The whole construction is beside the ulhas river which makes the construction more attractive.

A great complex having everything of its own. It even has a mini theatre. That must be enough to describe about it. Only downside is that it is at 20 min walk from station.

Worst Place to stayI have purchased a flat 6 months back and in this 6 months club house and swimming pool and other facilities are closed.they take maintainance from you but they don’t maintain anything. From their taps to their locks and door everything is cheap products which is not working properly.No one to listen your complaints

A neat complex in Badlapur. Although the road towards the place has been untouched and ignored due to lack of commitment. By transport it is nearby Badlapur station but by no means near if you are walking. The place becomes deserted by night and is quite difficult to reach during odd hours.Inside the complex, society is a failure as the builder has not ensured a smooth transition. Hence facilities like swimming pool is unavailable.

Loved it.. awesome locality.. just a bit outskirts.. in late night it would be difficult to get an auto rikshaw.. nice security

The society looks good, but the people is not good enough as we think. The mentallity is low. Club house remain close from so many months.

Its a big society in Badlapur,but its quite far from station and has a bad road quality to access. The Road for this society is quite pathetic and full of potholes. Society is good and dense more than 300+ flats

We 196 residence of Phase II are suffering lots of challenges and most importantly zero, I mean zero support from building management.1) In last 2 years Club House equipment (mentioned below) are not in good conditionMini Theater?Carrom Board?Chess Board?Pool Table?Yoga Room?Party Hall?Shona Bath?Jaquays?Washroom of Club House?Swimming Pool?2) Improper control over Physical Security.3) CCTV & Firefighting equipment’s are not in working condition.4) False commitment by building management.There is a huge laundry list which can describe how this place is to live, but unfortunately, I cannot mentioned this in comments.

Good housing colony in Badlapur west... Provide great facilities

Lots of insects, tenants cannot access the club and avail facilities. However very nice climate, a peaceful and calm environment makes it a perfect retire home or vacation home.
