Ive never been to a Walmart with clothes laying everywhere. Where are the employees to clean this up. Have pride in your store. I hold MGMT responsible.

🚫🚫BAD EXPERIENCE❌❌⏭ For 6 years I have been coming to this Walmart (Tower) and I have noticed that this year 2021 has been horrible, everything is very messy, dirty, you cannot find what you are looking for, you cannot find the prices of what you are looking for, you cannot find help.Until now that I am going to write my opinion, I realize the amount of bad comments about this Walmart (Tower) and nobody responds to all these comments, it is very sad and not very professional.🆘Please, they must improve all this or change administration🔆

Beautiful exterior! However, I will have to leave a 1 star review because of the HARASSMENT that I witnessed by this man, who closely resembles a smurf, and a woman in a white shirt. I was able to snap a quick pic of him. The harassment was towards a disabled man, and they were yelling that he was banned from this Walmart location. It’s unbelievable, and I will not be returning anytime soon.

This is one of my Favorite Walmarts to go to. Open space, nice people, happy players and...enough cashiers.

Honestly one of the more busy Walmart locations. They do tend to have a pretty good stock of the items I typically purchase but if you need help over in electronics for locked up merch you better have patience 🤞

The employees here always act like they dont want to help you. Im sure thats the case, and I know working retail, especially at a retailer of this magnitude, is difficult. But if Im kind and patient, theres really no need to be standoffish and roll your eyes at me. When I ask questions Im always met with I dont know and never let me find out for you. I work in customer service too, and there are definitely days I hate my job, but I dont take it out on people who have nothing to do with it. I hope management can make this job less stressful for their employees because everyone always seems to be upset at this particular Walmart.

Must go after 2pm when the sun shines threw there sky window!! Maybe it was because its 2021 now but store seemed forgotten by the employees.

Sometimes they have what I need, but most times they do not. They never have shopping carts inside, all scattered throughout parking spaces. This facility is never clean, spills and trash all over. Unfortunately this is the only shopping center for a large area of the state.

I hate this store in every way. Dirty, nothing is priced correctly, poorly maintained and stocked

I wont comment on whether WalMart. Beautiful new building. This branch has the normal W Mart thing where if they actually had all of the sizes and items that they generally sell in store actually available, it would be a 5 Star review.Not a hater. But the big W will never get more than 3 stars from me until they solve the disconnect between their marketing narrative and their inventory and stocking internal controls struggles.

Good deals on most stuff but found that quite a few things had no price label on it or the shelf it was on. ( more in the garden center). Too big of items to put in basket to check for a price, so just gave up on it.

Biggest Walmart Ive ever been in. Some shelves are more bare than to be desired (some camping, travel/luggage, some food), but the store does a good job staying clean and having most of what you need. Staff were all VERY nice that I interacted with

Wow its awesome place! I was starting at the Staybridge Suites and it was nice and the staff were very kind and clean helpful. But by far this Hilton was just so much nicer and staff is very kind. If I had to choose that would be a no brainer!

Just about anything you can imagine is likely available. Good prices and a wide selection of fresh produce. All the ingredients you might need for that special dish youve been thinking about.

I have no real opinion of the location itself other than how freaking huge it is. It is a marvel to walk though.

Its a Walmart. Its big. I dont really have a better compliment for one of these stores in the entire corporation, in fact most times Ill spend extra money shopping elsewhere to not deal with Walmart in general.

Thought to give Walmart another try after years since this is a nice looking huge building. Walked inside…. A mix of a jungle and a dumpster. Half the merchandise was on the floor, half of the items on the shelves were out of stock, people were stepping over the underwear isle… not worth the 20 cent savings.

I went to Walmart at 5:00 on Friday. I have no one to blame but myself. And their a/c wasnt working. But my checker was an awesome teenager who was fast, kind and amusing.

Found everything I needed except chai concentrate. Very long wait and lines. Need more cashiers.

First lets start with there are 14 lanes with only 2 open, thats horrible with lines wrapped to self checkout how can we social distance. Self checkout is card only which is ridiculos we are here with a nursing home and no assistance offered most of these residents use cash so to wait on only 2 lanes is a mess please get it together no point in having mass registers if your only going to open 2 up

It would have been very nice if the store manager would have updated the hours on the website to match the actual hours of the store. Instead of having people waiting outside of a locked doors for a very long time because the website says it should be open at 6 and its not!

