If I could give -5 star I will gladly do thatBcz..Very rude and uncooperative staff.... There passbook print machine is always broken... My mom and sister visits every now and then for pension related work.. Even after 16 years they didnt do their work.... And one of there manager also threatened my mom...After that any manager didnt Corporates her until case was filed against this bank...... Now after almost 17 years they clear the pension.....This was a single case but like her many people are stuck with their pension related issue and nobody is there to attend....Yesterday my sister just went to print passbook but she have to stand there for 3 hours because machine was not working and everybody went out for lunch....Bank of barodas every branch have same issue... I have visited shahapur branch, belgaum branch, surat, pune, . .... Everywhere I found same issue like rude staff...

Very co-operative and efficient staff. They know how to execute their job.
