I just want to say thank you to Dr. Renata. My daughter was discharged from hospital few days ago. No improving at all and even having more difficulties to breathe than before, Dr. Renata saw her and gave us a whole new treatment and in 12 hours my girl was breathing normally and happy. He brought our happy girl nack. Many many thanks from our family.

Came here to get my partner checked out after an accident. Dr Pei Yu was absolutely lovely, very helpful, and upfront while still being kind. Went the extra mile and called an ENT specialist for advice. He reassured my partner and eased his anxiety around going forward with caring for and treating his injury. All the rest of the staff were great too!

So disappointed that what was my family practice was so unaccommodating and rude when I needed medical care. My GP has recently moved on so I was seen by Dr Sanjay and I was appalled. I would have expected much more professional care and service than what I received.Quite frankly, I payed $110 to be rudely spoken to and dismissed. I was so taken back that I didnt even feel comfortable talking to him about why I was there in the first place.Very disappointed.

Showed up to the reception and was told to wait for 10-20 minutes. One doctor working that day. He left telling the nurse he will be back soon; he was back half an hour later. I was still third in the cue. sure>Finally called out by nurse, she was little bit demanding. telling me to answer the questions and dont add extra details. sure> saw the doctor, did a few questions, examined me, assured I was fine. If trouble occurs, return and see him. I was out in 5 minutes. Didnt offer me prescription for steroids or pain reliefs, nor ACC, radiology scans forms. lmao

They were really busy but the staff and doctor were excellent and efficient

Very terrible experience.They charged $ 2 for a mask!Covid level 1 !I have been to so many other clinics and hospitals since I work in medical industry and they were happy to provide us with masks.This is the first time somebody charged me for mask.I wouldnt recommend.

The actual medical practice is excellent. The overall service and facilitation of making appointments as well as availability has gotten worse and worse over the years. I have been a clinic patient since 1992. The reception team are good in person but not good in working through timing issues, or challenges. The practice has also become more administratively focused over the last few years. I would change practises but in the area there m are few alternatives.

What an arrogant group you are. When people are sick they go to the doctor.  But ion OneHealth Medicals case if their patients are sick they are told to wait outside in the parking lot. and wait to see a doctor because they are sick.Understandable these are challenging times, but not able to provide in indication how long the patient needs to wait outside in the cold or even offer the option her her to sit in her car and call her once her turn comes up is just pure inhuman.   You are not acting like medical professionals, but rather like an insensitive business with no respect for your patients.  In this case the patient in question was a fellow doctor who also works in the building.You need to do better or you will loose patients and get a worse name than you already have.

Excellent facilities efficiency plus. Ive been attending One Heath over a number of years and always Ive found them to have a first class team of medical professionals. A team of receptionists nurses & doctors who take their respective jobs seriously and to a high standard.Thank you One Heath for what you do and how you do it.

Quite possibly the worst service EVER, called about 15 times to try and get through for a patient. No help what so ever!

Was the only place open till late (8pm).We were a walk in patient with emergency and they took care of us well nearing the closing hours.Thank you team.

Dean Humphries: I am writing this review to advise everyone of the terrible experience I had at One Health today. I am a father of three teenage/young adult children. My eldest daughter suffered serious chest pain this morning after exercise that also worked up to some pain in her throat. When we arrived at One Health a very rude man at the front door would not let us in because he thought my daughter had Covid. He would not even let us explain the situation. He abused me in front of everyone at reception and told us to leave. My daughter was in a lot of pain and we ended up going to City Med in the city who accepted her with open arms and were amazing. I would never ever go to One Health again and suggest anyone who reads this post thinks seriously about going there if you care at all about your children. Regards Dean Humphries

The first and last time. Very disappointing experience. I had doubts regarding the medication they prescribed me as it was very difficult to apply. Called at around 11.30am and a receptionist said a nurse will ring back after checking with the doctor. After various unanswered calls and waiting for over 7 hours in pain with ulcers in my throat I called them again late afternoon with very little hope. When they answered it was careless and had no intention of helping me at all. Not even an apology or a sign of empathy. As healthcare providers you should know better than to say sorry we are busy and we are going to close in 30mins. An earlier call to keep me updated or advice on time to go somewhere else would of show more care and professionalism.

Sad excuse for a doctors office, they only care about money, bkt the well being of patients

Reception and nurse were friendly but Dr Sanjay Govind was terrible.Not only he has attitude issues but he diagnosed me incorrectly.When I saw him in the morning he said its just sore throat even though I told him I can barely open my mouth and I feel a big lump in my throat.Later that night I could not breath as easily and when I went to A&E, as soon as I opened my mouth doctor said you have peritonsillar abscess and you need surgery, how come you didnt come earlier!Whats so terrible is that you pay $110 to get urgent care but you get the attitude and misdiagnosed, absolutely horrible!

I have been somewhat condescended, denied the reasonable treatment I requested, dismissed and charged $$$. I’ve visited OneHealth for many years and, to be honest, I’ve received unreliable service, fluctuating from really outstanding to somewhat insulting. My favourite practitioners have asked contextual questions and listened, even though they could prescribe the easiest treatment in record time. I believe 2 stars is a fair testimonial, and I wish it could be more positive for both parties.

