These classes are superior! One year of doing online yoga with Dhrithi has gotten me through the quarantine, made me positive, has got me feeling healthy inside and out. They also have a variety of events : mantra saadhanas, havans etc which they live stream and i think what they do for yoga and for learners is outstanding.

I was practicing Yoga myself in the US, but practices were very irregular. Discipline was missing. Mental and physical health deteriorated over time.What I achieved by joining online classes at Dhrti (after 1.5 years of gap):1. Regular discipline2. Getting back to the Yoga family and friends. Company of such amazing Yogis.3. Improved health and mental state.4. Improvement the practices.5. Group energy is totally different that individual practice.6. Not missing Dhrti family at all, although physically apart :)Can never pay my gratitude enough to Gurus for devising such beautiful practices to us. People say that you will not experience the positive sides of anything in life unless and until you try it. Yoga is one such thing for me. It has helped me to believe in myself & i am sure that i can reach the light to my tunnel. It has only been 3 months but everything seems so different. My energy power has boosted up. Each yoga asana has its own power. The motivation that each asana gives is my ticket to attend class regularly. It makes you feel so fresh & energized. Hearty Congratulations to Manutattawa Prabhji and Satvinder Mataji on being able to successfully conduct and complete a year of online yoga sessions!This has been a great blessing for my Mother and I who have been part of the Dhrti family since early this year. Though I have previously practiced ‘physical’ yoga before (part of the weekly quota of the yoga sessions offered at the gym I use to ‘work-out’ at), I have re-learnt what yoga means and I feel very grateful that I get to understand and challenge myself on the mat during both the on-line classes and during self-practice which Prabhuji reminds us of every single morning. In my short journey of 10 weeks with Dhrti, I have pleasantly surprised myself by my attempts to practice the Vajra asana, Chandra Namaskar, extended rounds of Surya Namaskar during Rathasapthami, bettering my timing with Nadi Shodhana and reciting the Aditya Hrydayam Stotram.With noticing the level of patience that Prabhuji demonstrates in class, within 3 weeks of joining classes, I requested my 62-year-old Mother to try it as well. For someone who had no prior experience practicing Yoga, she was initially hesitant, but I assured her that it will greatly benefit her – specially the issues that she had with her knees and lower back. Within a few weeks of Prabhuji’s classes and Mataji’s guidance – she was able to see the difference (which many years of medication has not been able to resolve) in her flexibility and how simple it was to incorporate it as a part of her daily routine. I think the cherry on the cake was when her friends and sisters complimented her on her very glowing skin (Thanks to Nadi Shodhan Pranayama!) – which has now turned her into a yoga-enthusiast. I am also very grateful that through these online classes, my Mother and I now share a common interest (other than family gossip!) and have a platform to be able to connect and experience the weekly classes together.

I joined online class around May 20th, 2020. Before lockdown I was attending Prabhujis class at BTM. When lockdown started i couldnt join online class immediately, in some days I started getting inflammation on joints due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. I started doing practices which Prabhuji taught. Later, on May shifted to home and started online class. Pain on wrist, back pain and sometimes knee pain were stopping me from doing difficult asanas. But still Mataji, you were supporting and teaching simple asanas to recover. Initially I felt sad that I couldnt do certain asanas like arm balance, Sirasasana. But then realised that each individual is different. I loved the meditations and ajaba jaba, Jyoti tratak, which made me to concentrate and improve myself. The visuals and the way my body feel, I am loving it😊 I feel very active after doing asanas and its helping me in my work and studies as well. From last month my medicine dosage has been reduced. In upcoming months Doctor will reduce medicines slowly. Inflammations has been reduced and I am trying out Arm balance and unsupported Sirasasana, hope I could achieve that in a few weeks. I couldnt attend some classes now a days due to unavoidable circumstances. I will reduce the frequency of skipping classes in upcoming days.😊 I love the way my body responds now and the vibrations i get while doing Tratak and Sadhana are Amazing. Thanks a lot Mataji for the Wonderful classes and the attention you are giving to each one of us and making us to do in the correct way. The guidance and instructions which you give us are really good.

