I own a house there. The build of the houses is really worst. Walls feel like hollow if you drill a hole. All season moisture on walls because of very low quality build material. Electricity fittings and wirings are all third class. Floors are not sloped correctly. You will have water collected at different spots in the house.Water quality is so bad. Smells like drainage water.This may not be an issue for everyone, but no prominent ISP like Airtel or JIO fiber provide any kind of broadband services till the date.I regret to have purchased a house there. If someone interested in these kind of houses, please contact me. I will sell my house at the price lower than what builder offers.

A best place for to live in Bareilly.Althought the distance from the Highway is a little more but one can manage it if he has its own vehicle.Broad roads, Gardens,temple ..all are so good to see in a single place.
