We have sent vehicle for repairs to Shatesha Motors Camp branch on 8-7-21.The mechanics assigned to the vehicle r not able to detect the fault . Initially they said wiring fault, after two days said ecm fault.on fourth they saying injector fault and on sixth day O2 fault.We are very much worried about our vehicle no.-KA 22 P 1917.😔😔

Dealer back call arranged by maruti customer care but dealer not respond till date

In the world of service industry, this is one of the slowest service provider.Had been to get the Omnis wiper blades and surprisingly got to know, it takes minimum 30 minutes to get the job card done.Just to get a pair of blades which is available in stores, it takes 30 minutes. Reason said was as this is centrally driven and job card is issued through that.Though service executive was good and friendly but helpless with the system.

Very best service. Special Mr. Sabir Inamdar is the best guy whom you can trust. Very loyal guy.

They are plain inefficient... They will keep on doing trial n error with ur car problems... My car had a problem with battery for which they suggested tat i disassemble the stereo.. Firstly its a dumb solution n when tried it dint work.. Finally a small car accessory shop fixed the issue.. For everything they order new parts which will come after 1 month n will cost a fortune.... They havent been able to fix a sound coming from clutch even after complaining abt it for straight 4 times during service... Finally decided to ditch them....maybe the main santhesha in nehru nagar is better..
