They have been my doctors for nearly 10 years and every doctor Ive seen has been lovely and provided great care. All the staff are consistently friendly and the online appointment booking system is great, I can usually get a next day appointment the night before. Reasonable fees. I really dont understand the bad google rating! I moved away from the area years ago and wont change doctors!

The standard of service at botany junction medical has significantly declined which is a real shame. The last 3 times Ive tried to see my GP I couldnt see her for at least 1 or 2 weeks and they just refer you to east care where you have to pay additional costs. I asked the receptionist today to tell me why I can never see a doctor when I really need to and her response was we have taken on more enrollments and we are busy . There was no understanding to my concerns at all. Why take on additional patients when you cant adequately service the ones youve already got? After all these years Ill be transferring to another doctor as I cant rely on this place to offer the care when you need it. Which is a shame as the doctors are good. Ive read through the reviews and its almost a copy and paste response from the management team who say to provide feedback but when I did today I got nowhere. Go back to the basics and put people first, invest in proper admin staff who genuinely care for people or train and build their capability to do so.

The lady in blue at the back today is lovely. I didnt see her name and she has a mask on. We were waiting for dr to see my daughter and been waiting in the car and she came out to let us know about the wait and apologise. P. S were still waiting in car

This is a great Medical Center, the receptionists are very lovely and helpful, the nurses are fantastic and the Doctors are brilliant... I have never had a bad experience with Botany Junction Medical, they all set the standards very high as to how a medical center should be run. Nothing is ever to much trouble for them and they have always bent over backwards to help me when needed.

Best Drs I have been to in my 60 years.the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. Lional was an amazing Dr but has now retired.I now have Dr Su. She is just amazing. I cant say enough about this amazing lady. Nothing is too much trouble, always compassionate and understanding .10/10 for Botany Junction Medical Centre

It is impossible to book an appointment within 1 or 2 days. Do you think we know well get sick in advance? I didnt expect to see my designated doctor anymore, any doctor is fine, but none of the doctors is available. I tried to call cos you promised to have some appointments for urgent cases, but still not available. i think patients are already saturated, but i noticed that you still accept new patients. Any suggestions?

If I could give zero stars I would. As a nurse working in the community I wouldn’t hope for this type of treatment on anyone. Made to sit outside in my car for 3 hours with a sprained ankle, spoken to reception 4+ times. Asked for My GP, Promised a time and then waiting a further 2 hours just for no one to follow up. Absolute worst experience. And this is without even talking about the charges. The only good thing is some of the receptionists that helped resolve everything.

Been to many clinics, this is the worst experience ever. The nurse said I have a prescription in pharmacy, when I was there the pharmacy said theres no prescription under my profile. I called the nurse, she said its a mistake and put the order again. Then I went to the pharmacy and been role the prescription is cancelled. Then I called the nurse again, she said its a mistake again and she will put the order back. Then I went to the pharmacy agian, been told the order is not there since its been cancelled last time. Its a totally wasting of time.

Useless receptionist doesn’t listen or understand what I am trying to say, despite being clear with my requests. Wastes 10 minutes to forward me to the nurse voicemail line.Prescription running out in a day, requested for a repeat 3 days ago and was told to book in with a doctor; but there are no doctors available this week, and my own doctor is only working 1 day so I’d have to wait 3 weeks until he is next available.Absolutely rubbish.

The nurses are nice but the managers are really not good enough. They want to increase my price 5 times more than normal price because they have the freedom to do so. They wrote me a letter to tell me, if I am not happy about the price, I can leave. Off course I wont stay with this medical centre specially the managers. I dont recommend this medical centre to anyone. There are lots of other medical centres around.

Hi all staffs are good and also doctors but every time I call there is no appointment for the same day we enroll here because we dont want to go every time east care and wait long time if we book for next day children cant wait. If its too busy may be the staff could tell us when are enrolling or maybe there should be more rooms and doctors I dont know why its always busy .

Was able to secure 2 appointments for both sick kids. Dr. Pietersen was on time. We were also seen by the nurse as my son was wheezing. The doctor saw us again after. Everything in just an hour. I think that was pretty efficient despite it being a very busy Monday morning.

Very rude front desk staffs, both over the phone or in person. Arrogant attitudes and helpless.The doctors are fine, however its extremely hard to book in, always took days or weeks to actually make one booking. Had to see doctors from random walk in clinics, whats the point of registering here but couldnt make a booking in time to be seen.Most nurses are friendly and helpful, but one was very rude.Have switched to another medical centre and feel I am being treated like a human being now.

