I had been to Reliance Digital, Goavase, Belagavi to purchase a gaming laptop for myself. It was a wonderful experience. The staff members were very cooperative. Terrible place to buy expensive products. We booked a very expensive 65inch 4k TV. Paid them complete amount while booking as they promised 1 month delivery plus exchange with our old TV. They took 7 months to deliver our TV and Im not kidding when I say this, 7 MONTHS! Not only they took 7 months to deliver they also used our funds for 7 months. They fooled us evey time we called them saying they will deliver it next month. They didnt even get our TV exchanged at the end. If you are looking for a place to get fooled this is the place! Especially the TV section with the guy named Vinod in it.

I have purchased Haier refrigerator and service is very foor. They dont answer to your calls. First of all they will deliver your product very lately. Im located reliance is not far from my place. I dont see any reason to late delivery.When it is time to do installation they are not answering to my calls.if they answer they simply tell we will call and let you know. Overall no service at all.I would request not to purchase from reliance.

Hmm there are awesome digital portions a group of electronics with a executives with poor customer response.. they can stand in groups and chitchat but cant take up a issue and solve nor explain the customers.. one person will transfer his/her work on others n so on a chain.. therefore 3stars ..work on for better client satisfaction and learn not to shift the customers to subordinates this practice gives bad impression and ruins all ur good efforts.

Bought a smart tv, hand an issue, remote and tv couldnt pair. We complained to the service centre, a guy came and said it was tv problem and asked if we would want it to get repaired? Who gets a new tv repaired? 😅 Made me mad for around 15 days to finally get it replaced. I wish i had ordered it on Amazon..Take Away point: Check the device properly before getting it home.. I know we all like a fresh box piece, but its worth to spend some more time there and get it checked.Other options: better but online.. Atleast you can replace much faster!

They are keeping damaged products recently. They will not replace the products which get damaged within a week, they will trick you to get repair instead. So before buying something think once. If you unknowingly buy then they not going to treat us properly.

This store is situated in one of the prime location. It has electronics such as TV, Home theatre, Mobile Phones, Fridge & Washing machine. It have very narrow product range comparatively to Harsha. Reliance Digital has a good collection of television but if you want other electronics get it from other stores.

Pathetic experience here. Very irresponsible staff and worst customer service, the only time they listen to customers is when they want to sell additional service warranty. They literally sold us a defective samsung double door refrigerator worth 36000/-. We are struggling to get it replaced since last 3 months but our efforts are in vain. They misleaded us saying that it is a minor setting problem, but there is some serious defect in the refrigerator which they are not ready to fix and replace the product. Even after multiple attempts to reach out to the staff to help us with this, we are not given proper service. The refrigerator is currently a wardrobe for us as it gives zero cooling. They make customer call multiple people assuring they would help, but none of them are of any help as only blame game is going on.Would never recommend to buy a Samsug refrigerator especially from Reliance digital

Good place to buy any electronic items in belgaum. Staffs are kind and helpful. One thing to appreciate that they have maintained all precautions regarding covid-19 pandemic. Thermal checkup and sanitizers for all customers. Staffs are safe guarded with necessary kits. Parking facility is Available but No security as per my observations.

Worst experience ever ...Donot buy any product from reliance digital .We bought a double door convertible Samsung fridge for almost 40k . From day 2 , it started giving problems. We had been continuously contacting them for replacement .They kept on postponing the request giving various reasons , we had almost 3 engineers visiting place during Covid , engineer from samsung , engineer from reliance centre , just wasting time , not providing any solution . Pushing customer requests on Samsung services . They dont take the warrantyof the product they sell. Its been 3 months we have been waiting for replacement ..They are postponing , explaining new process every day .. Would never recomend anyone to buy anything from here
