Normally not an Indian food fan. But their food is just amazing.We had sweet and sour cauliflower and 2 chicken curries. Aloo paratha(Potato naan) is so good. Also try mango lassi and dessert!The owner gives great recommendations and very warm. Our second time back already.

I dont like spicy food, so take my advice with a grain of salt. I liked the food here anyways and the server was amazing. We were there 30 minutes before closing and asked if they would still seat us, and the host gestured come sit down so politely! It felt like we were coming into his own dining room, it was so special. We ordered on the app with QR code, very clean and sanitary. We got the spinach paneer dish, butter chicken, basmati rice, naan bread, and gulag Jamon. All of it, very good. I did not get sick afterwards!!!! I dont know how they did it, but I will insist on getting Indian food here in the future.

I spent a year on Bangalore and this is the best Chai I’ve had in the Seattle area :) the food was great also.

It’s pretty decent. The interior is semi upscale (a bit more attention to detail needed to meet luxury standard), and food is good. Service is prompt and friendly.

Absolutely delicious! This was some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had, and the service was absolutely incredible! If you haven’t tried this place, then I would 10/10 recommend. Every service member is kind, prompt, and very helpful. I was seated immediately and had my food within 5-10 minutes of ordering. There were so many options- even less spicy stuff for me! I will definitely be coming back! I recommend the Chicken Tikka Masala and the rice pudding!

Food is very good. The flavor is more subtle and less oily than most Indian restaurants, so you can keep enjoying the dishes. Deserts are very tasty, without being so sweet.

We went there for valentine’s day dinner and we genuinely loved everything about this place- its food, its ambience, our server and the music. Food and drinks were yummy. According to me, it is the best Indian restaurant in Seattle area.We will definitely be returning for more yummy food. :)

I was a little skeptical when I first walked in because the place was empty. But our server was incredibly nice and I really liked the food. I planned to eat half of it, but ate the whole thing and was stuffed until the next morning. Atmosphere is a little unique, but the food is worthwhile. Worth going to.

The Food and service was great!! We got two dishes and tried the naan, all of it was amazing. The best butter sauce I’ve ever tried! The man who helped us was the epitome of kindness—he was so helpful, answered all of our questions, suggested dishes, and then was attentive throughout our meal. The atmosphere of this place is amazing. Very serene, perfect for a date. The lounge was colorful and cozy, and decorated beautifully. Thank you for our lovely meal and for your kindness as you served us. You made our first time in Bellevue very memorable. I dont see how anyone could rate this place negatively. Tom gave my fiance and I, such an amazing experience just for our quick pop in lunch. He was extremely knowledgeable about the health benefits and culture of the food. He even went the extra mile and gave us a free desert, and free frozen meal to try at home. I would rate this place higher if I could. The food was absolutely amazing. 10 stars for me.

We went here this evening for dinner. The service and food were wonderful!! The garlic naan is some of the best Ive had. My friend had the butter chicken and I had a spinach chicken dish. They were both incredible - so very flavorful with moist tender chicken and huge portions! We will definitely come back!

We went there to grab some food to go. The place itself looks really beautiful. It feels like a upscale place. There is a small bar at the front with seating area at the back.The food was good, even though we didnt get a lot of food but it was good.The service and greetings could be better. ENJOY!!!

The decor and ambiance are good. Food is just ok, won’t go again, for a place in the heart of Bellevue, I was expecting better. The service is ok, they were many waiters but not so many customers for a Saturday night 7pm.

Excellent food. If you dont know what to order, get the garlic naan, chicken tikka masala, and basmati rice. Great portions, fast service, good food. We also had the chai and papadums to whet our appetites. Rice kheer was a delicious and light dessert.They are obviously keeping things clean for COVID concerns: Upon entering my sensitive nose picked up on an astringent/cleaning smell instead of yummy Indian food scent. I was a little bit disappointed by that, but also happy that the staff is keeping surfaces clean. Once our food arrived, my nose was very happy, along with the rest of my senses.The chicken tikka masala is phenomenal, it beats a few other of my favorite Indian restaurants in the Seattle area.

A very nice modern Indian cuisine place.The service was great, the taste also great, the furniture and decor was not to my liking, felt too industrial and modern. The Indian beer is good. Price is ok considering the zone.

The experience was really bad dining here. The place wasnt cleaned very well and did not have good air conditioning at all, we were all sweating. They messed up the order and forgot coconut chicken curry and on asking for it sent a lamb korma instead. The paneer butter masala was cold and naans dry and hard to eat. The aloo paratha was the only sa ving grace. Very substandard service as well.

Two stars because the service was good. the food was not worth the price. Our paneer appetizer barely came with paneer and was all onion. The gobi munchurian came out soggy and cold like they fried it in the afternoon. Our butter chicken had dry pieces of meat which was lathered in curry sauce. The briyani had a hair on it. This was honestly the worst dinner I had in a long time.

I went to this place in 2018 and the food was pricy for the quantity and it didnt taste good. But a year later I again gave it a try and it was delicious and similarly priced to other indian outlets in the area. The aloo parathas and masala naan are definitely my favorite. Their curries are also good. I personally like their dals and lahsuni saag paneer. Their meat options are tasty as well.

Bad service. They did not complete my order and when I called, they told me they can’t do anything. Items are too overpriced for the quantity they give. Not recommended.

This place served a different type of Indian food. We ordered the Gobi Manchuria whose preparation was completely different from what is served in India. I liked the dish in its different form. The curries didnt satisfy much, but the breads we had ordered were amazing! The garlic naan was my favourite.I would definitely recommend this palace to have good Indian food.