Hari Om!My relationship with Dhrti is 2 years old. . I could attend couple of months session in the beginning. Though I was unable to join you in the center, kept going with whatever learnt in this couple of months till COVID lock down. And I am happy that I am back on your online platform.Whatever is taught is very authentic and from Prabhuji’s and Mataji’s own self experience as you always say Yoga as a technique and as an attitude. I started yoga in 2016 at Dhriti center, I attended the sessions for a few months and due to some other reasons like relocation, personal commitments I stopped my practice. It was only when I moved to the US that I felt to take a class again. They say you dont know what you have until its gone, and I cant agree more. I was missing the center and wished I had continued my abhyas. Nevertheless, I tried few classes here but it didn’t resonate with me at all, things were nowhere close to what I had experienced at Dhriti. Honestly, classes over here were more like stretching and the practices lacked luster. Even though I attended the classes at Dhriti for only a few months in 2016, but it had such a lasting impact.Because of the current ongoing situation of the COVID-19, I got to know that Dhriti is offering online classes, and at that moment I genuinely felt blessed to have the opportunity to learn from Mata Ji and Prabhu Ji again.Through online classes, it did not take me long to connect with myself again. while practicing any asana, I would visualize myself sitting at the center, at the same place where I used to practice 4 years back :)so thats why I said above, that it had a lasting impact.I would like to share why I feel Dhriti is different and stands out from the rest of the places:1)Teachers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone is very friendly and you experience a warmth when youre around them. They help you out with any kind of concerns you have.2)Here you learn a lot of new things every day, for example, you learn about Yamas: Mana Prasad and Kshama, Niyamas: Japa and Namaskara, Shatkarmas: cleansing techniques, different variations of Yoga Nidra, the importance of different mantras that are chanted on different occasions. You also learn the spiritual side of yoga that certainly helps in deepening our faith and hence every class is very refreshing and different. This is a perfect place if you want to learn traditional authentic yoga.3)Discipline is one of the important factors when it comes to yoga, we have a uniform at the center that not just promotes discipline but also helps in focusing on our abayas. No time wasted on deciding what to wear.4)There are many business-minded centers with a passion for yoga, But Dhriti is not about making money.Just to put it in simple words - when I joined the classes again after 4 years, to my surprise there was no change in the fee structure.Lastly, Im very thankful for all the guidance, help, and support received from Prabhu Jis and Mataji Ji.

Hari Om,I feel blessed to learn Yoga here. I am thankful that an authentic Yoga center with experienced teachers exists. My experience, though short for now, has been enriching... like a river meeting the sea.One can feel the aura of peace, warmth, humbleness, and respect upon joining the Dhrti Yoga family. Dhrti Yoga has kept the essence of Yoga intact in modern times, where Yoga is commercialized like never before. The class environment, offline and online, simply exuberates spirituality.The classes provide you an opportunity to experience total well-being via Yoga under the tutelage of Satya Mataji & Mohan Prabhuji (All females are addressed as Mataji, and males as Parbhuji). A sense of responsibility and discipline is cultivated towards ones own Yoga Abhayasa. Different elements of Patanjali Yoga are beautifully blended in the 1-hour session. The class is welcoming to everyone.Five yrs ago, I chanced upon the in-center classes during my short stay in Bangalore. Ever since I was eager to re-join Dhrti Yoga someday. Now out of Bangalore, I finally joined the online classes during lockdown times. The online classes are of the highest quality and very reasonably priced. Just like the in-center classes. All that is expected from the student is discipline and attentiveness to avail the opportunity to grow.The classes start 5 minutes before time with a quiet meditation, for our mind to prepare for the Yoga practice. Shlokas and wisdom are integrated with Asanas and Pranayama. Nothing is taught in a rushed manner, yet the pace challenges me enough. Safety is given a priority.I have learned Surya Namaskar from various sources before and didnt enjoy practicing it. Here, I experienced the joy of it! Yoga is taught orderly. At the end of the session, I feel rejuvenated, strong, and knowledgable. The class unquestionably completes my day.Words fail to describe my heartfelt emotions for Mataji & Prabhuji. Yoga means not just performing some asanas. Its a way of life to live in the present each moment. Teachers are example for that here. Well experienced and knowledgeable teachers. They teach yoga in a traditional way including chantings and mantras which helps for peace of mind and spiritual growth. Studio is also located in a peaceful and calm environment. I have taken classes at other yoga centre’s in Bangalore but this place definitely stands out from all the rest of the places. The way of teaching is very traditional, it’s not just yoga that you learn here it’s a kind of living discipline that you will take back from your class.Guruji is very knowledgeable, the entire class is guided towards motivating you to do the asana’s with much more discipline and how to take forward the same and incorporate it in your life.So thank you for that. 😊