Couldnt understand their system. Never ever could book an appointment on the day that one of us is sick. Most of the time we had to take our kids to botany A&E as there were no appointment available. I wonder how many people can actually plan their sickness in advance? Couldnt book any appointment when we needed to see doctor but doctor happy to give us a call to give us prescription and doctor certificate for 15 bucks?!???

The service here has really dropped. Been here for almost 13 years and only visit a few times a year. Its getting harder to actually see a doctor the same day you fall ill and the service at the front desk is cold and unwelcoming. Wendy makes you feel like your disturbing her when u check in, She has always been abrupt however it seems the years have made her less welcoming.After many years we will be switching to another practice which is a shame as most of the doctors are lovely. I suggest you seek elsewhere and not take as long as we did to move on.

Sitting in waiting room for my app, nurse came to see soon as i check in and told me the doctor will see as soon as he can. So I sit and wait for my app but after 40 min of waiting i go ask receptionist about what is going on they The 14:30 app text message that i got was for my nurse appointment. So i sit and wait and only at 15:20 than a other doctor come and gets me because he saw me there waiting for so long for my current doctor. It took only 5 min to help me and sort out my medical problem Awful service.

You really have to wonder about Botany Junction. With the long time you have to wait to get an appointment and now they are de-registering my children as they have not visited them - no they have not because we have had to go to an A&E because we cannot wait a week to visit you.

Even the telephone consultation costs, ridiculous may have to get my entire family to change, what is the use to enroll when you cant be seen by your GP and told to go and another doctor some where else

My family have been patients here for over 7 years. There have been times when you cant get appointments or your registered GP is not available, however, which centre doesnt problems and runs perfectly? Botany Junction Medical Centre services a huge comm Very reasonable prices compared to other centres in the area and pharmacy, physio, x-rays, scans,etc. right there on site. Very proud to be a patient there.

Im giving only 2 stars because of the front desk lady called Candy. She is rude, impatient and not helpful at all. My hospice nurse rang them to get a script to be faxed over to chemist for me. Candy called back saying that they are unable to fax to the chemist as it is a controlled drug script. I told her that they have done that for me many times before and theres no problem at all. She kept interrupting me saying No, I cant! From what Ive learnt from the pharmacists from 2 different chemists, we CAN have our controlled drug scripts faxed over and then the original copies posted to them. What Candy said is ridiculous and she didnt even want to listen to my explanation. Not every patient is convenient and can drive to pick up their own scripts. Im a cancer patient myself who is on a lot of painkillers which make me drowsy so I cant drive. Family members are working and unable to help. I only hope that Candy can be a little bit more helpful and kind towards the patients at BJMC. My GP is great though.

If you want to see a great Doctor see Dr Kareem...He explains things very well, follows up with you with on going issues, very proactive also...i know I am in great!! Hands with him. I recommend him very highly if you want to see a new Doctor.

Been there on friday 10 January 2020 had charge $48 and wait almost 90 mins with new Doctor i was explained why i came to see doctor i said i heard some thing in my ear but he not believed me he check up really fast and said nothing im really upset not really good now im still heard something in my ears and dont know what can i do....

Really poor service, this clinic is super busy, it has really good doctors but the front line demerits the entire business, quite frankly the receptionist are rude, do not want to listen and in no way courteous for a medical center. Sometimes it does pay to listen and try and solve rather then repeating the same thing again and again. Wendy, you may have a lot of experience but you are not assisting your patients. The service culture is not the best and quite frankly as several of my family members and friends use this medical center they all have had some poor experiences one time or the other, so worthwhile to consider this feedback.

I was late for appointments and claim that I have to pay for a late fees but the main point is I was visiting their doctor almost once every 2 weeks, they couldnt even cure my sickness, similar sickness kept coming back. ***I been punish for being late and what about the Doctor? What is the penalties for them for not professional enough to understand and recognize the sickness, same check up repeated twice, change medicine is all they do.***

Always fully booked. They have no doctors there to care for you. Image you were in a bad shape and felt miserable. Switching GP soon.Edit: I got an appointment the next day. But the issue still remains.

Front desk here do NOT advise you to go to Eastcare directly (as Eastcare has complete facilities and immediate treatment) if you have an accident but will allow you to see a doctor (when they know the doctor cant do much) charge you and then doctor will refer you to Eastcare. Youll pay again at Eastcare!! Very unprofessional. Not happy with these front desk staff!!😡😠

Made appoinment at 9 am, came on time , waited for 25mins , got nurse checked, waited for another 10 mins. Got in the room, talked for 1 min and doctor started to go on google and printed out a piece of paper and tell me go home and read. Then told me that im out of time , other patient waiting . Paid 28 dollars for a piece of paper? Not polite at all, even receiptionist , didnt even say hello of please, even police man has better way of asking questions.i wish there was 0 star rate
