Pathetic waiting time for endoscopy, staff providing incorrect information. Did endoscopy not proper hygiene was maintained, playing with patient health in these corona times, if any patient is having covid, it can easily transmitted to other person easily

Really pathetic experience with this institute. We went for ncv test and the report that they gave didnt had any remarks by the technician and it was useless. Dr said without any remark the report cant be used for further medication. When we asked for refund they were so rude and didnt responded to anything. In Cuttack the test was half the price than bls. So no value of money.

Providing good service

Worst diagnostic centre in Balasore.Gave false reading two consecutive times and on getting it cross checked from another diagnostic centre,they refused to admit their fault and instead became quarrelsome.I therefore request everyone to not do any test there.

1. Lack of time management ( staffs and doctors r not serious and punctual. After the payment for specific test you have to wait whatever the patient condition may be.2. Incompetent staffs ( reading and typing wrong name of patients).3. Welfare facilities not good ( drinking water station is not available).4. Outsiders are not allowed to take their footwear’s inside but staffs and doctors can . Really it’s an unhygienic way which can be improved.
