My engineering college is affiliated with VTU, but having passed out 6 years ago, today was the first time I visited the main campus.A missing graduation certificate not to be found at home, meant I had to pay a visit to Belgavi.The college was not too bad to be fair.They have acres of land and its on display as soon as you take the turn from the main road.It seems like a nice place to study.I noticed a couple of fountains too!The canteen is decent at best, Although the folks serving were extremely nice.The bulk of my time was spent at the administrative office, which like all good administrative offices work as slow as possible.Folks have the option of taking a bus directly to the VTU campus.Please note- the photos I took are not within the campus and are of the main gate and the main entrance.

One of the biggest and best universities of India has a huge campus which is completely maintained in top notch conditions student accomodations are very good and has tate of the art facilities like centralized library , top sports facilities, best coatches good support to participate in any activities and a very healthy and studious campus

Vtu is the technical university located outskirts of belgaum I,e around 13 km from c.b.t(bus stand).The bus traveling between C.B.T and Santewadi or tirtakonde bus will go through the vtu stop and ticket charges around 19rupees. Even u can come by auto which will charge around 150-200 rupees based upon how good u r at bargaining.Always try to visit vtu in morning itself between (10-12Am) if the work to be done within one day.If u come at afternoon they may tell u to again visit tomorrow as it may not completed within one day.Canteen facility available from morning till evening, sbi bank, and clean washrooms.Overall very good experience with the visit and its very huge campus to walk around.

Careers of students are destroyed in this university... Unprofessionally run University with Zero Accountability...one of the worst universities in India.. Can be renamed as Scam University... Correction of answer papers is a total disaster... Correct answers are marked as wrong or low marks given.. Many answered questions are marked as not attempted... It clearly shows that people correcting the answer papers have no idea about the subject... Revaluation is a money making business.. Rarely does the marks change after revaluation...mail ids of VTU officials are only for namesake..mails sent to the VTU officers are not responded to... Not understanding why actions are not being taken against the concerned VTU Officials... Advice to all parents and students not to take admission in colleges affiliated to VTU... Please join some autonomous University... Why should injustice be done to innocent students who sincerely study for exams... All affected students and parents have to unite and ask for the answer papers to be re-evaluated by independent teachers who understand the subject.. This has to be done for all answer papers even if it is 5 years old or older... Too much injustice has been done to the students..and the injustice is still continuing even today...When the student has done extremely well in the exam, the student is failed. This is to ensure that the student applies for revaluation.. In spite of complaints against VTU for so many years, no action has been taken. What is the reason?? Are there some big names who are providing support to the scam????

From Entrance Gate to Vtu Main Building there are no transport facilities.......Vtu should keep some cycles at entrance for visitors to reach main building to and fro........Think Innovative Vtu should update there brains as they update syllabus.......

Very huge campus and maintained well Green campus must say that. Most of the technical institute in Karnataka comes under VTU very strict university when it comes to scoring. Located in very good and calm/clean location.

This place is pretty far from the city centre.Public transport facilities are available and convenient and very cheap approximately itll cost you 16 rupees from Central Bus Station. There are frequent buses to and from VTU and CBT.Talking about the infrastructure, the University is very huge and has most of the facilities like stationary shop, bank, canteen, and residence for vtu officials.The campus is clean and well maintained.

The biggest university of Karnataka. Beautiful lush green campus. Far away from the city. Helpful staff. Sbi bank and atm is available at the campus. Bus connectivity is present but the frequency is very low. Especially at night dont wait sitting for the bus.

VTU is one of the largest universities in India with 212 colleges affiliated to it.This institute offers M.Tech and Post graduate courses for degree students.The campus is well maintained and is quite big. The main campus is just half an hour away from the City Bus Stand. The canteen isnt that good. The library is the biggest in Belagavi.

It was a great experience, official transcripts, pdc all these things are to be applied via mail, within 1week you will get the documents, good process in this pandemic . U can see the format of mail to be sent to vtu.

Its very worst response I am getting from Vtu exam section. I have completed my viva of Mtech 4th Semester in November 2020. But I have not received the result yet. Even after following up for more then 4 months. But people in exam section on call they are giving false answers . I recommend not study or deal with such irresponsible people.

It is around 16km from the belgum bus stand. The busses were going inside the VTU campus. So dont get down on the main road. Office opens at sharp 10:30am. Very much green and clean. Staffs are really amazing, I loved their approach to handle to people query. Person Name Basavaraj who take care of document thing is really nice person, he has helped me a lot. Just ask your query he will help you how much he can do. Regarding payment and all no need to go to bank, just go to 1st floor there you can do online payment, better to use your debit/credit card instead of net banking. If anyone has any query regarding issue of duplicate mark sheet and Degree certificate feel free to contact me on my email.

This is the worst college management Ive seen Im writing this during the second phase of pandamic as of today report in the last 24 hours the state reported 34k+ covid patients and govt. Has issued total lockdown still vtu is saying that students have to come and give their exams they arent taking our lives seriously and are disregarding the cost of opening their college for examination. I have a question if I or any other student get covid will they provide us hospital beds and treatment fees I need reply from the vtu staff or vice chancellor. I demand reply I wont risk my health just because they say itll be fine Ive seen how they are taking precautions its pathetic

I am really amazed to see the only biodiversity park in the state. I came here 10 back when the biodiversity park was initiated. All plants about 95% were surviving. This shows the dedication of university staff towards conserving our natural resources. Thanks to VTU...

