Worst resort. Dont ever try to go here. Very bad support

Location is good, the rooms that were provided for our stay was not maintained well.Hygiene needs to be improved.Lunch that was provided was really good.

One of the WORST resort. You get nothing for paid amount waste of money and time. Please look for better resorts. We had visited yesterday and they loot like anything for Alacart dishes which are tasteless and everyone puked.

Worst ever and ever and ever resort or hotel o visited yesterday, that lady who took booking in phone speak so nicely, dont go anyone because it is like a ghost resort now, nothing is working, rooms are u cant imagine its like that no staff no pool was good pool cleaned many years ago I think, kitchen those north people always having hunse in mouth, toilet are not working well flush totally waste guys

Very nice secluded and quiet location but this old resort with the sprawling area needs loads of maintenance and improvements and restoration. Food was okay . Swimming pool existent. Chairs in meeting hall , uncomfortable. Toilets , either with no water or beaten down. With a little bit of repairs and ads, this can be a great resort so close to Bangalore

The setting of the place , location where the resort is situation are nice. Its easily accessible from main road. BUT there are a LOT of things which they need to improve.First is understand that if they provide non vegetarian food when vegetarian food is ordered , its not acceptable.Second is bathroom is a basic necessity and keeping it clean and in working condition is very important.Third is making sure all the electrical equipments are safe. The exhaust fan in our room had Sparks coming out thrice in one night, which made us feel unsafe to sleep.The one star is purely for the front desk Representatives who were helpful and responsive.

The place is easily accessible located at mysore road. There are no major attractions or things to do in the resort but just to relax and have some get together within budget then this place can be given a try. The hospitality can be improved and last time I visited they informed that carrying our own drinks is not allowed but on request they allowed it, so check on this while booking. There is a gaming area and a pool which are pretty basic for a resort. Camp fire was arranged. The rooms are average, requires better maintainence.

We went for new year celebrations of 2020, its a nice place to visit for outing and good maintained rooms, but when it comes to food its very bad, they said starters will starts from 6.30pm but we got it at 8pm, for around 80 people first they will serve for 40 to 50 people and remaining people has to get the food ready and then eat and even morning breakfast was very bad.,My suggestion to management is that, kindly serve good and healthy food for the people on time and increase the entertainment activity more. (Give the value for the money paid)

Resort is good... Very less crowd... When we went, we were the only people in the entire 2-3 acres of property.. Sometimes weird coz its fun wen few other visitors are there... Indoor games is too good... Swimming pool is awesome.. It was like a private pool for us coz there was no one 😂.. Food is really very good.. Chicken manchurian, egg fried rice and lemon chicken is must try... Nice place for photography If u live nature and hills.... Very nicely planned and built.. U ll enjoy the stay...

We stayed here for a night as group of 20 people. This a litle remote place. Resort needs much better maintenance. Outside area can be maintained with more greenery. Place looked dry. Rooms are very spacious. Bath rooms too. Maintenance here too, poor. Some of the fittings are rusted and broken. This place does not have much facility for additional activities. You have resonably large ground. Pool maintenance is also not that great. Food was quite good. If you are spending time outside the resort doing trecking etc, this place is ok to just have rest and food. If you want spend all the time in the resort, this is not recommended. You will be disappointed..

Rooms are very spacious and good. Linen and room amenities excellent. Toilets need a lot of improvement and repair work. Staff are extremely polite and courteous. Ample and secured parking space, nice open space for activities, bon fire etc. Swiming pool can be more cleaner. Food definitely need improvement with variety and taste. Descent for corporate and weekend outing.

Except for a swimming pool, I didnt like anything else here.They say they have various activities but non of them work or in a condition to be used.None of the TV s in the rooms work. Room doors are often poorly maintained so some times its hard to lock/unlock.On weekends they say room service is not there. So cant order food to the room. When you go to their restaurant they insist you on buying buffet only.Food seemed just average.Usually when we go out, we expect to have a nice and tasty food. I didnt seem to find it here.There is a rock inside the resort. On climbing we could see a wonderful view of rocks surrounding the resort.The resort is completely surrounded by Mango trees. If you like a farm house style setup, the scenery inside the resort would definitely amuse you.Be watchful on the Bangalore Mysore Road. Of you are little careless you will miss the tiny board leading to the resort.As soon as you enter the service road, you would see some vehicles parked on the right. Dont get fooled and park here.Go further 500 meters, you will seem to think you have lost your way but its alright.There you will see a big gate, a security will open it and let you in.

