Seriously feeling so sad ,I am sharing my experience with mama earth product which I ordered ubtan face mask but which I received is already used by someone I am sharing that photos also about the packing.I want to know how come it happens with some customer who believes with your product u should maintain that company standard .Seriously unhappy with ur team guys...🙏

Firstcry is the best platform for baby products,I had visited recently to Banashankari branch.very friendly an helpfull staff, especially Mr Ramesh helped us a lot.Thank you team.

Although time of closing business hours shown as 9pm..shop is closed by 8.30.Staff is not courteous in answering the queries n showing the item nor knowing our concern. Should understand that customers are coming from far off places in this hectic traffic.

I cant give less than 1 so was forced to give a 1 here.. I have purchased a mosquito net on last Friday for my new born.. we only use it in the night for him.. the stitches on the net lasted just 1 week.. same was the case with the feeding pillow purchased with them.. the zipper on the that also has not lasted for more than a day.. I had high expectations on it earlier and now understand that the quality of the product is very bad here.. while selling the stuff they no exchange and give a very bad product..

I was so fascinated to buy from first cry going against my parents to buy from there. The quality of the products was so bad that it did not even last for a week. My parents advise turned out to be true as first cry is just a brand and lacks quality. Never going to shop again from there. Wish I could give 0 rating for this.

I had been to this outlet today evening to pick up gift vouchers. I had a very annoying experience. The outlet did not have enough vouchers. I had to take only for what amount they had, for 1k.I really wonder why the number of vouchers cannot be stocked up.Secondly, the outlet did not have a proper envelope to put the vouchers to be gifted. When the company can spend on great ads with famous celebrities, can it not spend a few pennies on gift envelopes??How can one take a random cover when its for gifting? Can the respective person in charge look into and rectify this at the earliest?

One of the best store to buy baby product from day 1. Mostly everything like baby care, baby diapering, baby bathing, flooding, baby cloths and accessories etc are available. Store has good collection of strollers,walkers, cycles,rockers etc. Different Variety of dresses from ethnic to western are there. Feeding bottles, breast pumps etc baby nursing items are available of good brand. But there are some price differences in online and stores. Online prices are much cheaper.

Very Nice Shop... :-). The Collection and Variety is good in this shop..The Best part are the personnel working there who are very humble, well knowledged and are of great support. Yesterday was there and was so well supported by the staff that it impressed me. After a long analysis of the product I was going to buy, I found that it is cheaper online and they told Sir, please buy from there as it is giving larger discount. I just loved that attitude. This store is highly recommeneded from my end for everyone !!!

In a bid to position themselves as ‘eco-friendly’ and responsible, or simply to comply with the plastic ban, many brands embraced carry bags made of paper and fabric. Unfortunately, the price of this bout of consciousness falls on the customers who are innocently asked, “Madam, carry bag?” and then are billed for it.First cry is one of them upon asking for the same, an arrogant lady in the store argues giving examples of max and etc. m billed Rs 9.50 for a small paper bag I wouldn’t have written this review if it was a polite reply but I hated the ladies justification and the face face she made behind my back. M never gonna visit this store again. It takes simple steps to sue them for my customer rights. But m leaving them to this review. I don’t even want to give a single star to them but I have no choice and all the products here are just pathetic and overly priced.

I cannot give less then one star so i am giving one star what an attitude of the store manager I shopped for more than half an hour to buy some gifts to a new born and i have clearly told them its for gifting after selecting and at the time of payment he says no gift wrap if are particular go and buy from some other shop is what he says when i asked him that why could you not tell me when you knew i was shopping it for gifting to some one he says i should have asked its my fault i shopped with out asking them i do not know firstcry on what basis they select franchise and their staff i called their customer care to explain they said its the store decision i shared my experience so that others who want to buy from here think twice before going

All worst products. Cant believe they are first cry brand. Probably store sells very old stock goods. Worst experience. Better avoid it..

Rs 399 worth baby sandal did not last for 5 mins. When checked with owner, he flatly refused that there is no warranty or guarantee for their products. Asked him politely to consider the request since even companies like Bata at least try to get things repaired when quality falls short. But owner was damn ride on face.I have bought online items from first cry. They are very good products. Doubt the genuineness of this banashankari store products. Probably used ones or factory seconds. Please avoid this store at all cost.