Pure holistic approach towards yoga. I am a regular student here for past 1 year.Sessions are absolute bliss. got flexibility both physically and mentally . I must say that my Outlook towards life got changed for good. :)Really liked the their approach towards yoga .Batch instructor Kuldeep prabhuji is very knowledgeable and patient..Mataji and prabhujis give personal attention to everyone and do not rush into the things .They will guide individuals to their better self ,step by step.Apart from perfecting in asanas , other activities like reciting of mantras, bhajans , tratak (on poornima and amavasya) ,ekadasi puja and kriya yoga are also performed .As per my opinion if anybody is regular and just follows the instructions he/she can feel the changes in very short span.Thanks to Satya mataji, Ramana prabhuji and Kuldeep prabhuji for their teachings and guidance.Wish you all the best !!!

I happened to stay at Dhrti Ashyashakthi Yogadarshana in January 2020. I know Satya Ji and Mohan Ji for the last 8 years. I was a past practitioner wanting to reconnect to my yogic roots. This trip was long overdue and I am so glad that god gave me the opportunity finally.The below points capture my experience at the center over the next 4 days.1) The location of the Ashram itself is very serene. The center is located on the edge of a very large reserve forest. From the yoga center, you can have a view of the valley behind. Pure air, silent nights and starry skies bring one into a contemplative mind. It is capable of uplifting ones mood. The rooms are very comfortable. One can feel a spiritual energy in this place that is hard to ignore.2) We practiced yoga at 6 am sharp in the morning and 6 pm in the evening. The stress is on awareness, breath and posture. My guru taught me that awareness and breath and as important as Asana itself; if not more. Yoga devoid of these aspects reduces to mere calisthenics. At some level, yoga is about slowing down and connecting with your deepest nature. This is a living practice at Dhrti Yoga.3) I was given Japa recital as one of the Niyamas to follow. The Japa, when done properly early in the morning preferably before 5 am..is a magical experience. Some things are better experienced than said. Japa is capable of putting one into a state of bliss and thoughtlessness. It also strengthens one sankalpa on what is ones immediate purpose in life. I still do Japa on a daily basis and drink the divine nectar it blesses me everyday.4) I practiced antar mouna, yoga nidra and trataka. These were given by my guru, taking into consideration my current state of mind. These yogic practices can bring profound change in a person. For me, antar mouna practice took me into a thoughtless state. I was unable to explain the feeling of bliss I was going through. This practice multiples manifold if done after trataka. Yoga Nidra was a wonderful stress reliever. It relaxes one at many levels. I was surprised that I could wake up at 5 am everyday while sleeping past 11 and not feeling tired at all. I was in a state of alertness in the mind and health in the body.5) Karma Yoga: My guru also taught me that selfless work done with dedication and without expecting any results from it is capable of transforming the mind. I volunteered to do some gardening work, some cooking and cleaning. I learnt the importance of keeping the place where you live very clean and pure. It energizes the place and your mind.6) Mantra Puja: On Saturday, we perfomed pooja with Havan chanting the Maha Mritunjaya Mantra 108 times. We prayed for the well being of a person who we know praying for his good health. I experienced that praying genuinely for another person is a powerful practise. The mantra chanting is capable of instantly uplifting anyones mood. It was followed by bhajan singing and we all opened up with our own Bhajans and enjoyed a lot.I can say that I experienced the yogic lifestyle at their abode and I cant wait to go back again to learn.In conclusion, I cannot thank my guru Satvinder Ramana Ji and Sri Mohan Prabhu Ji enough. The genuine efforts put in by them to bring me to the path of yoga by sharing and guiding and caring cannot be praised enough.I write this review with a feeling of gratitude for the selfless service. My hope is to share this experience with as many people as possible and that everyone should benefit from this.

Hari OM,Apart from different dimensions of yoga, one learns how to know yourself. As we grow older we tend to become crazy. Teachers here are very strict. Indiscipline has zero tolerance. Students are not supposed to bring mobile phones or electronic devices. Email/Phone, take prior appointment before visiting the center. If you visit the center without prior appointment, then have the patience till attended. For Baal Yogis, its important for the parents to meet teachers and take regular feedback. The center reserves the right to debar the student who is found behaving inappropriately. Learning is a JOY here. Cultivate Right Virtues And This Is The Right Place.

