I use to come here all the time. Always had great food, you have to try the thai fried rice. Hoping to be able to dine in person again.
I made reservation from Groupon page. Had photo of details security code etc but didnt have barcode.They kept asking for that bar code non stop even after meals served. I couldnt eat them while they are hot !!!Terrible management & no empathy.Food was extremely oily, I had upset stomach & went to wc 6 times all AFTERNOON.
Very nice Thai restaurant with good ambience. Excellent service and food served on time.Food is nice with big serving size for its price which is great.One star deducted for the taste. In my humble opinion, flavour is more on the sweet side. All dishes were sweet than being spicy. Would be perfect for white folks but not for authentic Thai food lovers.Next time will request food with less sweet and update my review accordingly.

Nice, quiet location and peaceful atmosphere. Service was quick but food serving size and quality consistency could have been better. Our beef fried rice was luke warm and we would have preferred to get all 3 meals at once. Penang curry and Pad kee mao tasted good. We ended up ordering an extra meal, a Chicken & veg stir fry as serving sizes were not that generous- not sure if that was because it was the lunch menu, but still should have fed 3 adults and I dont eat much. No kids menu was a bit disappointing. Staff were ok and we enjoyed a walk along the lake afterwards.
A good place to visit. Nice food and a view on lake. Parking may be an issue but there some places available in close by streets. Friendly staff. Not expensive.
Extremely rude lady manager! Very unprofessional! Sent wrong order from door dash and did not accept their mistake!! Ruined the dinner. I will never take order from them again!
The food is good, no fireworks, nothing too special but not bad either.Seating is quite congested, and the were many accidents on people trying to cross through.Its a good restaurant, however it would be recommended as a place to go for lunch rather than dinner as daylight will provide a waterfront view.
Loved the hospitality and authentic Thai food in a beautiful location overlooking the lake. I would highly recommend the Thai fried rice, Satay Chicken and Thai Fried Rice. They were incredible. Prices are also affordable. I will definitely be back!
Order: Thai milk tea, satay chicken, mixed plate, green curry with lamb, prawn stir fry with chilli basil sauce, and pad see ew.Its a shame that they have excellent service since their food was so disappointing. The satay chicken was really hard, not tender and the satay was not flavourful. The Thai milk tea was okay but the entire cup was filled with ice, and that cost $5.50. The pad see ew was average, the chicken was bland however which was a big disappointment. The green curry was also average, nothing to write home about. The curry was a bit too creamy, so creamy I kind of felt sick.
I called the week prior & successfully booked in to eat on a Saturday night. When we got to the restaurant to check in, we were told they had nothing under my name & would check with the manager. When the server came back she said there was no record, & when I showed her the call record on my phone to confirm that was the correct number on their website that I called, she said she would check one more time. She then left us standing in the middle of the restaurant for about 10 minutes, never came back & began serving other people, so we had to leave. We had people who drove from Macquarie & the Blue Mountains to get there.
Food is very bland the Thai beef fried rice was the worst I have ever tried. The chicken pad Thai was so bland and tasteless and undercooked. Cheap beef used most of it was pieces of fat. Was disappointed and this was not a one off occurrence. Wouldn’t recommend at all if your looking for good thai. Worst Thai restaurant I have ever been to.

Visited this restaurant years ago, prior to the waterfront views. The food is exceptionally good and tastes authentic. The staff are friendly and courteous. Recommend this place for your Thai fix.
Worst Thai food ever! We have ordered pad Thai, soup and chicken fried rice.Pad Thai tasted like a sweet dish. Chicken fried rice was tested like a normal rice with some pieces of chicken and eggs.Not sure if the owner knows the quality of the food they are serving to the customers.Even the rice was so sticky and looked like over cooked. 😫Service was so bad, had to pay the bill before even finished the food.I’ll never go this restaurant in future. Lesson learnt!
The food was amazing but the service was very appalling. We placed our order and we didn’t get it till close to 2hrs!! This is all because they had to many phone orders and no organisation for service in the restaurant. First time I been there and definitely my last!

