Hospital infrastructure is really very good they proper takes care of sanitization and hygiene.Besides, staff and doctor are polite and humble.The only thing I found could be improved is the medical/pharmacy, as the staff in there dont look professional and they spend way too much time on 1 customer, the services are slow, otherwise I dont find a reason not to visit. One can definitely go for good life. :)

Very poor management....no value of patients time....no concern for patient....I visited hospital...was informed that my doctor is in OT will report after 1-1.5hr....witin an hour I enquired about my appointment...they acknowledged me yes your doctor has come....we will call you....we waited patiently for 1/2hr....again I enquired till how long I need to wait .....then suddenly staff acknowledged that your doctor has left.... they themselves were not aware about the presence of doctor and asking patient to wait patiently..... very poor experience...

Hey All,Would like to Share My Experience with Goodlife HospitalBasically I live at Gurugram and been to Bareilly very rare. But its all about destiny that I spent 7 months here at Bareilly(to my in-laws) just because of Medical conditions. When I left Gurugram I were tensed about Doctor and Hospital that will I be able to find Hospital and Doctor like I had at Gurgaon.And then I get to know about Goodlife, I visited the hospital and Obviously I found it up to my Imagination.The hospital was too Hygienic, they were following all protocols for Covid, the Management and staff was well behaved.And Last but Not Least My Doctor Ms. Ruchika Goel (Gynecologist and Obstetrician) I really dont know what to write about her. Shes my life saver.I totally Recommend her if you are looking for any Gynecologist or Obstetrician.For a Choosy person like me it was really a good Experience.#ThanksBareilly#ThanksGoodlife

Doctor never comes on time.No value of patients time,Dr.always come 1-1:30 hr late.

Worst hospital in bareilly area once I called doctor amit to treat my relative he told us to come in opd but he was in emergency we admitted him somewhere else and dr amit called again in morning and started abusing us that we take our serious patient to any other hospital

Well maintained, friendly reception and professional medical services and advice. Doctors are attentively examine and listen the patient and advice for betterment. You will not find too much rush either so you dont have to waste too much time for waiting. The facilities given are of good standard.

Come here for common cold, cough, minor headaches.Not suitable if you are in instant treatment and on death bed.No facility available for instant treatment if doctor isnt available at that time.Staff doesnt have any knowledge and Emergency doctor as well!Money suckers. Pathetic place to be. Very uncooperative staff. Went for preventive health check up empty stomach with an appointment at 9 am but the staff was not even available at 10:30. Over the phone it was all a 90 mons job but after paying it was an entire days job. Like all cheap hospitals staff would never tell when the doctor will be available or when the test will be conducted. Not meant for people expecting Max or Fortis kind of behaviour, typically meant for villagers and obviously they are the main source of income to such hospitals because its very difficult for educated people to tolerate such hospitals.Big bills dont make a good hospital, serious commitments make a good hospital. But my opinion doesnt matters as I am not their source of income and those who are, are not able to understand anything and they are flowing in numbers.Just one word pathetic....

Goodlife hospital is opened for business not for provide good health to the patient. Hospital have spread their agents to get patient in hospital by telling them lower price of any treatment after admit to the patient they increase bill to just double. After any treatment(surgery) doctors even not talking to patient properly. I have asked some other patients with me in waiting queue and more than 70% patient telling the same thing. Please beware before taking any treatment from srms goodlife hospital

It is a better options for people who want to go to shri ram murti smarak hospital in Bareilly. Good life is yet another branch which is established recently by srms trust. And its fees for checkups are quite expensive than the actual ram murti hospital. I dont know about fees of other departments but I am a regular visitor there at Goodlife as a heart patient and they take Rs 300-400 more than the srms hostpital for overall checkups (echo, ecg and doctor consultations).
