The place is rather good but a little bit price. I went there with my family and we ordered shahi paneer, ogan joshi and green curry. We also ordered garlic naan, butter naan, tandoori roti and drinks. We paid around 170 zlotych. Green curry, rogan joshi and the naans were tasty. Shahi paneer needs a bit improvement. The service was great except that we had to wait quite a bit. Over all I liked the place and recomend it to others.

I wish I could give 0 star!I’m from India and I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. I and my colleagues ordered butter chicken today and they delivered something else which was similar to Korma. Even after informing them they didn’t accept their mistake. This was my first and definitely will be the last time in this restaurant.

For the last couple of months lunch menu was served at price of 18PLN which in my opinion was adequate price for the size of the meal you get (rather small but enough), so I was visiting this restaurant on average once a week. Recently they brought the lunch price down to 15PLN and introduced cards with stamps were every tenth lunch is for free. I was super happy and started to visit them twice as often as before and I could see that more people started visiting them as well. Today they surprised me with new lunch price 22PLN which is 50% in price increase, the portions remained the same size and even though I can still get the tenth lunch for free that actually means that it one lunch would cost me 20PLN. They recognized me as regular and offered free tea for this inconvenience but Ive refused. I dont mind paying current price or even more for the evening dinner with my partner but as for lunch I think it is too expensive now. They serve genuine indian/pakistani food and if you like this cuisine I would highly recommend this place but current price is too much and as soon as I will receive my free lunch I will stop visiting them at all. Maybe if portions would increase even a little bit (one naan bread and five pieces of chicken) I could feel that the price increase was justified but they remained same size. Because of the quality of the food I would rate this place four and a half. I have taken away half star because spiciness of the same dish can be inconsistent but comparing lunch time price and meal size with other places brings my overall rating down.

One of the best Indian restaurant in katowice. All dishes were delicious. We ordered Rogan josh, qorma, butter curry and Karachi nihari with Naan. The prices are not expensive. Good atmosphere, not so big restaurant. Overall i would recommend this restaurant.

I ordered veggie soup and Paneer Madras. The soup did not impress me that much, although it was good, but the cheese in a spicy tomato sauce was delicious 😊. And they solve problems with delay - the lady called and asked if uber could come. I recommend 😊

From the conversation with the waitress, we learned that the chefs are the indigenous people of India, which is a big plus, because they know their own kitchen! However, I think that it could definitely be reduced by half. We decided on meat dishes - Chicken tikka sizzler and garlic chicken tikka sizzler with a low degree of focus and for a veggie Panner jalfrezi dish with a medium degree of sharpness, it was nice to hear that the cheese is their product, plus a must-have Naan butter and whole grain bread. There were various sauces for meat dishes, we decided on spicy mango and garlic. Meat dishes were beautifully served on a hot stone, and veg was served in a small golden dish, bread in a basket. The meat was perfectly juicy🤩, the vegetables were well grilled, the whole was slightly spicy, we rated them 5+! 🙆🏽‍♀️ The veg dish disappointed me a bit, the sauce was sweet, the cheese was expressive, but I wanted a spicy dish, I rated it as strong 3.5, Naan was very good, thin and slightly springy also 5 + 💁🏽‍♀️. Moderate prices, it is safe to eat and not eat.

Delivery in this place is a complete failure, at least several dozen minutes late each time I order for a specific hour. The delay of almost half an hour is not even commented on by the supplier, because what is it compared to over an hour delays, which also happened. The food is delicious, but the delivery spoils the whole impression, so I recommend it only to people who have a few hours off and have nothing better to do than sit and wait for the delivery.

I love Indian cuisine, but when it comes to icy spicy madrasa, I must honestly say that I was disappointed. Usually, after eating the whole portion, the competition wants more, but this one here was 1/3 smaller and I didnt manage to finish it. Dry lamb, medium-quality rice, and thin sauce. He adds the star for naan pancakes that were of acceptable taste

Delicious food at a very affordable price. Super served, I was informed about the time of preparation. It was just right. Food well-seasoned, tasty with lots of meat, sauce very good texture, not watery. Friendly service, nice atmosphere of the place, smell after entering India. Eating is accompanied by Indian music played in the restaurant. I like Indian cuisine and here I liked the food very much. I will definitely come back to try other dishes. I ate a mild dish and it was delicately but spicy to the point.

The order placed byyszne.pl has been completely abandoned. The lady did not even call me after 90 minutes, I had to ask for information myself. What I heard is that there is no driver and can cancel. Sorry, cooo? Why take an order !? When I said about the return, if it will be found soon, I heard THIS CAN WE GIVE OURSELVES RIGHT NOW this is a restaurant I think is a mockery !!! Very good food. They had their better and worse moments, but I have the feeling that they have been on the rising tide for several months. It would be good if this trend continued and the food at Icy Spicy was still at a high level! Deserved 5 stars from me. Recently, you can see that they have stopped dealing with deliveries a bit, but unfortunately this is what happens with every better pub if the news spreads. Everyone has their own processing capacity and I understand that.