Great place to shop and browse multiple different items. You can even come in pjs and you feel right at home.

Needed help finding camping gear it took 2 employess but they were very nice and determined to help!!

Walmart my kind of go to store no matter where Im at. Its funny how alot of Walmarts vary in the clothes they carry. Some stores can have some really nice cothes. They look dressy. There are some stores that are quite the opposite. I understand though. You have to feed the community needs.

Beautiful Walmart! Very clean and family friendly. However, I have one complaint about the employees working there. They were harassing a 5’4 white male who seemed he had a disability. The man was very nice and commented on how pretty and cute my 4 year old daughter looked. The workers were harassing this man, when he did nothing! He asked why he was banned from this Walmart but they wouldn’t cooperate with the man. I rate a 3 star for terrible customer service and rude workers!

I pulled up and cops and workers made me leave. I was there 10 minutes in film. Rhthen threatened to trespass me. If your boondocking and want somewhere to sleep in your vehicle contact comitis Awesome. Been to walmarts nationwide and these workers and team leaders are awesome. They go through a lot. They deserved that raise. Now when are our 24hrs coming back yet that was the least busy yet you shut down. Seems opposite on all walmarts... yet this is the place to be the smile face rollback ball bouncing around singing with headphones on sometime real loud so sorry if freak you out. The Denver WalMart is so nice. I was very impressed with how clean the store was. A terrific selection of items. A bright and airy atmosphere made it a really nice shopping experience. Truly a beautiful store.

Its nice that they have truck parking. I wish the truckers wouldnt leave a mess here that would be nice. And if youre a trucker and you use a shopping cart take it back dont be lazy and leave it in the way

I bought a new vacuum. The next day I opened the box and found out that the vacuum had traces of hair and dirt. Wow! I immediately put it back in the box and went to return it. When I got there, supposedly I was late and the customer service was closed! Nobody could help me do a simple return for a piece of used equipment they sold me as New. I have an injured back & leg and had to load and unload this box off my truck. What a disappointment.

There is something wrong with this Walmart. Always out of stock on multiple common items. Always lines to cash out. Dirty. Less than friendly staff. I hope new management takes ownership of the problem here and fixes it. IT IS ALWAYS LIKE THIS!

🚫☣☢⚠️⛔👎 Soooo this Walmart. Hmmm I have never seen so many different things locked up behind glass to protect against theft. It was so bad that the vacuum cleaners where locked up. How do you steal a vacuum cleaner honestly. There is also a security guard on site which tells me that there is alot of stealing going on. Also the store was not very clean, it looked as wild animals went through the clothing areas attempting to make a nest or something 😳. Stuff was everywhere. Very unorganized. Parking areas there was alot of speeding and trash, bums looking for hand outs ect. 😒 very uncool walmart. The Walmarts in New York dont even lock up vacuums lol 😂 😆 🤣 still unsure how you stuff one of them in your pocket but hey. Its walmart. Enough said. 6 different employees had no idea where the item i was looking for was. I even called the store 3 times, while in the store to get help. And finally a single employee saved the day. And found it. 1 hr later.

Its Walmart! As long as Ive been making the drive out to this location, Ive not seen any rats, bats, mice or even birds at this location. They usually have what I need in stock which is super helpful for obvious reasons. 😉

My wife and I went into this Walmart to purchase a new vacuum for our new home. We found the one we wanted locked behind a glass case. Hit the call button multiple times and even asked a passing associate for help. She said she’d call someone and walked off. We waited at least ten minutes, and still no one showed to unlock the case. Meanwhile I found the exact same vacuum on Amazon via my smart phone. Ordered it for next day delivery and we moved on. I guess Walmart doesn’t want to sell vacuums, but Amazon had no issues selling us one. Not very impressed with the poor customer service at this location.

Yeah we get the extra 10 miles to this Walmart. I cant put it into words why I like this one so much....I just get good vibes is it best way to describe it.

This place is consistently chaotic and dingy in appearance. Looks unclean Im consistently uncomfortable coming here. I have to because its the closest.

Absolutely the worst Walmart you can find. Nothings ever in stock, all the store employees have the worst attitude you will find. Stood in line for 10 minutes with no checker in sight, the old lady with gray hair that works the self checkout has zero customer service skills. How does the store manager still have a job? Fire him!!

