One of the worst third grade insurance company with no professional ethics and policies. Never ever get into trap of this cheat insurance company. Their employees just play blame game. They easily know how to cheat customers who have zero knowledge about Life Insurance.We hold policy no. 0296**** since Aug-2014 unfortunately. According the policy document we were supposed to receive cash back of Rs 31,844 on the fourth year which is on Aug-2018. But its been a year now (Aug-2019), upon multiple follow ups to their branch, telephone & emails, we are still waiting for cash back. I am planning to file case legally or raise complaint in IRDAI.

Pathetic experience...i went for an interview...i was informed it will take around 2 hours in the process..to which i took a half day leave from my current organization and went for an interview...it took 6 hours to complete 7 rounds of interviews...after which they told me to upload my documents and it to them. In the back of my mind i thought i got thru the interview, later they told me you havent cleared the interview.Why the hell did you take all my documents if i had not cleared the interview?

Amazing worst service providers. They pay very low interest on deposits.I had a very bad experience this week. I had 2 claims one was endowment plan claim and another under pension claim i had paid only premium. This amount automatically should be paid back to customer which did not happen. The due date for claim was 28th December. I had submitted all my details prior and waiting for my claim amount to be deposited. It did not happen.I called exide life Insurance branch office and requested to tell me why i was not paid my money back.When they enquired backed by mail nobody answered and went on dodging the issue even botheration.Later when the branch office requested head office personnel to call me and talk they did not bother.Today morning I called the main office to find out why my claim has not been sent. To my surpise they had cancelled for no reason. All the details were correct and they started apologising. I had committed that amount to whom i had to give but to my utter disappointment they processed after i called. They initiated and asking me to wait another 48 hours. So as per law cancelling for no reason is illegal. Not paying on time is illegal. Hiding it without reason is a bigger offence.I told them if it is not initiated today and money does not reach by tommorrow morning i will initiate action.They dont want action. But they can play with customers money. Had i not called today the money would have been in their company without helping customer get his or her money.Please be careful with your money.

No parking for visitors. Park at your own risk. If parked outside of the building, run to the police station and pay fine to get your vehicle back. #warning

Horrible parking experience. No parking for customers, visitors. Had to fight with the security to place my two wheeler in parking for 10minutes.I was also told by security that exide insurance had instructed them not to allow any customers/visitors and he allowed me a small space parking because I was a lady. That was ridiculous. At the reception, on questioning, he directed me to visit the malleswaram branch. I then asked, are customers not supposed to visit Head office?Overall I wonder if anytime would visit the head office.

I am from chennai... One of Loan section person Cheated me by tell to take a insurance for 8 Lakhs as loan without property & told to pay 30k initial premium for the insurance & its been 3 months.... Till now no official mgs or mails received from Exide abt my loan process... The agent cheated me brainwashed just to put his insurance count.... Till now he is playing a game with me & finally he said loan not approved... Last week... N nw he says thy will return the cash by online... Its not at all believable.... If any Higher officials persons of Exide insurance seeing my mgs... Pls text or reply me... I Have all voice calls of his recordings & Whts app chats mgs of the cheater agent who discussed with me & also I will share his contact details too.... I am planning to go legally now..!!?

Nice office. Visited to submit some documents. Limited parking and no slot for visitors to exide life Insurance.

Place is okay. Parking facility is there. Good organization to work but only in life insurance. Less air conditioning facility. On the main road side of MG metro road.

Never ever Take a Life Insurance Policy in Exide Life, They pay you not even Pea Nuts, It looks like a Cheat company,I have a policy for 20 years and already paid 14 years now the accumulated bonus is one premiums interest for the period, it is non sense to invest or take a policy from these people, Take policy from LIC which is better and you dont feel cheated.