Doctors are okay but receptionists are very rude and treat patients with no care or respect

Very disrespectful, inefficient and unprofessional. Long story short, dont go there ! It will cost you a ridiculous amount of money and once you paid they dont care about you. They dont even call you back to give you your lab results and prescribe you the right treatment as they told me they were going to do. Took them more than a week to give me lab results that usually take 2 to 3 days which they ended up delivering with no explanations and hunging up on me while I was still talking.

Horrible customer service and experience! The nurse has just hang up on my wife after more than a week waiting for lab tests results that should take 2 to 3 days.My wife went there and paid more than 300$ for a Dr consult and samples for lab tests. The Dr said they were going to call us back with the results and a prescription for the right treatment. They never called back. We kept asking them daily about lab tests results and they always said this is a busy day, the nurse will call you back, and they never did call back. This kind of tests usually take 2 to 3 days. Finally, 8 days later, after us insisting that we wont give up, the nurse called back saying their is no infection, thats it, no other explanation on the delay or on the results détails and hanged up despite I was still asking some questions, saying she did not have time.

Wonderful care, great staff and facilities. Finally got relief from my back pain flair up from traveling to NZ. Saw two other doctors who didnt help before coming to One Health. Was with the doctor within 10 minutes of checking in. The doctor and staff were very compassionate, understanding, paid full attention to my history & symptoms. And they finally got the problem under control. Would highly recommend them for urgent medical needs or for a primary care doctor.

Dr Nigel Tay and nurse Davina were very friendly and professional, Dr Tay was very patient with me, the wait was incredibly short and I’ve received some great care. Would highly recommend OneHealth Remuera!

Did you think medical care for young children in NZ was free? Think again. Try $60 for an unscheduled 5 min appointment for a 10 month old. I find that extortionate. That said, it was fast, clean and tidy.

Dr Sanjay Govind was awesome, very decisive, friendly and informative. I feel very confident that my illness will get better after seeing him. Didnt get a name of the nurse because she didnt introduce herself and I couldnt even see her name badge which was covered by her cardigan, no smile, felt cold, felt like she didnt wanna work there. Receptionist was ok. The only reason I gave 5/5 is because of the great doctor, other staff probably 2-3/5.

Highly recommended.I started going to one health about a month ago and I have to admit, I am very happy that I did. The clinic, came highly recommended from my boss and I decided to give them a try.I have been there twice to get my right elbow injury checked and both times I was seen by Dr. Sanjay. Such a knowledgeable doctor and he was so understanding about my pain, he explained every single detail of what was going on with my elbow, showed me my reports and talked me through them in the most simple and easy to understand.Really glad to have switched doctors.

Im not very comfortable with going to the doctors.Because I was apprehensive, I called to book an appointment because I had been to One Health previously.When the receptionist did not find me on the list of registered patients she dropped her tone and was not interested in accommodating for me.Not a very positive experience sadly and has not helped my anxiousness over the matter

Very unhappy. Blood results marked Urgent for heart concerns, told to be given results in a few hours. Refused to supply on time and were short and rude when I pressed the urgency. Was told to wait until the next day. Unacceptable from one of the highest charging GPs in Auckland.

Poor Service. Dr N Tay was so rude and terrible. My daugher has an accident and was bleeding on her face and got bruise around her eye. They prescribed as an urgent care, but we was waiting for a doctor more than half hour. Dr Tay was impatient, and asked a nurse to have a try. We have received unreliable service. I was so worried my little girl. Do not ever consult him again.

Don’t pretend to be an urgent care provider and then selectively choose which medications you are willing to prescribe. You are a doctor for the sole purpose of providing care to your patients. When you flat out abandon your patients due to some ill conceived notion that you are protecting them you lose all respect as a caregiver. Shame on you for being spineless children incapable of discerning who is an addict exhibiting drug seeking and who is a patient who depends on low dose benzodiazepines to control anxiety in a healthy manner.

Excellent service, friendly and professional. Very short wait time (probably just lucky) -all in all very good local emergency clinic.

The receptionist are efficient, the nurses are so so nice and friendly makes you feel looked after so much, doctors are very professional. Highly recommended, will make it my clinic to go when sick 😊😊👍👍

Dr. Govind is one of the most incompetent doctors Ive ever met. In fact the most incompetent ever I met. He gets his diagnosis from the internet and he is not up to date with the updates on prescription medicine. He has misdiagnosed my problem, therefore wrong medicine made my situation worse. In the end it was just a waste of time and money. Do not ever consult him

Possibly the worst experience at a doctors. The nurse and receptionist have absolutely no customer service, no simple hello, how r you ect. We saw the receptionist and was told to hang on a min with no eye contact. So we waited. Then proceed to fill out paper work and saw a nurse. The nurse was not child friendly as my son didnt not want to be touched by her and that is saying something as my boy is very very socialable to all ages. I felt like she was to forceful and didnt make my boy or us comfortable. She was abit rough with measuring temperature, pulling on his hand. (keep in my mind our son is sick and is under 2 years old). On the other hand the doctor was amazing. He was very friendly, formative and thorough with the check up. our son happliy let him take tempature, even gave the doctor a smile. On the way out the receptionist was rude yet again, my partner paid $55 and was asked if he wanted the receipt, he politely declined and was told to take the receipt..which we proceeded to walk away, the nurse gave him the rudest look, so I gave her one back and we walked out. Do not recommend the nurse or receptionist. They need to revaluate the people that represent a company that has a focus of gaining rapport with family of all ages.
