Resort is very beautiful and staff is very helpful and cooperative .morning buffee they serve is perfect to start your day beach is just 5 minuts away from resort and titos lane is nearly 2 minutes away.you guys can reach at the lane in a minute. clean and beautiful resort . Rooms are just cool one.not much expensive.. I suggest you guys to gor for olivia resort.

The best place for a family to be together. Good spacious rooms, a homely feeling when you enter the room.We were a corporate group of around 100people all of us in double occupancy rooms.The time we entered Olivia was so late & all dark around us. It was only in the morning that all of us realised - how good & perfect was the selection of this location, good spacious rooms, good breakfast - close to the market for shopping & most important of all so close to beach - close enough that ur wet clothes get atleast half dried & all the sand on your clothes wither-off by the time you reach back the hotel! A perfect choice 👌👍One of the best choices of place to stay in North Goa!

Well..it was a greatfull time to spend time in Oliva Resort, Goa, near Baga beach.I had spend 4 night in this resort.The resort was very well maintained and and it has vast area to roam around. It has two swimming pool, bar, restaurant, parking lot, room service and all facilities u need are available here. Staffs are very well groomed and very helpful as well. Especially one of the staff KINKAR is very helpful guy,he helped us a lot, i would like to thanks him. If u come with friends or family to goa..u can definitely consider this resort near baga beach. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We were group Of 70 People who Came to this beautiful Resort . Very first thing i like about the place was its Location. Directly opposite to Titos Lane.2. Thing was the Staff and The service they had all the while we were there that was tooo Good . Everytime they were just A call away from Us and were so quick with everything .3. Rooms were so Clean and Fresh and Housekeeping use to maintain them to the best they could4. We had a Breakfast and Dinner buffet during our stay. And without any doubt Food was amazing . Its not a 3star hotel but a third grade hotel please please do not book your rooms here, we had a very had experience with the manager though we didnt stay there. The management is very ruthless, heartless and inconsiderate. We @ 30 person booked this hotel for 3 days,but 9 of us could not travel due to medical emergency in family. My father in law got a stroke 3days prior, how can I travel?So we requested the management for a refund or postponment as per their convenience. But they refused and said that 8 days cancellation notice is required, how can we give 8 days prior intimation for a medical emergency,can this be predicted?????How can their management be so inhuman and refuse for refund or at least extension adjustment. If I am right please like my review; so that this should not happen with any other families.Hope to get Justice for my hard earned money.

We went with group of friends for Bachelor party from December 27-30. First they showed us some lame room which we did not like at all. But then hotel manager Sanjay Jha came to our rescue n provided us with two rooms which was superb and of 4star standards. Hats off to Sanjay. He kept his promise which imp in this biz. He made our trip start off on a good note. Pool was clean, service was amazing. Stay was pleasant. Can do better with breakfast. Otherwise 4star to hotel n Sanjay.

The management of the hotel is very unethical and inhuman. We booked for 7 families together, however 3 families could not make it due to medical emergencies. The hotel refused to refund any amount nor was willing to give any extension or any adjustments. Please do not trust this hotel and do not pay any advance. The hotel manager Mr Sanjay Jha was not willing to consider our request.I have traveled all over the world and have not seen such a wierd management behaviour. If they cant give refunds then they should atleast give suitable extension for 6 months. They cant be unreasonable, normally 8/10 days cancellation notice is possible in normal circumstances but if a family member suffers a medical emergency like stroke 2 days prior then how do you expect advance intimation.The management cannot take us granted and avoid refunding our hard earned money.

You basically get what you pay for, but you need to ask for it. Nothing is by default.Pros -Property is good. Good location near baaga beach if you plan to party on titos street in evening. I gave one extra star for the rooms which are spacious and for the interior furniture which is decent.Cons-Maintenance is poor.. room service not upto the mark. Right from towels to dental kit to the daily complimentary water. You ask and you get, else you dont. The reception guy needs to go for a course in hospitality, does not know how to talk to guests, will tell you all the rules but wont even try to get a taxi for you. Do not take breakfast here, it is a sad story of how not to provide breakfast. Food quality, menu and service are not something you can write good about.. Instead eat at Sri Leela restaurant right outside the gate or find something nearby.Overall -The management and the staff attitude will require a major overhaul to recommend this place.

Highly recommended budget property in Baga for family and couples.. stallf is very helping and polite specially manager Mr. Sanju.. I stayed with my family for 6 days.Room were clean. Food was delicious.. Both pools are kept very clean.Walking distance to baga beach via Titos lane and Titos lane 2. Plz Do not compare to boutique hotels, oliva resort is different but u will like atmosphere. Overall I had a great experience with Oliva.Thanks Mr. Sanju you gave us such a great experience.

