Recently, I tried some of the dishes from Freshmenu. They do have a good variety in terms of different cuisines in their menu. Talking about the packaging first, it was really good. I was glad to see some biodegradable packaging as well. Everything was properly packed in a container and cutlery was also provided.I tried Honey Chilli Potatoes, Lifu Noodle Bowl and their Homemade Chocolate Slice Cake. Honey Chilli Potatoes were good but could have a little more crispier. Lifu Noodle Bowl tasted surprisingly very good. It had a lot of veggies such as onions, bell peppers, carrots, green onions and cabbage. The portion size was also good for a single meal. Finally, coming to the dessert, their homemade chocolate cake was just amazing. I loved the perfect sweetness and chocolatey taste. Overall, the experience was quite good.

Hopeless!! Freshmenu losing the game big time when delays the orders placed online for over 2hrs

They are the worst ,I had ordered my chole masala thali around 9:27PM on ZOMATO....no response from their side even after an hour ,their landlines dont connect to the restaurant on call they dont reply , delivery never on time they dont even deserve a single star ...... Worst .... waste of money dont order from this place...

Providing 1 star rating , as dont have the -ve or 0 star rating. In last 4 cases, they cancelled after 30 mins of confirmation. And the most ridiculous reason they have cited during Covid - Congestion in Road 😀😀

I wish there were negative rating, i have placed the order by 1 and its 2.34 still waiting for the food, have ordered from zomato.ther is no way to contact them.

Its a fraud. Zomato and freshmenu together will take money and will not deliver your food and no refund also. Avoid Sarjapur Road Freshmenu. This is my 3rd incident like this with them.
