Worst service.. for a big consignment or parcel they call n ask us to receive the parcel..they hav hired a weak patient as door delivery person who dont has no strength to speak or open the gate. He only delivers paper envelopes on bicycle.. n these ppl charge us on per kg basis for big parcels.. such an unfair business as v pay a lot for door delivery.

The courier person is very rude he cant even door deliver the item and ask the customer to come down or near place to receive the item is the dtdc door service or other service