This is in my opinion the most authentic Indian restaurant in the area that I have visited so far. Delicious lentil soup, well-chosen flavors of chicken tikka masala sauce.

Unfortunately, Im not happy with visiting the restaurant.On Sundays, the restaurant is open at a given time, after which we were informed that you have to wait at least 30 minutes for dishes because the chefs have just arrived. I think that since it is open from a given hour then the staff should be ready for efficient customer service. After 30 minutes another wait for warmed up bake to the bread we ordered. We waited 20 minutes for the drinks only because the waitress was probably not on our way to us and we were the only busy table. Portions also not adequate for the price, at least those that we ordered. Two stars only for the taste of the dishes themselves. Which were good although the overall impression leaves much to be desired.

I received information that the courier has already left (we live a maximum of 15 minutes by car from the restaurant)17:45 - 18:00 - attempts to contact the restaurant by phone (several). My phones are ignored or rejected (the restaurant often had a busy line).18:30 - the courier is still gone and the restaurant does not answer the phone.I believe this is an extreme scam. We have already ordered several times from this restaurant and have never been on time. I understand that you are 15 minutes late, you can still survive 30, but todays situation is already an inflection. This is a common default between a customer and a restaurant. If they are unable to complete the order in 1.5 hours, they should provide appropriate information. This is deliberately misleading customers! On top of all this is a total lack of respect associated with rejecting calls and not answering the phones.UPDATE: 18:40 - A courier arrived with a cold order ...

First of all, there is no punctual delivery in this place, and there is nothing to count on. The restaurant got a second chance and this time we decided to pick up the previously ordered meal. Reception of food slightly delayed, about 20 minutes, so there is no tragedy, although it could be more punctual, as for food ordered more than 2 hours earlier. What looks bad is what we get for what it is, not a lot of money. Shrimp curry is a container (such as for take-away soup) in which there are literally 8 shrimp, the rest is a rare sauce. For the second sauce, also the same volume. For this a few breads and a portion of pieces of chicken from the oven. The entire order for almost PLN 100. As for chicken, in my opinion the biggest melee and joke. Half-roasted chicken, raw! I dont think this is how food should be prepared properly? I am very disappointed. The price-performance ratio is disproportionate. I certainly will not return, I also do not recommend anyone and even advise against. Unless you like to pay a lot, get a little and still get something raw after a long wait, then maybe its worth the risk.

Unfortunately, I am not happy to visit this place. We waited a long time for the dishes, we received the appetizer 30 minutes after placing the order and the main course 30 minutes after the appetizer we requested because the table that had ordered us had already received food much earlier. Unfortunately, the dish I received on the sizzling platter had charred pieces of chicken. After trying this miracle, I ate some of my husbands dish, went to pay the bill and left. A big plus for the waitress who apologized, but unfortunately the disgust will remain.

My wife and I are fans of Indian food. We have already visited all the nearby restaurants (Katowice, Sosnowiec, Krakow) and found that this is the best. Most spices, distinct flavors and good price (we recommend dishes from the tandori oven)Mumbai Tandori in Sosnowiec is also nice, but much more expensive. The worst two new restaurants at Zwierzyniecka in Krakow.Its not bad at Piarist in Krakow, but your restaurant is leading the way.Unfortunately, the exquisite flavors are not matched by the decor - to be improved. This is my first and probably last visit to this place. The place is tiny, because only 7 tables, so I dont quite understand what it is. After showing us a table by a nice waitress (some plus) we took the place. After 10 minutes of waiting for the menu, we decided to take it ourselves from the bar (ok - maybe such a culture of this restaurant). Together with her boyfriend we chose dishes and drinks from the menu - the waitress obviously nodded at everything - but as it turned out later - she overestimated her memory. Maybe it is better to invest in a card and a pen? After 5-10 minutes we got drinks, after about 15 I got my food - WOW, how fast - I thought. I decided to wait until my other half got their order - in the end we came together to have dinner together. After 15 minutes, when the only dish on the table was my increasingly cold chicken, I decided to start eating it slowly. And here is another and last of the pluses - the food was ok. We were patient - after all, each dish has its own preparation time. Although I was surprised, because usually in restaurants orders are prepared in such a way that they go out together. However, after 25 minutes, we asked what the dish my boyfriend ordered - the waitress surprised muttered, I dont remember such a dish, and then asked WHAT SHOULD IT DO? It happens. Yes we will wait. Another 25 minutes pass, and the order is still gone. I eat my already cold supper myself and give up further waiting. The hour of watching killed any appetite. Mistakes happen to everyone, its clear - but this one did not move employees at all. The waitress only after some time passed the information on the kitchen.Perhaps the situation would at least be improved by the word sorry - but that was not even given to us.SUMMARY: a place with little charm, even nice - though - crazy service, food okay. You can try ... but what for?In comparison to other Indian restaurants in Katowice, which I managed to visit, this one is simply not worth it. The only dish that was good was Mutton Curry. Beef Pilao - rehydrated rice very dry (dish with a maximum value of 12 PLN). Naan bread burnt, tasted like rusks. As for me, I am hopeless for this money and not worth the price. The owner in one of the comments on the charge of using the microwave oven wrote back that this is not true because everything is prepared on a regular basis. Well, its not true, because during our stay and waiting for a dish we heard the characteristic sound of the microwave oven informing about the end of heating. Earlier, we ate at the competition and tasted much more. We will definitely not visit this restaurant anymore - there are much better places in Katowice with Indian cuisine.Edit: I am not saying that in another restaurant you can buy beef fried with basmati rice for PLN 12. I only state that for me this dish in the form in which I received it was worth 12 zlotys. We had the opportunity to visit the restaurant yesterday. We came across a large table reservation, unfortunately there was little space left for subsequent customers. The waitress very helpful indicated the place and immediately warned about the extended waiting time. Indeed, we waited a little longer than usual, but the food as always was delicious. By the way, I really like visiting this place. With the partner we always eat hellish spicy food - as for Indians. Yesterday, while waiting for food, I watched the guests from a large table, talked to my partner and concluded that this restaurant is a place that can combine different generations and satisfy the various dietary preferences of meat, carnivore and vegans. I have kept in mind that the state from the reservation got dishes that were able to eat, the same mild dishes, the waitress, giving subsequent dishes, named their names and briefly described them. Im just wondering if this solution was suggested by an employee or restaurant manager. Why did I pay attention to this detail, because the state in very beautiful words praised the dishes, despite the fact that they were at least twice as old as us. I hope the service also noticed it. Yesterdays visit was different than the previous one. I do not like to play in culinary criticism, but I decided that this situation must be noted. I am glad that not only our traditional Silesian cuisine is able to connect different generations.

