Horrible customer service and 1+hr wait on frozen food!!!The setting is quite nice in the middle of the food court, seating around the bar.However the service was extremely lacking. We had ordered calamari to go with our beer (two plates) and waited over 45 minutes before asking the waitress where our food was. Everyone else had been served before us. She had then gone to check and told us it will be another five minutes while telling others to make our food. It was very obvious she hadnt even put our order in. No apologies whatsoever and we had already finished our beers.Food finally came, one plate of calamari and her asking if we need anything else. Our second plate!! So the next one came another almost 10 minutes later.Overall we spent over an hour just waiting for food that can be made in 5 minutes (frozen calamari which is just fried off) and got no explanation, no apologies and no discount or perk for keeping up with this. The least I expected was a free beer.This is ridiculous, I understand places can be swamped but when waiters make mistakes on your order twice, you as a customer shouldnt be expected to just take it and instead should be compensated for it. We had complained and were mostly ignored on our complaints.Overall a nice drink and nibble was quite frustrating and I would not recommend this place to anyone unless they really have all that time to waste.

Staff definitely could have been more welcome, we had to wipe/clean our area to find out later that a 12.5% service charge was add to our bill. Food was nice 6/10.We were just 2 of us..

Awful experience, customer service is horrible, they look miserable, the food not very tasty, the porches are small, no worth for the money they charge. Also the place is dirty, I brought my kids to have a nice meal and they didnt advised me about the spicy. So finally we left the place hungry.Deserve zero to be honest (Westfield White City)

This place introduced me to tapas. When i came back after lockdown I was shocked.The tortilla was microwaves hard and cold i first thought it was a joke. Prawns were different and had 0 flavour. Ordered lunch set which makes you full with bread, and 2 tapas. Taste is nice but bread is not well made with a big hole in the middle of the roll. Service is friendly but a bit slow. Good location to take a quick meal before going to watch movie at the Vue cinema upstairs in Westfield Shopping Centre.

We went to Tapas today for some churos. Someone welcomed us and we simply asked if it is possible to get churos by take away. They said yes and they invited us to sit and wait. And we waited..and waited...and waited...around 20 mins. Then someone came with one serving of churos to eat in (on a plate) when I clearly asked for take away.They never gave us a menu to check for the price or whatever and never asked us how many servings we wanted.I told the guys who served me about that and he disappeared. And then we waited...and we waited...again for another 15 mins or more. When I asked someone about our order, they rolled their eyes and answered You will get it shortly in a not very friendly tone. When they handed us our order they didnt even give us a bag without asking for us.The place itself is very nice, churos were fresh and delicious, but some people from their staff assembly are not so friendly. They made us feel like we bothered them with our order.Sadly, I wont come again. I really wanted to come in for a full meal, another time, but we didnt felt welcomed.

Unhappy, unhelpful and unprofessional staff make this a place to avoid. The first time I went here a few weeks ago, I thought I was being secretly recorded for some kind of comedy show: the service was that bad. This evening (pressured by my son to go there) we tried it again and it was almost as terrible. Overheard people asking for the service charge to be removed. We did the same. A couple discussing doing a runner having asked for the bill 4 or 5 times without it appearing. One guy who works here in particular is just shocking: rude and evasive, definitely hasnt found his calling in the service industry. When it turns up, the food is average. Never quite experienced anything like it.

Meh, its alright but its one of those bog standard kitchen in a box surrounded by unmovable bar stools restaurants you always get in shopping malls. And as youd expect, that also means the 2 or 3 staff members on duty are just squished into this tiny space trying to cook, serve, clean, mix drinks, and take payments.... Doing their best not to bump into each other or accidentally knock a glass over every time they need to turn around. I dont envy them honestly - especially when you consider that the seating arrangements. They have customer eyes watching them from literally every angle while they work. It must feel stressful.The food was alright but nothing special or unique. Four large slices of machego came with one tiny little cube of quince jelly. The calamari rings looked anemic. The croquettas tasted a bit like instant mash. The tortilla was bland. The meatballs were nice. The classic sangria was watered down and tasted more like sparkling ribena - it was the same colour too.And sadly there is no vibe or atmosphere to make up for it because as I say, its slap bang in the middle of a shopping centre so youre just surrounded by people and noise.I dont hate it though, its alright for a quick bite on the go. Its not fancy though.

Theres a lot of other tapas bar in London were you can get good spanish food & good manners, this is not the place. I went with low expectations I knew it wont be like back home but d*mn.

They have several meal deals for sharing (2 people). “De la casa” is £13 per person, and includes bread with tomato & Spanish ham, deep-fried squid, stuffed peppers, black rice, & chicken wings. The quality of everything was good. The squid wasn’t oily, and it came and the rice was well cooked. I’ve read comments that the food is microwaved. They do microwave some dishes, but the food is cooked in the kitchen they have in the same building. They use the small ovens & microwaves that they have in that small space to give the final heat, but it didn’t feel like “microwaved food” at all. I also tried the classic sangria & it tasted very smooth. Very easy to drink.

Went with the family to share some tapas, amazing gourmet flavour, we had a variety of plates, my favourite to mention one was the Gallego Octopus, will come back for sure to have it again... also Sangria was so addictive, we had to repeat it as well as the calamari...Plates are small though, but better than paying a full fare flight to visit Spanish, we felt like have been in there.It was delicious... the girls great attention Jessica and Xenia were very pacient as we had to call them several times.

Ordered some Churros. I dont know what they served me but they they werent Churros. Chewy microwave reheated cardboard.

Gray tapas restaurant in Westfield. Service is brilliant and staff are a real asset. Really disappointed to hear they dont get the full service fee from the bill. We asked to add additional service but staff advised us not to as they dont get the money!!!

