Hotel ambience was to good, but food taste or staff responsibility toward customer is to poor. They will not care whether you are waiting for so long or not. We got our food after almost 45 minutes which I think to much waiting time for a restaurant like this. Location was easily accessible. Interior is great of this restaurant. The only issue is food. Taste was also not so great. Overall 2/5 star. Its my opinion others may vary 😀

Nice place. Ambience is good. What I liked the most is how they treated us. There were not much items in veg compared to non veg.I am writing with respect to veg. Food was good. It is better than most of the places I have visited. Best item on the menu was Faluda. Do try it out if you visit.

Food is really nice and tasty as well. Somehow we feel that we want to eat more but not able to eat much as we were feeling fuller. Moreover, children also find the taste soothing as spice was mild. Overall nice experience. We enjoyed it max. Only one point I was not able to understand, Malabar food was not available for dinner except lachchha paratha.

Ordered 5 items - chicken burger (49₹), shawarma 1+1 (49₹), fried chicken (49₹), grill chicken half(85₹) & Malabar chicken briyani (85₹). I can say except shawarma rest all was good and worth. Shawarma spoiled my meal badly, there was no salt & too much bitter. Dono if its spoiled chicken or they mixed something purposefully. I raised concerns but no update from them yet. I finally thrown shawarma as it was like bitter gourd.

We went to Moriz on Friday night, it was bit crowded but we didnt have to wait long before we got a table. Then came the real waiting, the waiters were busy serving others, so it took them quite some time before we could place an order.We ordered Chicken soup, Drums of Heaven & Mushroom Chilly in the beginning (see pics attached). Soup and Drums of Heaven were average and couldnt give us the taste we expected but Mushroom Chilly tasted good.In the main course, we opted for Kadai Paneer, Dal Jeera Tadka along with Butter Naan and Kulcha(see pics attached). Kadai Paneer wasnt upto the mark, we could get the taste of half cooked spices while Dal was OK. Butter Naan and Kulcha were average. Overall the taste was very average.Towards the end we ordered, Strawberry Scoop and Gadbad (see pic attached). These were tasty, specially GadBad was really yummy. If not for these ice-creams, I would have given a 2* rating for service and food overall.

The worst grilled chicken I ever had. Instead of being crispy on the outside, the chicken was half cooked and watery and dripping as if it was kept in chicken curry. They just take half cooked chicken and serve it just for the sake of it. The taste was also so horrible. Never ordering from here again.

On 23rd june 2019 I was visited to this place after I done my dinner I found these harmful insects in my drinking water.i asked for Manager but no one came and when I take picture the servents Forcefully try to take that glass.its very bad restaurant with behavior and very unhygienic food served here.And even though they dont appolgy for this. Really I hate this restaurant

We literally waited for 15 mins to place the order . . And waited 20 mins for the bill to come in . . U shud b literally lucky to see someone and scream them to come to u . . Pathetic.. not all value for money.. Ordered Achari fish tikka via swiggy, which costed me 330 INR.. got 8 pieces each not more than the size of a 10rupee coin..!! Not sure if this is issue with swiggy or with the restaurant..!!

Nice food with ambience

No option below 1 star. Thats why i am giving a star.Had a Very pathetic experience from this restaurant.I ordered one alfahm chicken half and an American chopsy , and while having we got a piece of utensil scrubber(steel wool) and informed waiter. He told that, he will change the dish and will give a new one. We agreed and wait for the dish to deliver. Aftr 3 minutes he bought american chopsy with the same quantity we left before. I doubted if this is the same which i complained or not. I didnt had it. And ordered scheshwan chicken dry. I got a fishy tasted chicken. When i complained about this, waiter didnt mind it. He were very careless to my complaint. Then i went to restaurant owner and complained about the same. He asked chef to check this. And chef shouted on me like iam the person who does the mistakes. They were very rude to me and given the bill for all the items. I dont know if somebody is having this steel wool without knowing, bcz the interior dark and low light.This is my first experience in my life. Pls dont go here. When we occupied the dining table at the upstairs of your hotel, there were hardly 3 or 4 persons sitting there for food. There was a lot of delay in bringing the menu book. No one was coming forward to take orders from us. After a long wait, we had to call someone in red uniform to give our orders. Serving of the food took almost half an hour. No reason was told by the bearer for the delay.Our first experience there was disappointing.If this is the attitude of the bearers there, what will be the fate of customers, when the rush increases in this hotel.You need to put proper supervisors to manage your bearers & streamline the food delivery system in this hotelThe food was however good & tasty.

Its having good ambience for party but too much of dark they keep it as for a restaurant as eating place. Some of the food items are good but some of them are just namely only. A very nice restaurant with affordable menu . I went along with a friend and ordered tandoori chicken and biriyani and a smoothie... tandoori was too awesome and authentic taste .. smoothie was superb. Biriyani was average type. Try for the live counter items like tandoori, kebab etc. It was a good experience with supportive staffs to serve the food. Ambience was nice.

To start with - the service is bad, food is not up to the mark, hotel is not clean, table is not clean and the mats, no proper ventilation for the smoke to get out, could see few insects roaming on the floors.
