No customer centric approach.samsung has lost its brand value.dont go for samsung mobile..

I have visited twice recently due to sound issues in my new mobile but they return me back that there is no sound issue

My experience not good. Mobile was not turning on. They closed the call instead of calling me! They dont repair, they just replace item. Lets say one chip is having issue, for that they will replace motherboard. Not satisfied with service.

Small problem made big issue. Should charge reasonable prices for any services.

I made the first call and asked for the location. When I got there, I called again.not resive my call 4 times very bah serves

Good experience in samsung service center.

Brought in my phone after I dropped it the day before. They were able to start working on it right away and had it back to me by the end of the day. Awesome service.

There is no boards or hoding from the road side.