20 minutes since seating with no contact from any staff despite signalling twice. Who knows how long food wouldve taken to arrive. Waste of time.Edit: thanks for your reply back however it only confirms the fact that we wont be back. You seated us at 6:55 and we left at 7:15 after which time we had not even been given wine glasses as you describe. Yes true a wine bucket and table water but no wine glasses. Nor had we had our order taken despite signalling for it as we had been ready to order. I can understand if you had a full house however at half capacity and waiting 20 minutes with no order we were worried of an even longer wait for food
Had dinner with a group of 8. Wait staff were fantastic and nothing was 2 much trouble. Food was great and a nice coffee to finish. Will definitely be back.
The location and staff behaviour is good but food was really bad... Food itself taste like dessert as it was too sweet to eat more than 4 spoons.

There is a reason why the ratings have been constantly going down. I had food here quite long back when it was decent, I ordered some noodles today and one of the worst tasting food to such an extent that I will stay away from Thai for a while. Disappointing!

Have always ordered from the waterfront and never had a problems with their food. I had an issue with Uber eats tonight. They had cancelled my order from my end and the restaurants end. But they never contacted us to let us know why. After the restaurant manager contacted them, they informed him in a rude manner that the food was damaged and it wasnt any of his business. He called me back and explained it too me. He ended up re-doing my order and sent it out himself.If I could give them more than 5 stars for their food and customer service I would.Definitely recommend if you like authentic Thai food with great customer service.
The restaurant location is good but I was confused with the parking sign. The first impressions inside the restaurant was not impressive. The furniture inside was a bit old dated and sitting arrangement was congested. We were welcome by a small cochroches which we found behind the sofa where we were asked to seat. The tables were sticky so do the floors.Now comes to the food, the gurnish on our very first dish was like 2 days old. The salad leaf was dry and old so do the shreaded carrots. The rest of the food dishes were OK, but my only concern is after visiting other Thai shops surrounded this area it is hard to except the overall quality with price.Hope writing this feedback will definitely give an opportunity for management to improve customer experience in near future.

We are 10 people and the food takes ages to come ....not a good place to cater for a group...we dine in for 7:30 and served the foodat 9pm...always says its coming .we ordered banquets and not induvidual..we will never come back again....😡😡😡

I never leave any negative review anywhere but cannot resist to write feedback about this restaurant we went yesterday. Severed meal (Laksa and Thai Panang Curry) was also just like drinking salty water and tasteless. Very rude staff and poor customer service will definitely not go there again.

Had dinner for three and all three dishes came out very nice and tasty. The surprising thing was the portion size: very generous. We also had desserts and fried icecream was very good, so was the pistachio icecream. Place is reasonably busy on weekends dinners, so reservations are recommended. Service was qiuck, waitress was nice, attentive, but not intrusive. The prices are a bit on high end of the scale, but the ambience and quality is there.Well be back.

Went for dinner in Oct 29th. Big quantity but thats it. No flavour, dishes were sweet and not balanced. My local thai which charges less than this makes awesome thai. Terrible and disappointing experience.

If you are vegetarian/vegan, i highly advise you to avoid this place - unless youre planning to start eating beef unexpectedly.
The food here is amazing!!!!! It is my favorite place to eat with my kids. They love the noodles, fried rice and the chicken satay. The atmosphere is very calm and quiet. This place deserves 100/100 stars. The stuff are very friendly and nice. The service is really good and the food comes quickly and perfect. I don’t know why there are bad comments for this restaurant!!!!

Not a pleasant experience. We ordered vegetarian food but were served with beef after explicitly being told one of their customers were vegan. Utterly disgusted at the lack of integrity. Vegetarians beware.

Used to be a great place to dine. Unfortunately the food quality and staff service has decreased over time.Portion sizes smaller... Overcooked food... Corners being cut... Its sad as the food used to be a 5* hands down. I hope it picks up soon. Very sad to see.
Been here twice now with my parents. Mum loves it and the atmosphere is very relaxed. Great food and fairly efficient waitstaff. The people that run this restaurant clearly care about making everyone enjoy thier visit and experience. The duck curries are amazing.

