Good place with good ambience. Variety of flavors available but the prices are really high for what theyre worth. I found it a lil unclean (maybe because I went late at night when they were cleaning up)Staff isnt that friendly. But overall a good dessert store.

I went there to have early evening snacks. The Carmel and Roasted Almond Cake on the showcase just tempted me to order it. Each bite of the cake was like festival to my taste buds. Just loved the presentation, fluffiness, taste and quality of the cake.I also ordered Sev Puri which was perfect in every aspect. Puri was crispy so do the Sev. Spices used in it was at perfect proportion.Ambience of the place is pretty basic. Its a self service bakery which also serves confectioneries like bread, puffs, tarts, mini pizza, etc.Service was quick and professional.They do accept all kinds of digital payments. It was my sons birthday and wanted to make it wonderful for him. For me cake is the main part in any birthday party of child. Had ordered for theme cake with Belgium chocolate. Looks, packing, customer dealing were satisfactory but it tasted like normal falvourless cake dipped in sugar syrup. Yes it wasnt no way near to Belgium chocolate which is hard. It was soft and it didnt tasted chocolate at all. It was very disappointing. I complained to them and they asked me to get the sample next day. I went with it and the manager tasted it and and apologized. Thats it. . No money back no compensation nothing. And it costed 3000. The entire party was ruined. Not worth at all. STRONGLY RECOMMEMDING NOT TO PURCHASE FOR SPECIAL OCCASSIONS. .

There is no basic facilities like drinking water hand wash basin etc..parcel is good

No drinking water facility...which is very commonly we find in a smallest of canteen also... 1st they had 1 purifier but now when I visited last sunday its not ther which is very dangerous too bcz while having food or after having something we need WATER ITS VERY ESSENTIAL.. So bfr u order something 1st make sure water purifier is thr or no...otherwise dnt order

It is best cake place in Belgaum. The quality and the quantity served here is just right. There is no other place to serve the red velvet cake as it is served here. Its just awesome and very delicious. Roasted almond cake is a must try. Service and the staff is also really good. Ambience is simple and best. Can celebrate any occasion over here. Its a cozy place to spend time wit your loved ones. Best cake and snack place.

Not a good place to visit at the moment. The quality of the food has plummeted down, we ordered a cake and it was all spongy (too much water). Even basic things like plates were not served, no water and even tissues were unavailable. The staff was pretty inattentive and unconcerned. Would not recommend this place till they improve their quality.

Not Delivered as per requested Designs

Yesterday I bought a Roasted Almond Caramel cake for rupees 450 fir half a kg, which was not at all good, only the nuts and almonds on that where hood but the cake was very old looked likeva week old, iam really disappointed with the service of cake walk, the company spoils its reputation by doing so, it was bought on 12.4.2021,they also charge 10 rupees for bag which they should not do.

The price is not justifide acording to the teast of food and service .. ther are much much better options to go around this place ... Worst service by Kake walk .. We ordered a ferrero rocher cake and got chocolate truffle instead with same price as the ferrero rocher cake ... Even after complaining , the staff is not ready to accept the mistake .. Very disappointed.
