Reliable Pricing and quick Service

Least bothered about their customers. Have been calling them since 3 days. The lady on the other side keeps telling that she is sending her men, when in reality its the 3rd day today and the men havent arrived yet. Secondly, after repeated calling they give the reason that its their lunch time, office timings are over, and their technicians dont appear in their office until 12 noon. What sort of service is this?
