the entire process, from application filling, submission, and payment, to biometric authentication and mobile number update, together took just under 15 minutes. So, I would highly recommend to anybody looking to get their aadhar card updated expeditiously to avoid this facility and opt to go to the dedicated seva kendra near south end instead.

They will never answer calls if you call them. Very bad service. They talk very rudely on phone calls.

Its a good one. Most employees are cordial, customer friendly. But kindly improve the servers down situation. Please upgrade your software versions and software capacity by bringing into the notice of the higher authority. So you can improve the customer service and business.

Please look for other banks. Century old banking system. Wait time minimum 3hrs. Worthless staffs. Counter # 6 lady gets paid for doing nothing, followed by counter # 5,4,3 are sloths. I wonder if they were picked from streets for this job. Pity the old crowd who waits for hours here.

Well maintained, clean and staffs are fast and experienced. Very very helpful. Postmaster madam is very nice and helpful too. Works for extra hours and parcels are sent to GPO ASAP. I am over satisfied with the quality of the service

The post office is serving as the Head Post office of the area.Functioning in two floors.Basic banking facilities and postal facilities are provided on the ground floor.ASPO office, CPC PLI, Branch accounts are controlled in the First floor.Officers are not that helpful as compared to other post offices. They will direct people to other desks.

Post office service is good. Many services are offered - including aadhaar card address update and phone number(for this one need to take latest and valid ID proof copy with original).Only Speed Post are accepted till 7.30pm(extended hours).

The speed of work here so awesome that even a snail will get inferiority complex.... Pack a bag full of food / snacks, prepare your picnic basket (plan for a late breakfast) and if you are lucky, you might reach home before dinner, after your work is done. Extremely poor experience

Payment withdraw service is very late

Some lady there wanted to do the work only if the customer knows Kannada. That person was here to do his work and not learnt he language. Rude staff. Didnt understand their relation with the local language and post office services. Nor did I read a rule that one needs to know the local language to get his work done.

Post office is big and have place for seating.. but the customers who have accounts here have to be seated for hours... Since the employees are very slow with their duty they take minimum half an hr to clear 2 to 3 customers ..

Nice experience for me. I went for Aadhar card update. It was taken 30 mins only. Highly recommended to this place for update/enrollment your Aadhar card.

Big post office, Jayanagar Head post office, Very cooperative staffs, most of the time this post office will be crowded with customers. You can open Public Provident Fund Account (ppf for tax savings), Savings account, and many more account facilities available, speed post facilities also there,

Carry your own Cloth Envelope & Wax seal for Insurance sent through Speed Post for both Domestic and International much before 7:30PM on weekdays & before 3pm on Saturdays.

The experience was good . However there are a few points you need to remember . If you are posting a letter then get an envelope for yourself . Also after 6.30 pm they only take speed post . Be careful of all these things.

People are busy always, did not see any lethargic staff. Got my PPF funded + Matured KBPs Transferred and Redeemed within overall 3 hours.

One of the worst Post office in the country, 4th t block, ganduman who dont know the address of 1 kilo meter radius from their office point, they could not deliver the post for the 3rd or 4th time? What can you expect service from them? who idol for years and sleeping, getting salaries for their sleeping, after they lost their presence in the market. Now they work like Rakhsas bunch of members, post man why they lost their presence after the internet boom. All Jobless fools supports such a bunch.

Worst experience..They call people unnecessarily and ask them to collect the parcel..after reaching thr they again notify that it has been transfered to another postoffice ..I think the management is worst here.. No one is listening to anyone...Worst Experince Ever..I would rate Zero or in Minus ..

Dam slow, no time sense, will opens at 9.20 to 9.30 am, supposed to open at 9.00.All old people will be standing out for long time.Dont know how to handling, under educated, not helping them in form filling, hence getting late to attend the next customer.