Avoid this place....Misleading promotions! This place deserves ZERO stars. They advertised a £10 best of tapas (see pic)but, when I went to order, waiters started to look at excuses saying the promotion was not active. What a place is this? That’s a way to attract customers! Westfield shouldn’t allow this.

SLY TAPAS- BE CAREFUL WITH 50% EAT IN TAKE OUTHad lunch at tapas in Westfield shopping centre, white city and was extremely disappointed with their service and GLUTTONOUS attitude.Food was average, sangria was terrible ( not a proper sangria), no fruit in the sangria just a bit of wine, lots of sugar and lots of ice, this is NOT what a real sangria is.Asked for the bill and they forgot to take the 50% to eat in taking out, I had to ask for it otherwise they would not say anything.This is beyond greedy from an average tapas Bar with a 12.50% service charge on top of your bill (in lockdown its supposed to be 10%).Dishonest tapas bar, I would rather spend my money where they cook proper Spanish food. NEVER AGAIN

I have been coming here for a long time, since it opened, and I have my favourite items on the menu. I have lived in Spain so I know what tapas are like there. So I went today for a quick snack whilst Christmas shopping and, to be honest, it was awful. The aubergines cost over £5.00 and were a pathetic plate of a few sticks of hard aubergine with very little sauce. The cod croquettes certainly didnt feel handmade and had very little filling. In a food stall nearby there are much better ones. I spent £20 and felt I had been ripped off. What a pity for a place that used to be good.

I have been dining here on Wednesday with a friend of mine as I wanted some croquettes which were great but do not eat paella as it is a shame to call that paella.A part from that, service was horrible, staff looked like they couldnt wait to go home and were angry as we were there and rude in answering questions.

Eating there now, and its severely underrated on here, sure the waiter didnt exactly speak brilliant English, and the beef was underseasoned, but the rest of the food was outstanding. Especially for a quick and easy bite on the go on a busy day of shopping.Would recommend!

I used to be a huge fan of the one in Shoreditch that has unfortunately closed. This is the only reason I am giving this place 3.5 stars - out of respect. It is not even close to the original one in every regard with respect to the food quality (even the olives). Good service, friendly staff, inside a big shopping center, blah blan, and I wont be back.

Do not waste your time or money absolutely disgusting staff with the worst attitude and service. Sangria was just all ice and no fruit, food is okish, but like said service is a disgrace ! Waited 10 minutes to pay bill and when I said they need communication skills and the service poor they had to have a come back.

Well, I went just for an ambience. But my companions really like the food, especially the burritos.Place is nice and very clean, was busy, but still nice.

Stratford restaurant: awful food. My friend and I got food poisoning by eating the black paella#. Rice was raw, croquetas were not properly cooked and the list goes on.Staff was very nice though.

Quality of food is exceptional, fair prices too. Service could be a little faster but overall very good.

Nice bar in buzzy central area of Westfield White City. Authentic spanish beers wines and spirits, proper Jamon and young genuine Spanish staff. Not a lot of seats and can be busy so top tip from the staff is to go week days.

Below average food. It was just meeeighhh. Nothing spectacular completely overpriced. Pay for your flight to Spain, it would be cheaper to eat. Very disappointing. If you fancy proper authentic food, go to centro Galego de Londres.

The concept of the Rest aurant Is good. The menu appealing and the interiors are modern yet rustic creating the right atmosphere.Unfortunately the service was disastrous too manybasics wrong!Drinks waiting at the pass while food is already on the table, this happened also at the dessert time glass of sherry came after the bill as we remind them was still at the pass, (everytable was like this people eating without drinks!) , Ask for water never arrived, waving for attention to re order drinks. Full of staff and restaurant half empty, it was a joke. Food very expensive and flavourless, Cold and appaling service, not a thank you . I highly recommend not to go to this place!

An insult to Spanish food. Tortilla was bland and had shell in it, paella was bland rice with even blander chicken overseasoned with saffron and our stew tasted like it came out of a packet. Spanish lady who served us is the only reason for a star as she was friendlh and smiled, but I told her this is not Spanish food, and she didn’t say a word as she knew it. Really sums up British big chain retail food. Take a cheap product jazz it up, offer it in a retail environment where most other food is big chains, slap a price on it similar to all the other food stalls and people will buy it. Dare I say I won’t be returning. What is so sad is that for the same outlay and effort it is more than feasible to present decent tapas.

As a Spaniard living in London I often get told Oh my god you have to go to this Spanish place I know, blah blah. To which my answer is, why would I want to? Itd be like a German coming to England to try a Weiss-wurst, its just not right.But on the occasional times I get nostalgic and want to savour those homely Spanish flavours, tapas revolution is one of my favourite places to do so. The prices arent too steep (for tapas), and the food is genuinely tasty and authentic tasting! Highly recommend the croquetas!! Its a relaxed atmosphere and a fun little pit stop when doing some shopping in Westfield - our waiter last time was Andrei, a Romanian with the best Spanish Ive heard and extremely friendly! Thanks Andrei!

Horrible. Im Spanish, I tried it yesterday and both my partner and I got sick after. Tortilla was old (it was black) and tasteless, we couldnt finish eating. Chorizo nothing special, 5 small pieces. Paella really bad for the price, weve eaten best ones at street food markets. Croquetas was the only good thing, and by good I mean edible. Dont ever sit on that place! From a Spanish food lover, its not worth it! HORRIBLE SERVICE as well. They seemed to be in a funeral. Bad faces and rude people.

Some of the dishes were a little to oily and they were short on a number of tapas option on the day we visited.The bread con tomate and the one with garlic werr lovely, but the churros were not fresh at all.Patatas brass could also be improved.Not the best tapas place,but a decent stop for a quick bite.