Resort is awesome beautiful great swimming pools both very clean and all day you can enjoy. Food is so delicious and head chef come to ask you your style and choice he can make you eat twice. Rooms are big and fotos of the rooms are real.Thanks to Oliva resort team and mr sanju is very good manager and staff are very humble.

Nice place...perfect for families.

We had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights at Oliva Resorts from 21st Sept to 24th Sept. The place is very near to the Baga Beach which happens to be the happening beach of Goa. Also Oliva is very near to Calangute beach and other small markets nearby.The Oliva staff is very cordial, well behaved and helpful. The room was ok from space pov with all required amenties like tv, freezer, ac etc. Although we could not make full use of the big swimming pool they have, what I liked most about Oliva is their lunch and dinner item preparation. We had goan king fish curry for a day in lunch and it was delicious. The area is very clean and you get access to 2 wheelers and 4 wheelers very easily.Worth a place to try if you have plans to stay more than 1 nights at Goa.

Our recent stay at OLIVA RESORT GOA near baga beach was superb. We enjoyed at the hotel alot. The room was covered with all needs and was comfortable too.All the staff members were professional whereas parking space is also good. We will most definitely stay here again. Thankyouu!!!

If you are booking a place here make sure u get invoice from them first hand as they make a false commitment first with less price and ask more during the checkout in the name of different booking rates.Make sure u are directly talking to the person at reception who has done your booking on phone.The people are really worst there making false commitment.My experience was worst we had to pay extra even when we made a full payment in advance a month before.The only good thing they have is their breakfast.

Property of this is resort is very large and you feel like a colony. Rooms are neat and clean. Food quality was OK, you cant get much choices in dinner and breakfast. Good location and was easily accessible. Baga beach is just walking distance around 5-7 minutes away. You cant get the feel of resorts when you stay. There was a swimming pool which was basically for everyone.

Oliva resorts is awesome place we didnt know the property is existing in heart of baga the most happening area of goa food is delicious never got fresh food apart from home fresh fish and juice services are prompt clean room manager Kenneth and panday insured we feel comfortable and children play area complete the perfect holiday for family. Everyone had great time we stayed longer then plan children didnt want to go back home. Central Bank of India conducted a two day conference at Oliva Resort dated 17.08.2019 & 18.08.2019. It was such a lovely and pleasant function. Resort manager and Resort owner deserve a really appreciation. Food, service, location and resort is just remarkable. Highly recommended for all!!!!

Good value for the money invested, couple friendly, staffs are friendly and helpful as well, cake was arranged at midnight on demand , Also hotel volunteered to extend the check out time since my flight got delayed. Overall the infrastructure is above average and as i said good value for money.This location is perfect for the guys interested in nightlife. titos lane( disks and all), sea facing shacks, casino are all walkable i.e within 1 kms.

I stayed in this hotel from 9th Feb to 12th Feb. The resort is good and decent. I will write pros and cons of this resortPros:1. Staff is good2. Pool is clean and safe for children. The chlorine content was less in water as compared to other swimming pool.3. Food is very delicious4. Baga Beach is at walking distanceCons:1. Service is slow. (Might be because they have 96 rooms and that period resort was fully occupied. because of rush their service is slow)Mr. Shiv at reception and Mr. Chandan from restaurant were very helpful.One suggestion i want to give please make good tea. Tea is not good at all.

I had added lots of photos to it. I gotta tell yall this is the best place for vacation. Service is excellent. Swimming pool is clean though you have to wear polyester clothes to dive in. The BAR here is so freaking awesome. If youre visiting Goa i can recommend you to stay here. :)

Not value for money you pay. I have stayed more better hotels and resorts with lesser amount paid. They have basically used a multistory 1 bhk and 2 bhk apartments for their resorts purpose where few apartment are occupied by owners, so it may happen you are being given a 1bhk and near door could be a owner of the flat with family. Dont ask about itinerary. In bathroom except a small soap and small bath gel nothing is given. You have to ask them for each and every thing like for bucket, mug, dental kit shave kit. There are a lot more items available as per their manual but everything is on request only nothing will be by default. Complementary breakfast also not up to the mark for amount paid. Swimming pool was under renovation. Overall experience was not good as per amount paid.

Oliva resort which is near to Baga beach hotel is very neat and clean place well maintained there are two pools which opens from 8am to 6pm food is also tasty staff is well maintained and very friendly. Morning breakfast buffet was awesome which starts from 8am to 10am so if you do late night party’s then also you should wake soon for breakfast or skip it and one more thing you can find frogs in rooms and in bathrooms as I am posting photo of that so aware of that.

We had stayed at this awesome place called oliva resorts baga last week for 3 days with a group of my college friends. I must say we had a very pleasant stay and the rooms were really clean and food was delicious. The pool was very clean n the staff was helpful . Great work team oliva resorts keep up the great standards of hospitality... Strongly recommended to all my friends also the same is very near to Tito dance club n also the beach .

