Pleasant stay and wonderful experienceLovely big rooms. Very clean and tidy rooms. Had an excellent experience. The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty especially, the Kerala style chicken. Located on the main highway and very close to the airport which made things even better.

Attended a meeting. The lunch (buffet)was good . Covid protocol was followed and it has a managed car park.

It was good. I been to a wedding reception. The meeting space was amazing but the food was bad. I tried both soups cream of chicken which didnt have any flavour and hot and sour had too much pepper that it was horrible. Next worst dish was chilly beef. The beer was like leather or rubber. You have to fight it chew and then swallow it. Fried rice was okay. Then in the dessert they had something called chocolate mousse which was very grainy in texture and not that tasty.The good things in the menu were live appam, porotta, pork fry, chicken curry and cut fruits. They were very delicious.The staffs were very kind and helpful. The property is kept very neat and clean.

I happened to visit this hotel without reading much review. But my decision to stay in Diana Heights was one of the best thing I have done during my trip. Rooms are wonderful. Next time, I wont think much while choosing a hotel . Worth for each penny u spent.Really happy about the hospitality, care and location.

Thank God it was a short stay there otherwise it could be only one star or lesser. No towels and bed was undone while checking in. Tea/cups were like so dirty that it made a unique pattern which cant be removed now.

Really loved this place . Staffs were really concerned about my comfort . Water was too good , relaxing shower. Room is Neat and clean . Beds are good , nice ambiance , spacious rooms. Good breakfast . Had a complimentary air port drop too . I would suggest this place for a pleasant stay close to airport .

One of the best Hotels near Kochi Airport

A nice and a cozy hotel with a good entrance with parking facility and a huge lobby. The rooms are fine and the hospitality of the staff is also good. You can reach this hotel from Ernakulam Junction by taking a metro train from Maharajas College or MG Road station upto Aluva Metro Station(50rupee ticket), where you can take a bus to reach Athani Junction(10 to 12rupee ticket)

Well, when I checked in, the staff started searching for a pen for me to write.. The room was cozy. But had this smell that would go back 5 years. The door had some issues. I did not personally enjoy the french toast. It was cold and wet due to condensed steam. It was expensive too. Overall, i liked the stay. The best thing about this hotel is its proximity to the airport and approachability right from the NH.

Stayed at Diana heights ..clean, hygienic and large rooms ..nice and large breakfast buffet.. noticed the chef himself was coming out to check if everything was ok anf sufficient ...dishes were refilled promptly..very cordial staff...overall a good experience and would recommend to all

The room was clean and was comfy. The Ambience was just right. Really close to the airport. Room service was really good and was on time. Staff are efficient enough. Food was above average. Slightly congested parking. No medicines will be provided in case of emergency. The entire property was cleaned and maintained well. Vipul was maintained well however there is no proper shared leading to rain directly fall on the pool. Bed sheets and spreads wear not as clean as it was supposed to be. How were the overall experience of the stairs up to Expectations but nothing beyond.

A good luxury hotel very near to Cochin International Airport. Its on the highway and you can travel to any place of your choice with ease. Food is tasty and staff very courteous.

I cannot rate the rooms as we stayed only for afternoon before a midnight flight. The idea was to relax by the pool with the kids then have a relaxing dinner and drinks before our long trip home. The staff were nice, however everything else went down hill. The pool area is disgusting, dirty, mouldy, run down, no seating (one old lounger which was the only remotely clean enough area to leave our towels and clothes). The main road is just the other side of the slatted fence so dirt, dust and noise is the back drop. There is a cold shower outside by this fence. The change room was literally a closet, barely enough room to stand. There is now only one restaurant (food was ok though) and no lounge or bar areas. We actually left early, preferring to spend time at the airport. This was our worst experience in India.

This is an amazing hotel in Kochin approximately 5 kms from airport. Very nice rooms. Decent stay and comfortable place. Has parking space and swimming pool facility. Price is Right.

We stayed in the hotel for one night before our flight departure. When we arrived in hotel, no good welcome was there even in two star hotels nowadays hospitality is the first priority. After checking in we went to the room and key was not working so had to wait. Food was also average. Bathroom is way too small. Room ambiance is good.

Prompt staff. Clean and well equipped rooms. A 10min drive from the Kochi airport. Decent food. Got a good deal when booked with make my trip1800 for a night stay in a deluxe room in April 2018Oh PS: they offer complimentary airport drop or pick up

Food is satisfactory, with enough varieties. Accommodation infrastructure is good, but need to be careful with maintenance. There is no partition separating bath area which leads to splash of water in the entire bathroom while bathing

This is a budget hotel and can be called a transit hotel approximately 10 mins drive from Cochin International Airport . By any means this is not a 5 star category hotel. In my opinion this seemed to be a 3 star property. The service is okay. Went there for a dinner meeting. Conference hall was good. Perfect for a max 100 people meeting. There are 2 conference halls.Food provided was too good at a cheaper rate when compared to other hotels with same *s . Pool area is available. Amble parking space is there.

Good business hotel

Very very poor reception and staff is unprofessional. Food is also bad and tasteless. Staff in the restaurant is unskilled and hostile. Highly disappointing and disheartening experience at daina heights. I will never recommend anyone to visit such a place. Good for nothing.

Its a good place to stay for an early flight I would say. They are quiet reasonable with their prices and justified for the price.

Value for money. Clean . Convenient for wash and Change. Rooms were a pleasant surprise. Restaurant could improve on choice and quality. Wouldnt recommend for family with children for leisure. Helpful and cooperative staff.

Rooms are good,neat,enough space, well arranged..but floor tiles of bathroom and toilet are really dangerous..they dont have grip, so chance for falling..