1 star rating is too much for the service they provided. Never try this place if u care for your stomach, worst kind of food and much expensive. Full of red chilli powder, from breakfast to dinner. They were not ready to give even tea in the room even if u r ready to pay extra. While booking we made advance paymnet and forgot it while check in. After making the full payment I remembered this. So they were enquiring us as if we were thieves. There was no communication between the manager nd receptionist. No value at all for the customers. Further the rooms were not maintained, fridge was not working. If u want to chill out dont go, u vl go nuts for even small things.

Its the worst resort I have visited in my entire life. The room is big and spacious but there is no door mat in front of the washroom, no latches or you find latches that are stiff to lock and unlock, no place to hang even a towel, the water will be switched off now and then. You will have to remind the resort guys to turn on water. We got 1 AC remote for 2 rooms that we booked. The morning lunch was continued for the dinner too except for mixed rice variety. Nothing is maintained. The only good thing about our stay was the group that I went with. No stars.

Worst hotel experience of my life...we stayed I this resort for 2days as we were shooting some thing in Ramnagar. The rooms doesnt have basic amenities such as curtains, bathrooms doesnt have showers. There were bedbugs in the mattresses, bedsheets with stains.. The restaurant close down at 8:30 pm so you cant have dinner post 8:30. Also there was no difference between their deluxe room and cottages. All of them looks same and doesnt have any amenities.overall REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE .

Never has one ever over advertised a resort to such a level. Contrary to what they claim on their website, this is a dirty resort. The rooms are dinghy, dirty with doors that are often jammed shut. The walls have water seepage. The bathrooms are plain dirty and the commode and washbasins are not even fixed properly. The floors are damp. The resort staff know the truth, hence they want you to pay before you can check in and see the state of the resort. The guards gave a bad description of the resort too with one claiming that rooms were used for a few hours by some guests. The approach is bad and there are no signposts to guide you to the main gate.

Worst resort!! Its not even a resort ... Its a broken old building with nothing working. They have all activities but nothing in condition. All the board games, pool, tables are broken. The swimming pool is like a swamp pit. The food is limited and very bad... Wish was not there

The resort is quite good for dayout activities. It has got good view of ramanagar hills. Swimming pool, cricket, volleyball, are some of the outdoor activities in the resort. They provide buffet lunch for dayout packages. Menu in the buffet can be improved. They provide with 2 starters, chapathi(which was not good), 1 veg curry, 1 colored rice, rice and samabar and curds, 1 non veg, and ice cream. Maintainance is bad.

Visited recently.. Its not worth it.. One of the worst resort I ever visited..Rooms are not pre-checked before allotted.. TV and cable was out for both rooms we booked.. You need to keep asking for ever single thing.. Room service is bad.. They took 10 hours to put an extra bed... They dont have phones in rooms.. You need to make calls via mobiles.. They dont change bedsheets and pillow cases regularly..Food was not good.. No naming or signs to differentiate veg and non-veg..Indoor games are OK.. Outdoor bad.. They do not keep extra materials for playing.. Example they have only one set for badminton.. So you cant play until one has finished playing.. They have 2 courts and one doesnt even has a net.. They keep only one football and volleyball..Swimming pool was a little dirty.. Not sure they clean it regularly..Resort allows marriages and political party meetings so the place sometimes gets crowded and you cant have fun, peace and calm you wanted.. I recommended to choose some other resort over this... Thank you

They try to give the best service, but they fail.They provide you liqueur, but no ICE. I had to go 8 km with my friends to get some ice.If there are more than the usual number of people in the restaurant, you might have to wait for 40-45 minutes for a single chapati also.Even if you want to order something in your room as starter, the only thing their chef can provide is : ONION PAKORA.

After looking at the website and talking to the person in charge on the phone, we went with good expectations. The place is certainly planned ambitiously and has a good location. The staff were friendly and helpful But two things were very clear.(a) It is is simply not suitable for anyone who has knee issues, or would like to minimise climbing stairs, or has difficulty with rough ground. Although we asked for a ground floor, we were shown rooms all of which needed stairs, and these are also quite steep. A clear disclaimer on the website would help. Of course young and active and fit people may have no issues with these.(b). The whole place showed signs of neglect of maintenance, and seemed run down- broken windows. dirt in corners, smell in bathrooms, stains on towels, etc. We were told that there had been a change in management and things would get better.(c) The food timings given were not kept up with - e.g the 8:30 time given for breakfast became more like 9:15. And though told, they did not minimise the spice level in a la carte dishesUnfotunately, not able to rate higher than two stars. But hope that they are able to get thigs in order.

We were a group of 4 friends and were looking for a suite or two rooms. Exorbitant prices were understood knowing it was a long weekend but we were told that the suite consisting of 4 beds couldnt be given to couples and wed have to take up (and pay for) 2 rooms. Can only be given to families or a group of 4 guys/girls. Theyre running a school.