I attended brief history of hatha yoga at Dhrti. I liked the session which was informative and insightful.Lord Shiva was the first teacher of Yoga and mata Parvati was the first student to learn the science of Yoga from lord Shiva. When lord Shiva was teaching the science of yoga to mata Parvati , she fall asleep and even then lord Shiva was able to hear yes sound. When he started looking from where this yes sound was coming from, he saw that there was one fish and one snake who were making this yes sound as they were listening everything what lord Shiva was explaining to mata Parvati and then they were entrusted with the job to spread Yoga everywhere. They both took birth as Matsyendranath and Patanjali who took up the task to spread Hatha Yoga and Rajya yoga respectively.Hatha yoga is made out of two words ie ham and tham which represents the sun and the moon respectively; the power of aggressive ness and calmness and Ida and Pingla.Hatha yoga brings stability, calmness, dhridhitva and lightness in ones body as well as mind and thoughts. Nowadays due to heavy pollution around us, it takes a toll on our body. Hatha yoga helps us in cleaning our body ie shodhanam, to clean the body which can be achieved by detox practices like jalneti, sutraneti,shank prakhshalan, nauli, kapalbhati and other practices.We were also given an introduction to koshas, pranas,nadi and chakras

Hari OM,I went to Dhrti with full of uncertainties but after a week of practice of Yoga, felt so good with physical as well as mental happiness.Mataji and Prabhuji have their unique way of addressing our well being. I really like the way yoga is being taught here. The teachers are very courteous and motivating. its the same reason even after I took a break, I decided to go back here itself. Other than regular practice, dhruthi yoga also conducts various events. This Tuesday we had Ratha sapthami, it was a wonderful event where everyone did 108 Surya namaskaras. At one point I was planning to skip it because I didnt think I can complete even 1/4th of it. Because of the teachers motivation I attended and I could do 74 rounds. It was a wonderful moment.

If you are looking for health and peace then Dhrithi is the place. The gurus here are very dedicated. Yoga has become commercial these days but it is not that way here. Apart from the regular practice sessions they have many other events like celebrating festivals, social Seva like temple cleaning , teaching us to chant mantras and Bhagavadgita etc . Every Wednesdays guruji would teach us chanting of Vedic mantras like purusha suktham and many more. I was lucky enough to learn them. I went here for a year and then conceived. Didn’t want to stop the practice during pregnancy. Therefore I continued to go. They give individual attention to mothers to be and teach us the aasanas which is important for us. Practice of yoga and chanting Vedic mantras made me have a healthy and peaceful baby. I would recommend all mothers to be to join and have a healthy pregnancy.

Would any day recommend the yoga center for folks who want to experience health and happiness through yoga. Apart from yoga we can participate in different Sevas and Sankalpa which is organized by yoga centre. Prabhuji and Mathajis are very knowledgeable and gives personal attentions to each one of us. The classes are handled with a good balance with important given to mind, breathing, stretching, flexibility and strength. We also chant mantras and shlokas as routine practice. I am not sure if they are money minded or not. They are surely one without any courtesy. Few years ago, I went to enquire as I was expecting and wanted to learn yoga.i was in my 8th month and had walked around 1 km and was extremely tired when I reached there.i was enquiring with the teachers there and they asked me to come back later. I told them I had walked a lot and was tired and if they could give me quick details I shall come back later. They offered no courtesy, no humanity they asked to go and come back when they are free even after constant persuade. I felt they did not understand the real meaning of yoga. Being pure, human from within is real yoga. I know there are rules but humility is beyond rules..

Dhrti Yoga Center is one the finest yoga centers in BTM Layout. The teachers are very friendly and the whole vibration of the center is filled with positivity and happiness. After attending yoga regularly, ive found immense changes in myself and im really thankful for the same. Apart from regular yoga sadana, there are various other activities and festivals celebrated in the center like temple cleaning, ratha sapthami, ram navami, ekadhasi sadana etc. And learning about so many rituals and practices helped me to change my perspective of life and helped me try to focus on how to live a more progressive and positive life.I am forever thankful to Satya Mataji and Ramana Prabhuji for the same.

