Wasnt as impressed as as usually am, can usually find lots to wear but felt this time they were leaning more towards teens which is great for teens but although I still want to be trendy need tops that are a bit longer.Will also be glad when the Belfast store is under one roof as its s pain have to go to two different places to get what you want .

Used to love Primark - not any more, clothes look cheap, badly fitted, cheap materials, no stretch - but prices arent cheap anymore - lay out of the Store, makes me tired! Only really caters for younger age group - can never find larger sizes -

Great place to shop and great value for money, but id have liked more choice in styles

Been a tad disappointed in the selection as of late but it is expected with a smaller space I suppose. Happy with the service I received as always. Returns and exchanges are always seamless and the staff are efficient when helping find items.

Went into primark and couldnt find the womens section. To then ve told its not even in the same building by a passing collegue who didnt even stop to give us better directions and told me in passing. Not one sign in store to tell me where it is

The cashier was kind understood my problem that I just needed to exchange my daughters clothes to a bigger size I had lost my receipt, i had 1 receipt which had a few clothes cause I used 2 different cards. I explained I dont need my money back I just wanted an exchange the other clothes had tags. I was asked to go back home and look for the receipt by the manager with an attitude, not understanding mistakes happen. I was really hurt by the treatment 😪

Staff need retrained, no consideration for disabled consumers, while I understand they need to stand in the queues like everybody else. Don’t come out and move the lay out of the queues so other rude people ( who could see my mums aided walking stick) can walk pass her as fast as they could to get in front. This is all I can say that isn’t rude language awful set up. Definitely online from now on only. Would rather pay a bit more to at least not deal with the most chav like people in NI. With no consideration to fellow shoppers. Had better experiences in other stores in the UK.

Maybe this is a universal problem within Primarks training as I had this issue last week in Abbeycentre, the staff were nice enough but I had to listen to the girl at the till finish her conversation with a coworker while I was waiting for her to start scanning. I dont mind people talking in work, especially if it is about something important, but surely a conversation about TV shows can wait until after work???

Brilliant store, prices are always great and Belfast has a very good range of clothing. Because of the fire the mens and kids products are in a separate store and again great range of clothing. Staff are friendly and abide with the covid requirements. Would definitely recommend.

There was no flow whatsoever to this Primark shop layout. Theres no atmosphere in this store and despite a layout board beside the awkward lift situation no-one seems to be able to find what they need.

Always a good bargain and great quality

Childrens clothing is great value for money and wash just as well as from more expensive stores. Good for teenagers but not much for the older woman

As Primark goes, this isnt a bad store. Its normally well organised with a good range of items. If you arent familiar with the chain, they sell the cheapest clothes, shoes, accessories and homeware in town. This particular branch only sells womens clothes.

An excellent shop which sells a relatively cheap but nice quality goods. Here you can buy womens, mens and childrens clothes along with make-up, shoes, bags and so on. They often have a lot of discounts as well which is nice.

A 20 minute wait for changing rooms then another massive wait for the tills. This store has a terrible layout for a primark with it being over 3 cramped floors and needs at least 50% more tills to function with the volume of people. Perhaps avoid it in favour of a quieter store.

Two different locations, depending what you need. We went to both, picked up some great deals. Lots of people, but it seemed everyone was pretty decent with social distancing and following flow patterns.

Great selection of clothing at excellent prices. Staff at each door enforcing a one way system and plenty of hand sanitizer. Very busy and hard to distance in the store as the crowds are on top of you just. Make sure to wear a mask for your own safety.

Had the misfortune to visit here yesterday. Couldnt believe the amount of people not wearing masks. Why are they allowed in and why are they not told to leave the store. People walk into you from all directions. NO SOCIAL DISTANCING ANYWHERE!!!Also interesting matter I bought a dressing gown in Belfast store which was priced at €8.50 Euros but was charged £9 at checkout. How did they work that out. When I converted it on my phone it was £7.58. SO BE AWARE!!!

Very good place for cheap and best things and many things in single place. Like makeup, clothe, accessories, footware ,bags etc all in one place. The products I have taken was really cheap and within 25 pounds was able to find more than 10 different things in my cart. The product quality was also good and durable. All time favorite Primark!!