Coming from London where Indian food is amazing, we’ve always been a little skeptical of the Indian food scene here in Seattle and it’s East Side areas of Bellevue, Redmond and Sammamish.There are a couple of decent restaurants around and Moksha is certainly amongst the best of those. Moksha’s taste felt Panjabi as opposed to the South Indian dominated places around here, everything is HALAL, and it’s in the best location right next to Bellevue Square mall with ample parking all around. The food was great, the Lamb Biriani and Chicken Kadai especially so. I’d highly recommend this place especially after a long day shopping or for an evening out with friends in Downtown Bellevue.

Delicious food at decent prices. Serving sizes were good, too. The spinach appetizer was so-so, but overall I think this place is good. The interior is also quite beautiful to look at. Staff are friendly and helpful. Ill be happy to come here again.

Occassion: was with wife exploring Bellevue & we walked across this restaurant. Beautiful Indian restaurants.Pros: beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere. Lots of options. Vege options > meat options.Cons: too much msg, to much bicarbonate in the food. So you might end up more bloated than normal. Little busy at times. Staff seemed over whelmed. Little $$ compared to other establishments.Bottomline: best thali restaurant I have been to todate. Would I go back - yes! Loved their Thalis!**update in response to the reply below**Your food is healthy, it is great, I love it and recommend it... there is not negative here... but some of the dishes we had did have bicarb and the msg taste is unique in desi food. For eg. Your pakoras had it. Msg well that’s not an issue as msg is everywhere, you have that even in Doritos. There’s no issue there.As for spice becoming older and stronger... that is correct and not a negative but rather a positive as I throughly enjoy it and was raised on strong spice.But thanks anyway

This is a pretty and quiet americanized mostly-South Indian restaurant that offers a limited menu of a mix of vegetarian and non-veg food, served either family-style or as a set meal (thali).Some of the items included in the thali are not listed on the menu, but the staff should be happy to give you what you ask for.Its right by the Bellevue Square mall which makes parking plentiful, if not particularly convenient.Service is friendly but not always quick.Prices are a bit high for quantity but the quality is good, although Im not sure who gave them the title they claim as best Indian in Seattle -- considering theyre not in Seattle and probably not even the best Indian restaurant in Bellevue. :-P

Ordered online, food was ready very quickly and the pick up stall is super convenient. Food was very tasty, kids loved the butter chicken and naan. Overall very solid and will be back.

Food taste wasnt great and infact I had to send my dish back to kitchen as we can smell stale meat. And then we ordered tandoori as replacement but the meat wasnt cooked properly.Very disappointed

The husband and I visited MokSHA for an early dinner. We had never had indian cuisine before so we did not know what to expect. The owner who was also our waiter was so very kind and pacient and was truely a one of a kind human. During our dining experiance we were able to ask questions about the resturaunt. The owner was excited to explain the origin behind his resturaunt the food and his belief in what he represents in the dining community. He showed us pictures of his home and the beautiful temples from his home country. This was the exact experiance had looked forward to in trying something new he had made us feel like old friends. He helped us through the menue and helped us pick some food based on our preferences and made suggestions accordingly normally we would be hesitant on trying new things however he had such a wonderful energy that we trusted him completely. Once our dinner was brought out we looked on wide eyed and curious to the I had ordered a spinach curry with chicken and naan bread and some my husband ordered something yellow smelling delicious of cinnomon and cod fish and yam stuffed naan bread. The food BLEW OUR MINDS! Was so rich and had so many levels of flavor.the spices danced so perfectly togeather and I was experiancing true bliss. Heres the tricky part i have had stomach issues ever sense I had surgery over a year ago and the food i eat effects everything in my daily life. The meal we ate not only tasted delicious but also made me feel better after eating. No stomach pain in the middle of the night no throwing up not even acid reflux this was a firstin over a year btw.. Remembering now that the ownerexplained he uses spices made for healing from the inside out and let me tell you its truth this dish had healed my insides. With every bite you will taste the love and healing from evry spice and ingredient.Once our meal was done the owner brought out a a doughnut ball looking thing in syrup and coconut ice cream on the house he said with a smile I wasnt about to turn down a dessert so i took a small bite and if you havent had indian doughnuts you are missing out! Every bite brought tears to my eyes literly! Was so delicious i couldnt contain my happiness and i actually cried. All in all this is by far the best experiance i have ever had in my life at any restaurant i have ever been to and 100% recommend going if you have the chance. Beautiful food beautiful resturaunt beautiful owner. If you want just food and go home go somewhere else because MokSHA is an experiance one you will always remember and one you will want to return to.

We went to restaurant to order the food today. Server took the wrong order. We wanted to order only one of the two dishes, and server took both the dishes as order by mistake. The food quality was just average. We ordered tofu masala, it had no taste at all. Daal makhni, tasted below average. Not sure, I am going to order again...

I have been a regular customer to Moksha since they opened. Food in Moksha is always consistent and great quality, restaurant is very clean and the ambience is fantastic.If you are new to Indian food, I would highly recommend the following:Punjabi Samosas, Spinach pakoras.3-bean dhal makhani, kadai paneer, paneer tikka masala and vegetable biriyani.They also have some unique items - Spicy naan and coconut ice cream (must try!).I cant wait for things to get back to normal so that I can enjoy hot food here. I have been taking to go orders since the lockdown.

Lamb Vindaloo was great, nice and spicy. Service was good and prices are reasonable. Rice portion was a bit small.