The food was good. This place is a great place for a decent meal.The service really really needs to be improved though. I dont have anything personally against the waiters, in fact they were very pleasant.However, the basics need to be done properly. When we arrived, plates were just put on the table and we had to set the table ourselves. We were given crinkled napkins.The waiters do not scan the dining floor enough so service is hard to get. Plates were not cleared before desert arrived.Best of luck to your business! Look forward to coming back in the future.
I was a huge fan of this restaurant at first but not sure what happened. The last two times I went the service was terrible. The food was cold. There was no communication between the floor and kitchen staff. My mains came before my entree’s. It was just sad. IT IS NOT WORTH GOING ANYMORE! THE PRICE TO FOOD QUALITY AND THE QUANTITY RAITO IS APPALLING!!!! They have completely lost my respect and to think that this restaurant used to be one of my favourite Thai places. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Dined in last night with my husband and was very disappointed in our experience.We ordered the Pad Thai with prawns, curry puffs and Chilli Basil fried rice with vegetables.- The Pad Thai was completely flavourless. Looked like just noodles with bean sprouts and 3 prawns. Overwhelmingly tasted like unflavoured egg.- the curry puffs were stuffed with leftover vegetables from curry, however completely flavourless. The pastry was nice though.- the Chilli Basil fried rice was nice, in comparison to the other dishes. It had flavour, though overcooked.The dishes served to us were NOT restaurant quality. I would expect these to be served at an unpopular alleyway Thai takeaway shop. A food court can do better than this.We complained about the Pad Thai and had it exchanged for the Pad See Ew. The taste was a strong burnt oyster sauce flavour.The service from staff was dry, we weren’t asked once how the food was. Not even when paying.We will not be returning or recommending this place.You won’t be satisfied - stay away.

Fabulous food with quick service
My wife and I really enjoyed the food here. It was our first time there and we were celebrating our anniversary. The main serving sizes were great. I had the duck entre and of course wished there was more duck, but it was still very tasty. Great value for money. Will be back.

This place was once fantastic two years ago. Ordered lunch the food was clearly microwaved as it would be near impossible to cook the dishes we ordered in two minutes, it was bland and tasteless. Went again for dinner a week later and was more disappointed in the quality of the food, this time they attempted to add drinks to our bill that we hadnt ordered. Avoid altogether, maccas wouldve been better
I thought this place would have been really good . Unfortunately my food wasn’t the best. I did order during the Easter holidays but they were open for delivery. The spring rolls - pastry soft and Mildly warm inside, as delivery was late; Vegetarian green curry- more like a soup, a runny curry with very little vegetables and the tofu was missing . The green papaya salad- liked the prawns but didn’t like the watery and pungent dressing , no peanuts in it either . Overall a disappointment for the price.
EXCELLENT FOOD AND GREAT SERVICE!!! Been here a few times with the family. Last Saturday was another wonderfull night. They were very busy on that night but service was very impressive. There are few Thai restaurant around there but none of them can beat Thai Waterfront. You get what you pay for...QUALITY!!!

This hidden place is located towards the extreme end of the road in front of Frango charcoal chicken. The rice noodle and other main dishes had a very good portion and was spicy enough for my indian taste buds. The service was fast and courteous.
We were there as a big group and for the most part our meals came out around about the same time except 1 which was finally delivered once the majority of the group had finished. They also only took a drinks order from half the table. The food is good and well priced.

This Thai Restaurant is located with a group of other retaurants, just off Celebration Drive in Bella Vista. Parking is available but is limited.The food is moderately priced and very good. I ordered a green curry chicken and a beer for lunch and it cost me about $21.Seating is available inside as well as outside. The decor is nouvo-Thai and tastefully neutral. From the outdoor seating you can enjoy the ambience of an Australian bush setting with an artificial lake, supplied by Elizabeth Macarthur Creek.Service was excellent with our table being looked after by two Asian-looking attentive waitresses. The restaurant accepts credit cards with no surcharge on Visa and Mastercard. Im not sure about Amex. The only minor issue was that we were not permitted to split the bill at the counter, to facilitate individual payment. Makes it difficult when many of us, like me, carry almost cashless.
Amazing food
Whats happened to our favourite Thai Waterfront? We were looking forward to our Friday night order of take away but unfortunately we were very disappointed with our meals. My favourite dish of chilli chicken was swimming in oil and tasteless. Thai fried rice was very oily, prawns were soft & flourly. The chicken satay sticks had a scrapping of satay sauce, chicken very dry. Money Bags were salty. Im not sure if this restaurant has new owners but they will need to improve the food quality. Sorry we will not be ordering or eating in again.
I love their vegetarian options. They are always fresh and amazingly delicious =)
