Can you balance my cycle wheel it causes a lot of rubbing in disc brakes

As due to some reasons its barely possible to come and get my cycle serviced at your shop , so it there any option like home services ?

If you wanna buy any cycle buy it from here. And the cycle rate also less than other shops in bareilly. They do not have made in china cycle they have indian made cycles...