Update 4/3/19 - It looks like they are trying to clean up this store finally! They got brand new carts, the store is looking cleaner, as is the parking lot! Keep going - good job!The ladies at customer service are horrible! Talk about the WORST, JUDGEMENTAL attitudes Ive ever seen! 5 ladies behind the desk talking only 1 working with a nasty attitude my last visit. Is it in their job requirements to give customers a hard time? This is not the 1st time!The door greeter Betty is amazing! She is always super friendly! I took a pic of all the beer they have in stock since the they carry full strength now as of 1/1/19.

Produce and product availability/quality has declined.

Remember, its Walmart. Long lines, mean I dont ever buy frozen anything. The store is well kept in most departments. Produce prices and candy are higher than Kings and Safeway.

We went specifically to get a generic, regular toilet brush. Surely, Walmart with its famous, state-of-the-art inventory system, would have this basic item, right? No! We also were going to pick up two king size pillows we had bought there last year. Surely they carried those? Nope! The pillow aisle was practically empty. Walmart investors are losing out on lots of sales given every store always has empty shelves. Luckily for us, I was able to order all the things they didnt have in-stock right from my Amazon app. Maybe Walmart should invest in a new inventory system because clearly their famous version is no longer effective.

Outstanding Walmart store most store on this branch are top notch in their quality!

As I was loading my groceries into my car, I noticed a woman and a man wearing 40 inch inseam shorts berating an innocent customer in the parking lot. They rudely screamed at him that he was banned from this location. When the customer very eloquently explained the situation, they shouted him down and threatened to call the police. Since this Wal-Mart is public property, there is no way that a customer can be banned. All of the news agencies and Kanye West will be made aware of this shocking event.

This store has proven several times to be very unprofessional. They wont check the stock room for unreplenished items on the shelf. You call and staff leaves you on hold for 30 minutes or more. Then upon calling again, staff refuses to answer the phone and be of any assistance. So the customer doesnt have to make an unnecessary drive. And to boot the app will not recognize valid emails to place in-store/curbside pick up orders...Sad experiences.

This Walmart Supercenter is quite possibly the WORST place to shop!!! To start, I walked in expecting good things, decent at least, but as I walked through the doors, the greeter gave me the WORST and most DISGUSTING look! I was shocked, however I ignored it and carried on. I picked up my products and proceeded to checkout where the lines were too long and the cashiers were very slow! It took me 15 minutes to get out of that line! Once I left the building, the chaos kept going. As I was heading to my car, a bald man and a woman with a white t-shirt were yelling at a man! This man looked like he did absolutely NOTHING wrong, however he did give off the “I like Grace Vanderwaal” vibe… however that does not excuse the all around terrible experience I’ve had here. Went once, and never again. 0/10. Stay tuned for more details.

I had difficulty using one card to pay for my food stuffs and another card for the remaining items. But one of the sales girl approached me asking why I have not scanned the other items in more than 4 occasions. Making me look I came to steal and not to buy...it was so embarrassing.

The grocery department seems to be decently well managed. Shelves are stocked and organized for the most part.The toy department is consistently a total disaster. Items out of place to the point where even associates don’t know where things are located.It’s not the nicest Walmart in the world, but it gets the job done and is in a good location.

This Walmart is the Walmart I used to go to everyday. Up until about a couple weeks ago it was normal and the employees were nice. One day however I witnessed some workers harassing a disabled person. I wanted to say something but I was at a loss for words. He eventually got banned from this location for no reason! Will not return!

This walmart is absolutely terrible! The one time I decided to go there the employees were harassing a young disabled christian boy by the name of Daniel Larson! I will never shop at this place ever again!(Here is a picture of the sweet young boy)

Absolutely horrifying harassment happened at this location. A man in a blue shirt with a phone in his hand was harassed multiple times and even banned. Walmart needs to take action on this cause.

