Taste of food must say it was amazing, but happened to reach a bit late so have very limited options but did impress me with the taste of what ever we ordered... Idly was very soft, nice chutney, tasty podi masala dosa and parota and the best of all was the chilly parota.... Will vist again to try more dishesThe server were a bit rudish and had very limited servers... 2 server running the hole orders... But must say they really have a very good chefs

Tamilnadu flavour in Koramangala. Any item on menu can be ordered without hesitation. Quality and taste are assured. Tiffin and meals are served in banana leaves. Apart from daily fixed menu, special items are added to the menu everyday. Cant miss out pongal and ghee roast. Rates are bit high but worth it for the quality of stuff.Parking is not available. A must visit restaurant.

Honestly speaking, far better than a 5 Star restaurant. The food is absolutely fantastic and the prices are unbelievably reasonable. Authentic Tamil cuisine is available here and I didnt even burp after completing the meal which means the cooking methods and the oil used are absolutely genuine. Moreover, its a little hidden and on the first floor entering through a narrow staircase so use the GPS (correct location) and keep your eyes open. I had Kothu Parota and South Indian Filter Coffee, absolutely heavenly. Paid ₹76/-

Yummy dosa! If you are looking for tamil style dosa/ idli or even Tamil cuisine, definitely visit this place. I am a fan of Tamil style dosas and this place is worth trying. Prices are average. Go for ghee sada dosa. You will love it! Paper dosa is also good.

Best thali Ive had so far in Bangalore. Glad that we dropped by. The staff are very courteous and attentive to your needs.Tomato sabzi and the cabbage sabzi is pretty good. Ill definitely come back

Amazing place. Mind blowing food. We had 6 dishes among us 2 ppl. Podi idli was the best among it all, with mini idlis tossed in ghee and podi. So good that was. Then we had from the days specials, the ada dosa with avial. It was SPLENDID!! The ghee roasts were also lovely.They have everyday specials. Gotta go on another day to try that days menu. Highly recommended.

Best Tamilian restaurant in Bangalore.Authentic taste & hygienic food. Must try the vadas.Staff is friendly and they dont make you wait long.Theyve several surgical varieties & exclusive menu items on different days of the week. Im a regular here and would recommend this place to everyone.

Great place for South Indian meals although its a bit on the expensive side (180rs including GST). The place is quite clean and the crowd was less when I visited on a Sunday. Food is served on a Banana leaf. Rice is given with curry as required after roti is served.

OMG. The batter is the BEST. And I have tried all sorts. First of all, don’t buy from stores, if you have access to a restaurant’s. And then try different ones. Including those made at home. Till you reach Sree Krishna Kafe’s. And then your search has ended.

Hands down 🙆 this is by far the best South Indian restaurant when it comes to really good food! You know this place is authentic because you see lot of local people having dinner over here. The service is really good, quick and easy. The place is little tight but who cares!They have variety of dosas! My favourite is the classic masala dosa. I never finish sambhar but this place do it well. Go out with your friends to have dinner over here, this place is value for money.

Amazing south indian food. The flavors were up to the mark. The sambhar could have been a little better but nevertheless the other flavors were compensating it. The podi idli had an amazing ghee flavour which made it impeccable. The ghee roast was also very thin and crispy and not thick and soft. The idiyappam was also good. Though it could have been a little thinner. The service is pretty fast. The waiters are good in taking orders but wont bug u like in bigger restaurants which is good for me. Some people might want waiters asking them but this is not one of those places. You are free to eat and order as u please.

Simple and Nice homely Tamil meals. They dont use baking soda, MSG or artificial colours in their food. The ambiance is very basic but clean.

This is a traditional South Indian Cafe. It provides south India food in Tamil Nadu style. If you are budget conscious then dont go on weekends since the meals is over priced. During week days you can get a limited meals at a budget price. The place is quaint. The food is good but not great. The service is very quick and staffs are vwry kind.

Waiting customers spill out onto the narrow staircase that leads up to this first floor eatery.Service is reasonably prompt and friendly for a place this busy. Youll do well to decide your order quickly and be patient. Their Podi Masala Dosa, Ghee Roast Dosa and Idlis are very good. The Garlic Dosa in unique and definitely worth trying. The Sambar isnt what you normally find in Bangalore but the three chutneys are great.Krishna Kafe also serves great South Indian lunch thalis, if youre ever craving a Tamil style vegetarian meal.

With the food experience I have got in Bangalore, in nine years, this must come under 10 best South Indian restaurant in Bangalore. South meals, Dosa, Appam, Iddiappam all are Superb. I just love the sambar and chutney they serve. Staffs are good. Price is moderate. The combo breakfast is something i must recommend everyone. Now they have started serving phutka meals too.

Last time I visited Koramangala with family, it was in march 2021. We had the special meal from Krishna. Every one enjoyed the savory. Must say that they use authentic ingredients for their dishes. Thats the reason for mouth watering thoran, curry, poriyal, kuzhambu, rasam, etc. The traditional banana leaf meals can be a great treat for your taste buds. Best part is that the quantity is unlimited. Foodies would love to devour veggies that are served here. Staff is great. We used to wait outside as sometimes its crowded. But its worth it.

Had been for lunch ...took mini meals ....not much of variety no sweets and was expensive too Rs120 for mini meals....

Usually the dosa we get in Karnataka is oily and thick. Whereas Tamilnadu has thin and crispy and less oily dosa. Its like *.Sagar vs sarvana bhavan. Shree Krishna cafe serves these thin, less oily dosa with plain coconut chutney, tomato chutney and sambar. I like it. Medu vada is usually cold which is not good. They serve mini idli, uttappam, etc. Breakfast is only till 11am. Make sure to be there before that.

What a hearty veg fare for a hungry soul on a hot Sunday afternoon. A simple set of usual suspects served on plantain leaf - 3 different gojju/palyas, chapati, rice, sambar, khara kozhambu, Mhor kozhambu , rasam, majjige, payasa, curd, papad, majjige mensinkai n pickle. We returned home feeling blessed!! 💛

I felt happy initially that I got the seat instantly.. however the food was not so great this time.. they dont have the special meal which is their signature... Had been there yesterday at around 9 pm. Worst service ever. The waiter served dal, sambar etc which were cold as ice.When we told him that can u please heat them up and bring it back. He was like khana hai to khao I was shocked by the response and just got up and walked away.The management should sensitise the staff on how to talk to ppl. Else this hotel is doomed to close.

Been visiting SKC since a decade.Was a very crowded place initially but then the proliferation of eateries around and nearby has affected the footfall a wee bit.Excellent Idly and Vada, Masala Dosa and Ghee Roast Dosa.Coffee is strong and sweet.Good for a quick bite or to sit and have a conversation.Used to visit on Friday afternoons for the Veg Thali which was super filling, but that was long ago so cant comment on the status quo, though.Service is super fast.The only negatives are the constrained Toilets and the fact that its on the upper floors.
