Third class service ever.... Sandeep who holds this service doesnt have any sense to communicate with customer plus they are not on his words what ever work commitment they give.ZERO IN CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

They never pick up the phone and if they do, their only answer will be to switch off router and turn it on. Very poor speed on mobile. If you face an issue before 12pm, you are on your own as they straight away say office opens at 12pm and nothing can be fine before that.

WORST INTERNET PROVIDER EVER. I have used many broadband services, but this is the worst ever. I changed my previous broadband provider because I am new to this city and I was checking which broadband is the best, so far I have used 3 provider, this is the 4th one, but without a doubt I can say this is the worst provider ever in mankind. Customer care doesnt answer the call, service provider never answer the call, local office never answers the call.Internet disconnects every 10mins for 1 minute and in 2 weeks of this connection, I have spent 8 days without any connectivity since evening 6pm to next day afternoon 2pm. Basically I have spent 8days without any connectivity out of 15 days of connection.Judge by yourself.There are many broadband providers in the area, go for any of those but this.WORST WORST WORST.All my money went down to drain.

Worst network ever seen means ik that no network is the best but no network is the worst like this 🤠 if there is a net issue nor their phone network is available nor the net comes fastly. And yes if youre seeing good results at starting then dont be happy coz this is their trick at First they give they will give you the best service but they are at that as the time passes they will give you the worst ever I am not gonna take the connection from this for this brand ever the worst service provider ever mark my words the worst and yes I am I am not interested in your service any more there is no review less than 1 star if there was zero I can give that thats the worst ever worst

Very bad customer service. Please do not take internet service from them.I called for installation (3july) and they said me to wait for 4 days. On 5th day (7july) I called and they said me to wait till 4pm. At 5pm I again called them & there was no response from another side. They dont need customers & they dont care for customers .Worst experience from Vortex Netsol.I would have rated them with 0 star is possible .

Not providing good service. Always facing bandwidth issue, network down issue. Please do not take internet service from Vortex.I wouldnt give to any star. But here no option to give blank star.I would say to all those who are trying to take internet service from Vortex then you will in risk and those who are already taken please discontinue them service.

Customer service bad not receiving call when Internet connection is down. Plan rates are double compared to other broadbands. 25mbps for 6600/- yearly by netsol and others 4200/- yearly.
