This is one of the best residential buildings of Belagavi constructed in Western style. This society is very peaceful and relaxing. There is a garden in here, clubhouse, wide space for parking, a playhouse, etc. The rate of the flats starts from around 50 lakhs. Maintance charge is different. Its very Porsche society.

Great place to hangout with friends. Facilities like basic sitting arrangements and camp fire, utensils for use are available. Only downside is the place isnt maintained and its becoming very untidy!
