Waited 18 minutes for this and the place was not even busy. Had to stand and wait and watch my bun behind the counter. Occasionally a guy would walk past and poke it with his finger to re arrange the toppings.Does any one think that burger is really worth £6.95.Shake, fries & little burger for £15.70. I dont get it.The shake was lovely but it should all have been good at that price.First and last time for me.

Placed an online order, followed instructions on the email and went to the collection point. Where I waited patiently for service. Continued to get ignored and so started to get the attention of a worker saying “hello” repeatedly. This went on for some time before they stopped ignoring me and said “what…” I was so stunned that I laughed at how rude it was.The food was lovely as usual as you can see but the service was less then stellar.

One of the best fast food meals you will eat. Beef patties made fresh, lots of free toppings and great fries.This franchise has translated very well from across the pond. Food is just as good as in the states, cost works out about pounds=dollars

Finally we can go out for lunch!So, Ive had a chance to visit for the first time in Bath, I had opportunity to visit in Bristol and Oxford, our local Five Guys! And let me tell you Ive not regret it!Very smooth service, theyve implemented procedures to maintain social distancing, so definitely it is the place you can visit safely. Outdoor seats available. Freshly prepared food, friendly service. Reasonably priced as well. So, thats all I need 😁.Ill visit again soon! 5⭐

Only been here once, had a plain cheeseburger with regular fries.Food was delicious, portions were huge though so if youre ordering a regular fries be prepared to share between 2-3 people.

The staff are super friendly here . Came here for a burger and was served by sasha and went above and beyond to ensure everything was okay for my allergies. Excellent customer service and tasty food! 5 stars

Great burgers made just the way i wanted it. The fries are sublime too.

I’ve heard so many good words about it.... I can’t help myself visiting the store this Friday. It was not too crowded. There are five staff preparing food, making orders, calling orders... an organised team. The peanut is complementary and nice to have when you wait for the food. Toppings are all free(I like jalapeño peppers), the beef inside the burger are quality of food, it tasted really juicy. Not overcooked. The fries are extra loaded(I heard it’s their one nice tradition). Fries are lovely, chunky and crispy. Overall, I like to have this new addition in the Kingsmead squares area where might have a few best food stores in town. Check my other reviews to find more for Bath food. Please like my review if you find it helpful.PS. Just around the corner, there’s the Schwartz Bros, I might prefer that one. I will leave you to judge :) Five guys has better chips, definitely.

Staff are lovely, the young lady that always seems to be working out front always has a smile on her face.Its a shame however, that management seems to be awful. The woman who appears to be in charge is rude to her hardworking staff and its a shame.Food is average. Milkshakes are nice.

Thank you for the Manager that was in today 07/08/2021 - he was by the tills he handle my complaint very professional and fixed the problem also I received an apology about 05/08/2021 day when the second time mistake happened. If a store has a manager like this that handles everything so professional then I’m more than likely to get back. This is brilliant example for customer service. Thanks !

Burger is not the best that Ive tested, which is not what I expected. Customer service and waiting time is excellent anyway. I also like the ambiance and cleanliness inside.

Bacon was cold in the BLT, but milkshakes rocked and loads of fries.

Tasty but small burgers, not sure if worth 10£ but definitely a proper meat not the processed stuff you get from other chains. Convenient if you are far from the centre and fancy a burger as they do deliver but again it is 4£ delivery charge to my house(depends how far you are, its over a mile from me). I would not recommend the fries tho, cooked twice in a peanut oil they are literally soaked in it and taste weird...

The burger is good, if a little small, but its the price that marks this down a lot.The hotdog is a very weird weiner-y type sausage which is quite unpleasant and the fries are accerotable.1 adult and 2 kids with burger, fries & a drink each was over £50 and that left more of a bad taste than the sausage to be honest.

Loved it, another great Five Guys branch! Delicious burgers, very friendly staff and quick service. Such a busy place! Ive struggled to find a table after collecting my order but eventually managed. Hopefully in summer we will see some outdoor sitting.

Popped into Five Guys today. Actually my first time at ever being at Five Guys and what a good choice to hit their Bath store. The staff are very friendly and the place is scrupulously clean. Hand sanitiser in the restaurant, tables clean. The lady who helped in the restaurant was so welcoming when entering, and asked if I had enjoyed my meal too. In times when its so hard for the hospitality businesses to survive, you see such a credible outfit like Five Guys pulling out the stops, my plea us to support them and write good reviews if you have enjoyed the experience. Credit to all of you for the fab food, clean premises and friendly welcoming and hospitable staff. Ill certainly be back and recommend others do too.

A lovely meal in the stunning historic town on Bath, where seats outside (as I was with a dog) were distanced and the queuing system inside was adequate. There was an outside collecting point for food deliveries, which ensured that there was not any overcrowding inside. My only qualm was that the quality of food was not the same as other Five Guys locations I have previously visited (such as portions being smaller) though leway is allowed due to current circumstances. Five Guys as a whole is a more expensive than other fast food stores, though the quality is far better also, and for anyone considering a visit, it is well worth purchasing the milkshake (in which all additional flavours and whipped cream are free) as it is amazing!

We ordered burgers and fries, the burgers were great, but the fries had hairs wrapped around them. The staff replaced them and then the replacement fries had more hairs in them. Somewhat off putting.

Solid Five Guys. Went their first Saturday after opening and was really impressed with the service and general attitude of the staff. Ive eaten at A LOT of Five Guys, and was praying this new branch would be top notch. Think theyre doing great so far! Was served by a guy named Murui, I believe. Thumbs up!

Best burger I have ever had. Ive moved to bath 8 months ago and all the take outs are rubbish so thought I would try this and its amazing.

Tasty better than other chains but to my mind expensive. Not my first choice but the choice of members of my family.Praise though to their ability to remain open during lockdown

How do people pay sooo much for what is essentially a glorified McDonalds?? Burger, Fries and shake for almost £20!!!! And it was unbelievably dry! Save your money and buy a way better burger at Schwartz a few yards away. Won’t be coming back!