I am learning yoga in Dhrti Yoga centre from a year. Here Hata Yoga is taught from basics. Teachers give personal attention. I am still amazed how teacher remembers everyones needs and goals. Mistakes are corrected firmly yet lovingly .Reminds me of my primary school teachers.Yogic cleansing/ detoxing practices are also taught in detail. I have not got cold/fever throughout this year.Ayurveda sessions are conducted to suggest good eating habits.People who are interested can also participate in sat-sangs conducted regularly.

The teachers are strict yet humble and caring. Best place to learn yoga for all age groups. Personal attention is given to everyone even though we are in a group.My experience at Dhriti yoga is very good. I progressed as a yoga practitioner and also grown as a yoga teacher.Had a very good learning experience as a yoga practitioner and as a bala yoga teacher.I am happy that I had an opportunity to attend both Mataji and Prabhujis classes. I learnt many new aspects of yoga.Gradually after few months I begin to progress in my asanas. Now I am able to perform Ustrasana, Chakrasana build up as my body became more flexible. I also learnt Aditya Hridayam , Chandra Namaskar and kriyas.Also admire and learnt a lot from the way mataji has taught children in between by inculcating good habits, manners, discipline and right attitude.

I was in Bangalore as a visiting scholar for 4 months, and was a student at Dhrti Yoga center while I was there. Every morning, and occassionally weekend talks and excusions, I was so happy to learn Hatha yoga in such a holistic way from the gurus. We learning about the asanas, pranayamas, shlokas, the meaning behind the yoga philosophy and the balancing of the mind that we need to be true yoga practitioners. It was also wonderful to practice the yoga that was appropriate for the day of the month and the season of the year, which meant that every day was a bit different! I am so grateful to Mataji and Prabuji for guiding me through these beginnings of my yoga journey. What an amazing experience--and highly recommended to all!

Instructor is absent at times and conduction of yoga is left to students who in my opinion are not the best people to know how to run the class. I paid for a month and attended around 3 classes after which I decided this was a waste of my time. Students are rude and this is the probably the last thing Id expect in a yoga class

Relaxing, peaceful and totally blissful​. Teachers are very learned, humble and very supportive. Different types of Seva(Services) such as temple cleaning and activities such as performing 108 Surya Namaskars are conducted from time to time to give everyone chances to become a good Samaritan and also modest.Contrary to couple of negative reviews, the teachers are not at all money minded or arrogant. They themselves live a disciplined life in-line with the traditions of Bihar School of Yoga and also encourage others to do so by setting an example through themselves.

The two months of yoga session at Dhrthi Yoga has been a transformative experience for me. I did lose a lot of things in these two months! Yes, you read it right! What did I lose? I lost multiple negative emotions such as fear, insecurities that were there before, overthinking, anxiousness, laziness, spurt of anger etc. However, it would be exaggerating to say I am free of them completely. But I can confidently say, I have gained control and grew bigger than them. The experience sowed the seed of physical, emotional and spiritual health progress in my life. To use one of my favourite spiritual guru’s phrase, I evolved from “compulsiveness to consciousness”. With just two months of Yoga, I seemed to gain so much benefits, I wonder how much benefit doing Yoga would help me if I practice for lifetime.My deepest and humble respect to the trainers at Dhrthi Yoga, namely Brahmadhyanam mathaji and Manutattwa prabhuji. Their way of training us into this practice is fulfilling that one gets into ease of doing it. In the initial few days, I was given mild asanas to start with to get my flexibility but as time progressed, challenging asanas were taught. Whenever someone is not doing the right way or finding it difficult to do, they give individual attention and help us challenge our limits to do. Sometimes one gets a feeling “My lazy mind had been hiding my potential. I could unlock it now”. It happened for me during Ratha Sapthami day when I could complete 108 rounds of Surya Namaskara, which I never thought I would be able to do.In Sum, Dhrthi Yoga center helped me realize that it’s important to understand the “Dhrthi” inside us. Thank you once again, Brahmadhyanam mathaji and Manutattwa prabhuji for helping me in the journey. I would like to bow down with respect for the rich experience you have given me through Dhrti Yoga.

Dear Dhrti yoga center,i went to yoga center with my kids to enquiry for yoga details i dont have much knowledge about yoga, their was lady she is not responding properly , i have waited around 20 min, my kid started crying i waited for again 10 min she was speaking with someone else she didnt respond anything so, i strongly advice to yoga management that people who are visting to this yoga center please respond them with necessary information and i suggest to have patience.
