Not organised properly. Take some time and read before going here. I went without appointment.they asked me to do the blood test for sugar. 4 hours went in that. Again they said me to come at 2 o clock whether will get appointment or not. I came back at 2 and asked will I get appointment today? They said cant sure. But wait. I said give me appointment date then I will come on that day. He says on that day also I need to do all those tests which I done today. Blood reports will be valid for one day. Then why they asked me to do all the blood reports today ? If they would some how give me appointment then why they asked me to come at 2. Simply I waited for 2 hours. If they agreed to give me appointment then I would have continued other process like BP check up and all those stuffs. This thing they said me at 2 o clock. Frustrated not happy with appointment procedure. Doctor will come at 1 o clock and their reports itself start at 8 am morning. If u r going to this hospital. Take ur morning and afternoon tablets and food with you.

Highly mismanaged. Staff accepts appointment even there is heavy queue already. And make them wait for 6 hours. Upon asking they scold the patients saying they are not doing timepass and pass thier case file back to them asking them, if they want they can leave.I would have appreciated if you simply say no appointment, its walk in.Patients doesnt mean you make them wait for 6 hours. People come from different cities. If it is not possible tell it upfront.This is not professional, please respect others time as well.We do respect doctors and thier life and timing as well. Thats why took an appointment and went. Still waiting in the cue.Staff lie like they please.Disappointed even before meeting the doctor.

Lovely experience at this endocrine centre...The best place to treat all your problems related to diabetes, thyroid & obesity..Firstly I can proudly say DR. VIKRANT B. GHATNATTI sir is the best diabetologist in Belgaum and in north Karnataka.. he is such a lovely soul that u get 90% treated just by talking to him.. He treats with personal attention and his diagnosis have made miracles. He is so loyal and loving that he makes you feel like a family..Coming to the clinic, it is well maintained and especially the stall is too good and caring like the doctor 💊....Appointments are also managed well and are taken on call which is a lovely geasure..We rarely find in Belgaum such a perfect place to get your self treated..I have suggested personally many of my near and dear ones to consult DR. VIKRANT B. GHATNATTI..You can blindly trust this place for all problems...

Suggest to adhere to appointment timing or else give token n ask to wait. People with reference come in between and make the other patient to wait for long time.

Visited for persistent cough for last two months and skin rashes. Vitamin D and B12 diagnosed for lowest level. Still doctor says everything is ok and prescribed only antialergic medicine and sent back. Neither cough cured nor skin itching. Going to such doctors who cant even understand vitamin deficiency is west of money.
