Since beginning the entire project of looking for new tenant was very well planned and executed by the nobroker. They were extremely transparent throughout the entire transaction and the RM kept on calling and giving very regular updates about tenants who were interested allowing me less discussion with the likely tenants. The RM was very useful and avoided me the hassle of having to repeat the details of house, rent, security, date of vacation etc etc. overall an excellent service.

Pathetic... I paid for rental agreement creation. Prepared document online.reviewed draft and sent back with feedback on mistakes. But they sent me soft copy of printed draft with overlapping text. I immediately informed them and asked not to print and deliver this wrong document. its been more than 2 weeks now. They simply delivered the wrongly printed one. I keep contacting them everyday through calls and emails, they say we will get back but nothing till now.Never go with any paid services with them. They just take the money and dont bother after that.

We have availed Nobroker services 2nd time, we found its professional way of work. This time, we have opted for money-back plan for renting out our house in 3rd floor. Inspite of pandemic situation, we got a tenant thro nobroker finally. Our Relationship manager Nazima helped us to get tenants with various visit scheduled, tried her best efforts. Many times, tenants rejected as in 3rd floor and various houses available, she was giving good feedback, regularly updated from the rejected tenants.Though first term 60 days we didnt get finalized any tenant, nobroker has plan for addon period without additional pay, exiting plan will continue with min amount reduction. I opted to get my interiors done via nobroker after I bought a flat early this year.And I havent regretted since.Firstly, they had put a knowledgeable person (munaf) who understood our broad requirements at an early stage and gave us a reasonable quote,with clear breakups on the cost.We decided to sign up with them after we visited a site of theirs.They assigned a very competent interior designer (Ankita) and Munaf who worked with us diligently to understand the reqts and suggest us design options accordingly.They visited shops with us to select and finalise the purchase of tiles, granite slabs among others.Also, we didnt need to visit the flat everyday to see project progress as munaf as the project manager provided us periodic updates.We only visited on weekends.Overall the project was handed to us in 4 months ...a delay of a month due to the covid lockdown in April 2020.Overall very happy with their service and professionalism, and happy to recommend anyone to take their services.

Excellent timely follow up. My move started at 7:55AM for 8AM. Mr Raghavendra’s team did an excellent job with zero complaints even when they had to move everything quite a distance on foot. Would easily recommend movement with No Broker even though it is a little more expensive than others. The service is definitely up to the mark.

Its just a waste of time & money, nevr go let go easily. through No Broker they will force you to take the package & give you fall promises but nothing will workout, not even single client have approached through No Broker, assigned Manager will keep changing when we try calling them they are not reachable. After 90 day I get an answer saying package is expired and can go for new package with 10 % discount.I just wasted my money & time, my advice not to go through them.

Nice portal if you want to skip brokerage. Better to get a basic plan to view owners contact.Dont fall for agent based plans as they are hardly any useful. We had to get most useful visits scheduled ourselves. The bargaining part however was taken care by No broker agent which was good and decent. Overall those plan is not that useful.

We went with NoBroker packers and movers and we are not very satisfied with the service.1. Without inspecting my 2 bhk flat (either physically or on video), just by the count of number of large items, the NoBroker team convinced me that a 14ft vehicle is enough for my home, I had to book and pay for another Tata ace on the move-out day to move all my stuff.2. I was told that the service is premium with professional packers and movers and each and every item will be bubble wrapped. One of my bed was not wrapped and was directly kept on the truck, bed ended up with lot of mud.3. One of the corners of my leather Sofa was damaged while shifting, leather got teared off. The movers could have easily avoided that damage with a little more caution.
