Response to owner question=> I bought the custom built Pc in October 2020. Thank God I saw the missing parts early, otherwise you people wouldve got away with selling me a brand new pc worth Rs. 95,000 with missing parts. Disgusting people.Horrible experience. They dont know how to talk with customers.I bought a brand new custom build pc from them worth Rs 95000.After a while, I wanted to add a new hard drive to my pc, and when I check the pc case, there was only 1 hard drive caddy which was being used. The case which I bought comes with 2 Hard drive caddies. I bought a brand new case. They take out the parts from company products and replace it with common parts.When I visited their store, first they accused me of lying. I had to visit their shop 6 times, to get the parts which should have been there in the first place. Got the part on 6th visit.Absolutely disgusting people. Buy products from here on your own risk.They sell refurbished products.When I bought pc from here, the owner promised me that they provide good customer support. They dont know how to talk to their customers. I bought a new pc worth Rs 95K, with my savings, and this is how they behave.I will never recommend anyone to buy products from here.

Worst place for buying laptops.Very unprofessional and rude staff who have no sense of dealing with a customer with their very limited knowledge. Especially Amit from their staff is very disrespectful and and has no manners to talk to a customer...he insulted my dad who is 65 yrs old just for enquiring about configuration which is every customers right. No self respecting person can ever buy laptop from this pathetic place.They sell refurbished laptops at a higher price than other shops and dont even provide any service. So, buy anything from this shop at your own risk as its just a wastage of time and money

Bought 4 port hub from them on oct 29,2020. I ask the guy to test it when bought this. He told me it’s working no issue. When I checked at home. It’s not functional at all. When i called them to replace it. The guy told me we can do anything for you. I don’t know how you are running business by giving faulted products to consumer.

Firstly they have such a bad dealing with customer. Secondly, 101% if you go to buy anything into their shop it would be costly compared to local market. Always first ask them the price and then check in other shops in the nehru complex. Only if there is something which is exclusively available with them (of which chance is nil), then only buy it from them.