I went to university to Collect my convacation there they are not allowing me due to some reasons like valuation . Thats ok I understood and I wiated four hours from the morning at VTU entrance then after one person who handles came to entrance and gave application for convacation and told me to collect principal/ gazzeted signature with fees recipient proof to submit him before evening.I struggled alot full day to get a gazetted officer signature since university will be in outscrouts from Belgaum city.After doing all this I came back to Bangalore so I got call from that university person saying that your application we are sending back through post so you apply duplicate online and he mentioned we had already shared the convacation certificate and given one tracking speed post number .But when I went to postoffice theres no details founding in tha postoffice system.And post office people asking so many details to track it but no use.Now trying to reach university people through phone they are not receiving it and no proper response to help me out.What I had experience with the university is very bad and poor.Because of irresponsible staff loosing hopes and values .Even my job also kept on hold because of this waste people working as a staff in VTU.

Good environment. Nice staff. One of the premium technical universities in Karnataka. All engineering college in Karnataka are affiliated to it. It offer post graduate courses like Msc, PhD program. It has regional research center in various parts of Karnataka and many research centers around Karnataka. I have received MSc from this university. It is based in Belgaum in North Karnataka.

During Covid 19 pandemic also they are conducting exams and asking students to write exam even if you are Covid positive, may god behave the same way with those people like how they behave with students.

VTU ( Vishweshwariah technological University). It is located in mcchhe belagavi karntaka. It  is a collegiat public state university. The technical based colleges are affiliated to this university more over 250 colleges in karnataka. If some one wants to visit this place better transportation is available by NWKRTC belgavi. The bus names are the village bus called Santi-Bastwad & Theerthakund these two village buses are gone through this VTU every half an hour duration 40mints from central bus stand of belgavi. One the best place to visit in belagavi.

Poor quality and outdated syllabus. Also, if you need to get anything done from the administration like get transcripts, etc, you will pay a hefty fee but dont expect any cooperation from them. They use outdated and non-sense processes that are really inconvenient for students/alumni to get anything done on time.

Worst Managent, Worst University, worst for students. VTU evaluation/Marks is the utmost horrible place. They dont answer the calls, they get paid before even submitting our application form for issuence of dulplicate marks card. They dont even send email or sms to track our markscard application status. They Totally forget our application form received to them, though mentioned its very urgent and important. After 1 month nonstop follow up they will get up from sleep and timepass, and answer 1 call. 3rd rated VTU. They only want money, loot from us and no ethical values at all. SHAMEFUL VTU. NO SHAME, NO ETHICS, NO COURTESY, NO PROFESSIONALISM.

If your col also has worst mgmt system you are f up.3. 1 subject back can cause you 10 to 20% difference in calculating of Aggregate.New system of VTU goes like this.If you fail in 1 sub its normal that it affects your current semister result performance.But VTU will consider that one subject as reguler subject in next semister which means your classmates will be writting for 700marks and you will be writting for 800(700+100 fail subject)Consider you and your mate scored 600marksHe will get 85% result.But you will get 75% result.Because you will divide the marks for 800 and others will divide for 700.Which will affect your current sem performance as well.Note: Even If you are ABSENT for The back(failed) subject, so that you can score good marks for present sem. Still they will divide it with considering 800marks.So once you get back subject, you will ultimately lose score of next sem as well.Even if you score out of out marks in back(failed) subject VTU will consider only passing marks.In the history of VTU. This is the college where I pursued my MBA, very beautiful campus, lots of people do come to visit here. It is residential college, fountains is there and need to maintain. Indoor sports are there badminton,table tennis, carrom, snooker, chess etc. Outdoor games including Long tennis there is huge ground available. Hostels are good. Need to improvise in terms of education.. surrounded with greenery.. love to stay here as it is far from city and peaceful place. Bank is available in campus itself..

Needs to eliminate many theoretical subjects that are not used directly in the engineering profession and more practical approach must be implemented to make the students experts in their respective fields. Even after studying rigorously for 4 years, graduates are not industry-ready, not even a little!!! Hence, UNEMPLOYMENT! And there is more! Delayed results, no proper website, no proper evaluation of answer sheets, and the list goes on.

The university building is constructed very well. There are several buildings meant only for evaluation of exam papers and for other purposes. The M. Tech classes also run in this campus. Theres good facility for toilet at every floor. The workers/adminstrators are friendly and help you out with your queries...

The technological university in karnataka . The location is around 15 km from belgaum city. The connectivity to there is not so good. Buses are not frequent, the taxis and auto rates are not fixed. The campus is beautiful with lot of facilities. The buildings and facilities are modern.

Well this a mixed reaction for me.VTU is ok for people who can study and clear exams.. Everything will be perfect for them.But can be a nightmare for few.. Baclokgs,.. Projects.. This..... that.. All sort of stuff other than studiesWell I have been to its HQ for vtu fest.. Everything was well organised.. I have also posted few photos from the clay art competition.And the stay was okOverall vtu is not a choice of many students rather its a compulsion that they have to take.Its only bcz of in karnataka we dont have any other university which is so big and good. We gave them but its costly.. And also one need either $$$ or marks to get in their.... So thats my take on vtu..
