Best place to get quality food and with the good variety. I like the fruit and bakery section of M and S and it is very well organised. You can almost get everything here related the local food . The sweet variety of the food here is excellent.The frozen food section is also good here.

This shop is an oasis of calm in troubled times. Its as always - clean and well stocked led with amazing staff. Theyre polite professional and kind and make you feel like they care. This is by far my favourite shop in Belfast. It also has disabled parking and disabled access.

I think I always expect too much from M&S Cafe as I am consistently disappointed. Perfectly pleasant young man on the till but the table was dirty and there was food on the floor. Its a typical supermarket cafe, but it could be much better.

Handy nice size but carpark is quite small and it shares this with a discount pound store. Has most of the popular M and S produce but runs out of the crispy bacon very quickly so get there early. Always clean and tidy and very courteous staff. Also you can grab a nice coffee. Has a bright and positive energy.

Awful experience another to add to list when it comes to staff. Lady at till added another costumers food to my shopping and when I asked her if she had removed it from my bill and rudely told me she had for me to check on my way out that she hadnt removed nearly 6 pounds off my bill. Nothing worse being charged for someone elses food but to be spoken to rudely then to have to queue up to sort it out and explain twice what happend. After a hard days work...nothing worse

I love m and s malone, the only problem and its a big one is the parking. I definitely know that there was NOT the number of customers in the 2 shops to fill the carpark. I have actually seen people quite openly park and then walk out on to the lisburn rd. I am a disabled driver and it really is quite frusrating
