Your app is still below standards.. I tried messaging your different numbers to inform that my payment has been debited but I havent got any acknowledgement. But I did not get a single reply . I had to physically visit your shop . And I understood that you have received my payment and the chicken is delivered. But my question is dont you have basic courtosy to reply to your customers when they have messaged you several times. Since you have lot of customers now . You are not even concentrating in improving your customer service.. You have been very good at times .. Depending on your mood you change your customer service standards. Hope you will understand from a customer service point of view and make me change my rating from 1 to 5 in the future . Long way to go . I wish you have a better customer service standards.

About the quality of every product, it’s very fresh, tender and delicious which makes all different cuisines perfect and amazingly delicious. Clean, tender and mutton is available is goat which is good.Excellent service, happy to come again.You may try to open by 8 or 9 AM in the morning during weekdays as one would try to buy early.

Ive been a regular customer for over 4 months now, and have always received the fresh poultry products as well as sea food. Since the shop has opened, it has always been my go-to outlet for my non-vegetarian needs. I no longer look for online options.
