I have visited this shop to get a plum cake for myself. The cake and packaging looked good from outside but it tasted pathetic. Even the cake didnt taste fresh. It was not baked properly. Total waste of money. I wont recommend this place to buy plum cakes.

Hey..... Hello......When I buy any cake,puff etc I go to this place (Cakes and Bakes).......... First of all I would tell that the behaviour of the peoples in the shop is very good..... And the prices according to the cakes is very cheap. And the cakes are also good.......My birthday comes on 21th February...... I go to the shop and buys cake..... I really like this shop......I would recommend to visit the shop and buy something....... In the shop there are Many things like- cake,ice cream,pastry,party cebration things and many more.....

Some cakes are good but some of the products are really high priced.. some of the snacks are not freshly made.

They seem to have good products looking at the number of walk-ins. However, the main salesman behaves like a superstar, as if people are coming in to ask for his autograph. A lady walked in and asked why they hadnt sent her the cake photos on WhatsApp despite reminders.He said he forgot as he was busy! Busy signing autographs?

Thay provide stale/ rotten cake..i purchase on 15/05/21 and had to throw it at dustbeen after taking home

We had red velvet and choco fantasy pastry....the pastries were absolutely amazing and really worth the price...

Awesome place to munch on pastries. Freshly baked ones arrive at 8:30 in the evening. These are the best pastries in Asansol, try the chocolate truffle, its a bit different than the regular truffle available in other pastry shops.

They bake the best cake in Asansol. Even the cream is very tasty. Affordable price with fingerlicking taste❤

Shopkeeper is polite, but question mark on quality. I purchased pastry which was sour in taste, looks like was kept in stock for min. 2 days but still i tried second time thinking might be some mistake for seller, but again not fresh. Snacks was horrible bread was too old. Sorry for bad rating because this happen repeatedly.