Hotel service is pathetic, very much bad experience. please dont book with them as we spoiled our mood and faced many problems. we are group of 30 people booked 10 rooms for 2 days. as per confirmation we are eligible to get rooms from them at 22-02-19 1 pm. but till night 11.59pm we not get any rooms and we are waiting at reception for almost 2 hours. after that they give stinky rooms for one night. any room we not get any service. we have to carry our luggage by our own, we dont get towel & extra bed on time. we need go to storage room and arrange by our own. photos submitted in web are not give actual idea.

It was an appartment away from reception and restaurant. The TV was in the side wall couldnt be seen from the bed. Had to walk a lot from entry to the apartment. Staff was good. Breakfast was average. Swimming pool was clean. One more pool was under renovation. The pics are totally deceiving so do not trust them. The actual place is totally simple.

One of the better Oyo properties. The staff was very helpful and polite during our stay. The resort has a pool, restaurant, bar, and a small garden. The rooms were reasonably clean. bathroom was clean, but there were dead ants. There are no lifts in the building. Also its located in the heart of baga, near Titos lane, but fortunately away from all the noise. All in all a good stay.

I booked Oliva resort for 3 days when I visited Goa with my friends. This is decent resort to stay. It is not like a resort, its kinda apartment. It has no lift service you have to walk through stairs. The best part is it is near Baga and Calangute beach. And it is very near to restaurants and shopping in local. You can go by walk to the beaches.Some of the staffs are humble but some are rude, they even dont know how to talk to a customer.The free breakfast was decent and had a variety of foods available. They also provide wifi.Near the main gate, you can find bikes / scooty on rent. They have a good parking area for cars and bikes.It is appx 42km from the Dabolim airport. If you are planning to checkout early morning then you have to pre book cabs. Resort staffs are not going to help you in this.With this budget of resort, one can get better than this.

I stayed in room # 549. Rooms were ok. Near to Tittos. Walkable to Baga Beach. Room service was bad. Staff attitude was bad. No lift so its difficult to climb stairs. Breakfast was worst. No worth staying here.

We booked this property after looking at their images on website. I shd appreciate photographer for clicking super images and misguiding travellers.Property: We had booked 3 rooms assuming this as individual property. When we reached, we realised, this is huge property having many 3 story buildings with 250+ rooms. Those who know Mhada buildings in mumbai, we got same sort of feeling 😬. Fortunately rooms were good so we decided to give a shot there.Very important...The property website belongs to a third party agent and he routs online enquiries to this property. When you reach there you have to deal with people, you never interacted with. That becomes very difficult.Location: Though it is close to baga beach, the place is really crowded. Driving car is crazy job 😬Food: good food 3.5 stars. So we decided to explore outside but unfortunately even eateries outside are disappointing.Beach: we visited in early june so the season was over so we enjoyed beach a lot. Beach n Water is very clean. Eating in beach is expensive 😇Service: Service in this property is average. We cld not get good service and it was again disappointing in that area.Besides good rooms, nothing was impressive about this property. I still give them 3.5 ⭐️

It was ok ok resort, rooms are ok but not as good as they look in picture. There was no separate room for smoker and non smokers . For us what room they have allocated was badly smelling with cigarette smoke later they have assigned another room on request. There was no view from balcony. Breakfast was good but I feel the resort is little over priced only you can find a good location which is near to baga Beach, its only 10 mins walk from to hotel to beach.

The rooms and the hotel ambience was definately awesome.. but, there was real disappointment in the management. The room service and restaurant was running out of food almost everyday.. and even staffs complained about the shortage of staffs for maintaining smooth workflow.

Rooms are good. Better if lift service was provided. The small swimming pool, Balcony and the silence makes it a perfect place to chill if you cant make it to the beach.

The lady receptionist is very rude and has no knowledge of behavior or hospitality at all. Its a good property with good services but her attitude and comments can ruin your stay. Had a 4 day stay here out of which she successfully ruined 3. Oyo and other staff was helpful but it was of no use.

Oliva resorts is one of the best in Goa. Room also neat and good ambiance. No lift service you have to walk through stairs. It is very near to Baga beach and calunguat beach. And it is very near to restaurants and shopping in local. You can go by walk to the beaches.

It was not at all like resort. The room looked like old flat. Service and food were good. But according to the stay price were too high. I dont recommend.

Wonderful resort, comfy beds, clean room and delicious food. The best thing is very close to baga beach, cafe mambo and titos.Staff is courteous and professional.

Location is good.. walkable distance from titos lane and baga beach but service is not good.. order takes typically more than an hour to arrive

Great location of hotel,Just under 5 mins to Baga beach,Very reasonable priced hotel,Service and hospitality great! Rooms at a good standard,Two pool areas,Serve good buffet breakfast.
