I would give them negative, if possible! Worst kind of service possible. Their service is non-existent or has been for us.My mother got her hearing aid on May 2019. We paid rupees on the spot. We were promised that audiologist will come and get the settings done according to my mother whenever called as it’s generally required by everyone. That was the last day that we saw him! After numerous calls by my mom and other people, we got absolutely no response. He would always say he’ll come on a particular day and time and would never show up! He even stopped picking up our call. Calls to the office were also to no effect.We have such amount worth of important equipment which is lying around absolutely worthless! My mom is in so much emotional stress. Utterly disgraceful behavior!

Speech therapy process is quite good and very effective to everyone. My personal experience is very up to mark and my child is improving up to great extent.Recommend for every needy person 👍