Sunday, late cloudy afternoon. Entering the empty restaurant I had mixed feelings looking at the contemporary decor. However, dishes which was delicious and I were not some poor imitations of Asian cuisine but really tasty and exceptional proposals. The service also does a great job.

I believe that gourmets of this type of cuisine can feel fully satisfied after a meal here. I always try samosa dumplings, then I go to the so-called particulars. Here I had the opportunity to try (to my surprise) a chickpea dumpling, here a plus for the waitress, for wanting to tell her about something that is not on the menu. We ordered a variety of dishes, to the test. In each of them (even when it was very spicy) you could smell something more than chili. I am writing something because this something captivated me. This inconspicuous eatery offers really good food. Its worth a look here.

Drama, I do not recommend. Food ordered at 11 oclock arrived after 14. Zero information about the delay. As we called at 13 was to be in 15 minutes. In the order there was information about the invoice, the Lord came without and explained that it is not a gas station, bad luck that happened to be accountants .... The invoice was sent later by e-mail. For this one dish crazy. Food is not bad but it is also not great to wait for so much time.

Even though the food is pretty good (except for the garlic naan and apparently cucumber sauce) the customer service was crap. The food was ordered with delivery, the delivery time was first to be 60 minutes, later it was changed to 90, then they called from the premises about 110 minutes however. Eventually the order arrived after 2.5 hours. In addition, it was incomplete, because without any extras, for which the restaurant costs a lot (PLN 8 for rice, PLN 10 for naan). After calling the place and asking where the extras are, the lady said that they are already delivering - they arrived after 20 minutes, when everything had already been eaten. The waiting time itself suggests that they were not even prepared earlier and that they simply forgot to make them, not just deliver them. In addition, the sauces arrived with an incomplete order - one as it should be, the other supposedly mint, which tasted like the aforementioned cucumber salad. I would understand such a situation if it was a one-off, but the opinions on many sites show that it happens every now and then, so maybe the place instead of apologizing and graciously offering a free Zero Coke when delivering the missing part of the order, will finally take all these opinions to heart and it just organizes better. I give two stars a bit spitefully, because the food and the nice lady on the phone make up for it, but a 2.5 hour delivery with four hungry people leaves a bad impression.

We ordered several dishes with delivery to the house. We spent about PLN 80 for food, which unfortunately did not satisfy our taste buds. Chicken Tikka Tandoori Salad - the most ordinary salad with chicken, unless covered with vinegret, or at least tasted it (a tiny portion). Butter curry - also not too big, with huge cubes of chicken. I do not know if it should taste curry, but it was bland and too sweet. Mango lassi also had the opportunity to drink better at the competition at Mickiewicz. I find mixed feelings, price / quantity of food unsuitable.

Yesterday with friends I had the pleasure to visit the restaurant. Due to the variety of our tastes, we asked you for help in the selection of dishes. I ordered a veg and gluten-free dish, there was no problem in this matter. The friend asked about the possibility of serving a lactose-free dish, it was also possible.
