Probably the worst apartments and the society youll find in Bareilly. The construction is very poor. I am a resident and its been a year now living here. There is too much leakage in the pipes that every room including the kitchen and washrooms have moisture patches.The builder nor the so called society members listen. They just want maintainance that too a sum of ₹2500 that is highest in Bareilly. Please consider other places if you want your life and your house hassle free.Positive side though less,Atmosphere and surroundings are very calm. Provides expected security but recently I got my scooters cover missing so cant say about that also. Nice view from apartments. Lift facility available. Pretty big swimming pool and gym available but closed all the time. Sufficient space to play outdoor games as well. Few shops nearby within meters. Children school is also in a walking distance.Society is not good and the maintainance fees is very high considering the facilities that are provided. No power backup as told. Lifts do not work most of the time.The worst is the network and internet connectivity. No wifi is provided and due to some conflict not allowing jio fibre also. So thats frustrating so only expect 2G from your 4G sometimes even worse.But there is also an option of LAN that you can go for.Ideal for people in their retirement.
