[Readers Stay Cautious]I dont recommend this lab. I went there for kidney stone test of my patient and paid the fees for the same but later they said that patient needs to consume more water. But the patient wasnt in the condition to drink even one more sip and was admitted to the other hospital same day. After 15-20 min discussion with this lab doctor She agreed to do the same mentioned test on next arrival. But today she refused that she had agreed on this and was asking for the fees again. Wasnt expecting such unethical and non-professional behaviour.=======You refused that test as according to you patient didnt had enough water and told to make her drink more to go ahead with the test.After that 15 min discussion you agreed to do the test on the next arrival and now you simply refused it. I didnt wanted a FREE TEST as I have already paid for it. Booking receipt exist as It was an Up-front amount. Ultrasound report exist on which you said the above mentioned statements. There was only you and your staff who for obvious reasons going to defend your statements. Here Im posting the real review, the things that I have faced and if you feel it as a derogatory statement then you shouldnt have done it and behaved in such an arrogant manner.P.S. - Its not about the money but sharing the real review on the situation that I faced. And its not the IRRESPONSIBLE COMMENTS.======Only if you can recall it that patient wasnt even able to walk properly, her health was abysmal. She vomited whenever tried to take a sip of water. Because of her ongoing disease & was immediately admitted to the hospital for 8 days, platelets count went to 40, but she used to feel that same stone pain atleast 2-3 times a weak. When she regained her strength I visited your center again.On the same day after the discussion YOU AGREED to do the test in the next visit. I revisited just because you said that I will do the test & just make sure that she had enough water before the test. Otherwise I would have gone for the another centre.P.S. - Repeating again Its not about the money. Not asking for FREE USG 🤦. I faced a situation where YOU AGREED to do the test on next arrival then DISAGREED on the same. And I posted my review on it. ( On your Baseless Accusations Remark: I dont have anyone to prove that what you said that day. It was you and your staff on one side and me on the other. I really do respect doctors and this behaviour wasnt expected from your side. I dont want to stretch it more as it can go to a long way and you will simply deny the truth every time.