Typical Walmart. Everything is all over the place. But they have everything you need. Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

The worse Walmart ever! I never shop at Walmart to begin with. With the pandemic I needed an item desperately and found a Walmart close to my work that offered curbside service. I thought this would be great. I could stop by after work, without getting out of my vehicle, obtain my item and that’s it. And I paid on line so I just needed to pick up item. When I got there, the customers already there in the parking lot were advising “their system” was down and they were sending people away until tomorrow. For a lot of customers there in my situation, tomorrow didn’t work. One person was picking up needed items for a wedding. Two employees were taping handwritten signs onto the cub side signs to advise of situation with limited info. The confusing part was that the Walmart was still packed. You didn’t see anyone leaving. Employees weren’t in the parking lot shooing customers away. I found out later if you had cash, they were still handling transactions in the store. I had paid on line. All I needed was my product, but they refused to assist me. After trying to contact Walmart.com 3x and getting disconnected and being told they couldn’t find my order in the system, some employees finally came to my window. They couldn’t explain why their system was down or how long it would be down, just that they knew it would all work tomorrow. First I can’t get an item I’ve already paid for, needed tonight, not tomorrow, they don’t know why their system is down and I was offered no discount, a transfer to another store, not even a courtesy bottle of water as it was 95+ degrees outside and I was being inconvenienced. All they wanted, it seemed, was for everyone to go home so they could close up, with the promise everything would be up and normal tomorrow. Although they didn’t know when the system would be up or what happened, they just knew tomorrow was the magic day. This is a multi billion dollar company and that is all they can do. The worst! Was able to buy my product from a competitor and got my money refunded on line (even though Walmart.com couldn’t find my order)and my money back in my bank before going to bed. Never again. Never heard from Walmart again. No apology email, come back, free lunch on us, 30% off next order, nothing.

I forgot to write this review but about a week ago I witnessed the employees bullying a disabled person named Daniel. They said some pretty nasty things like how he looked like a rabbit with special needs. They also banned him for no reason! As he was walking out one of the employees told him to stay tuned for more info on his unbanning. I will not be returning to this store 😡👎🏻

Was at this location a couple weeks ago with my fiancé. We were in the dvd/cd isle and then out of nowhere this man who shared a resemblance between a dodo bird and a witch came up to us and asked if he was banned from the store. We had no idea who this man was and started to walk away, but then he pulled out his phone and started recording us while yelling he was a celebrity (and that his name was like Daniellie Arson?) We quickly got away from him in the cleaning supply area then we heard a gigantic moan that resembled the voice of him, we looked through the tiny holes within the shelves and saw the mans eyes directly looking at us. We ran out of there and contacted the general manger, will not ever come back after this disturbing incident.

Lack of stock, lack of open registers, and do it yourself lanes are credit/debit card only! Walmart is going to hell in a handbasket!

Not overnight RV friendly. Youd think theyd be cool with it. We were literally going to buy groceries in the morning.. Oh yeah, and two cops and three employees coming and asking us to leave is overkill.

Michelle helped us find what we needed and saved us over 1/2 hour searching. Even though she was busy directing others moving displays, she took the time to help us with our multiple requests. She should be commended on excellent superior customer service. This location had everything we needed. Carts were scarce but the lines moved and people were more friendly at this location. Very good value for the money especially mainstay items. Will definitely return to this location even though others are closer to our home base.

Beautiful Exterior and Interior, but the harassment my mentally disabled friend encountered here. He was bullied by a weird smurf looking man outside for his appearance and his mental capacity. On top of that, I found a cockroach in a 12 Pack of Mountain Dew that I purchased here. Terrible.

This should defiantly be 0 starts. I called the Walmart Supercenter on Tower Rd. in Aurora CO regarding fundraising and the associate (who would not give her name) was literally hostel when she answered the phone. As if it were rude of me to call LOL. I wished her a good morning and asked to speak to a manager. She actual said a manger? as if I had asked a confusing question. In truth I think she was tipping the manage off that there was a call for her. The associate said she is in a meeting no you can’t talk to her (smh) so I asked when would be a good time, she said I dont know how long they last, could be 10 minutes, 30 45 and hour how could know (in a duh sort of way). I kept my servility and patience and tasked if I could leave a message. Again she was irritated at my request,. I said I am with a nonprofit and am wondering if your store is allowing fundraising for a food drive. She said we never do that but hold on Ill ask. I assume she asked the manager (the one in a meeting that could last forever) and came back on line and said no we dont allow fundraising here. The funny thing is my organization has held fundraisers at this location p0re-COVID LOL so I know they have, even if they are not currently due to COVID. I typically try to stay away from this particular Walmart. in the 9 years I have lived in this area, I would rather drive as far as needed to NOT go to this location even if I am in a bind. This is just one of many horrible experiences I have had here, they are generally offend you choose their store to spend your money and as far as Walmart being a community supporter....umm not so much!

Its Walmart been to a hundreds of across this country just know what youre getting into when you go in. I will say the woman at the self-checkout had her stuff together which was nice.
