One can always tell how good a place is by the number of patrons... When we arrived we had to wait for a table, but worth it.Two teas one toasted scone and one toasted chicken, bacon & cheese sandwich...good stuff!

Staff are lovely and really friendly. Coffee is decent. The cafe itself is very run down and worn looking. Old sheets lying over things torn seats. Bit of refurbishment needed

1st time in Caffè Nero....Saturday afternoon, not too busy, but the staff were not efficient with their roles. Narrow space behind the counter and up and down, up and down they passed one another. A bit frustrating whilst waiting in the queue.Finally, a seat to enjoy :(The fillings in the ciabatta was poor. The green tea was good though.Sorry, but my experience would not encourage me to return.PJ.

Good place for a coffee and bite to eat. Nice choices of drinks and bakes,snacks. Excellent service and choice of seating inside and out. Well situated at large shopping complex with all your shopping needs nearby. Would strongly recommend.

Good Nero, good staff and food and coffee up to usual standards. Only fault is its not the nicest to sit in, downstairs is quite spacious and not the usual Nero comfort and upstairs is usually awfully warm and full so can be hard to get a good table. Wouldnt recommend this Nero for getting a bit of work done in but its good for a quick coffee stop.

Love a wee coffee stop here if out shopping with my husband. He has dementia and always relaxed here with a coffee. He loves their tray bakes.

Socially distanced seating was perfect and cleaned on a very regular basis. Great Hot Chocolate and panini.

Tables cleared but not wiped at all never mind being cleaned with anti bacterial cleaner had to use our own wipes

We like Nero due to the design/atmosphere but really can’t understand why it’s so problematic to do a good foam from the soya milk. The picture of two cappuccino and one ristretto are attached.

Caffe Nero is hit & miss but unfortunately more miss recently. Coffee mediocre and as pics show looks insipid. Tasteless and cup half full. Having said that, Ive had some lovely coffees, however on this occasion it wasnt.

My go to place in BT8. Lovely environment and good Coffee. If you want cake M&S is better but if youre hoping to sit more than a hour this will be the best place in Forestside.

Friend and I ordered 2 drinks & food at 1 minute to 8pm we went to take our seats when advised cafe was closing at 8pm and we had to leave with our food and drinks to Forestside shopping centre to eat. Surely it would have been courteous to advise prior to the purchase.

The drinks here are good, and the service is great. However... if you wonder what the funny smell is, its because of the images below.I cannot understand how this is building code, its frankly disgusting and is basically an open sewer.For those that dont know, in a building there is a vent that goes OUTSIDE of the building that stops gasses building up in the pipes.

Outside area could be cleaner, and you have to walk through the smokers to get to door.

Great coffee and delicious tray bakes etc. Thought the spacing between some of the tables could have been wider but mostly it was ok.

No hand sanitiser at door.. No one wiped down tables when a customer left! Overall standard of cleanliness very poor.

Easy to access and good coffee. Which is as expected from a chain cafe. Most tables have 2 plugs underneath so useful for working in! Tables also far enough apart that theres comfortable space to sit down and you dont feel like people can listen to your conversations

Asked for 2 kids hot chocolates and a regular one. Got 3 fully sized drinks and told the kids were the same size just not as hot. They definitely used to do smaller kids drinks which were cheaper. Instead I got charged 3 full price drinks. Was tasty though.

I am a frequent customer at several branches ofthe Caffè Nero network(usually in Belfast City Centre.)I have never been given a reason to complain about the services or the products at any of them.My level of satisfaction is sufficiently high that I have no intention of ever returning to any branch of Costa Coffee.

A very welcome place from the staff & comfortable setting

Unfortunately this coffee shop is always under staffed and can be tricky to find a clean table.It is based in a very busy shopping center and there for you would think the staff would reflect that.But all that being said, I think it is not to be avoided, as you can still have a good hot drink and service with a smile, which is hard to find these days.Yes I would still recommend this coffee shop.

Great coffee served here, nice and hot. You can also get decaf tea if you want. Staff are friendly but it can be a slow process from ordering to receiving - though its worth waiting for.

It is a good place to meet friends from the bus or train. There is often a crowd in, but the efficient staff soon get people served. The coffee etc is good.

Apricot and amaretti tartlet delicious. Coffee luke warm even after adding hot water to it. Neros is a better cafe by far though than the open air M & S cafe out in the mall.

Latte wasnt great compared to other cafe neros. The 2 people behind me got their drinks before me? Very badly laid out and the girl was chatting while steaming the milk, made it way too hot. Wouldnt go back.

Love the coffee, its strong coffee and not overly milky. Some coffee shops make Mochas that taste more like hot chocolate which I hate, Neros is different they make proper Mochas that taste like they should and not like hot chocolate or a intense milky drink.Cafe Neros also does great sandwiches and have vegetarian options as well as meaty option which is great when you are having lunch with a vegetarian sibling or friend. The only thing they fall down on is the variety of sweet treats they have to go with the coffee. It is mostly cakes like chocolate, red velvet sponge and carrot cake which for me is all a little too sweet.They also offer soya milk which is an alternative to milk from a cow. They also have one or two gluten free sweet treats. It isnt a big selection but at least its something.

Not great for those with kids and a bit grubby. Though the sate of the place is more down to the customers as no one seems to be able to put their cups back on the tray and leave the tray on the side. Everyone just leaves everything all over the place.
